Are your Store location and other details set up correctly on the Apple TV. have you tried de/re-authorising your MacBook.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

my apple ID is showing someone elses email address and not mine so when i want to buy or update apps it brings this other email address up. please can someone help how do i put it back to my email address?
First go here - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and login under the manage tab. Check your information and be sure it is all correct.
An AppleID is nothing more than an email address, so if you see another email address in the store, then someone has logged in with a different AppleID than yours. Did you let someone else use your iPhone? -
I have tried and tried to purchase a few things on itunes and have become frustrated

Hi all,
I am having some problem with the Apple Wireless Keyboard. It has not problem connecting to both my iPad mini / iPhone 4S.
The problem comes when I start to type with it. All the keys are functioning will, except when I am trying to capitalise the letter 'r'.
I tried using Shift + r. It doesn't work, regardless whether I use the left or right Shift key.
Any someone help please. Thank you.If your Macbook is less than a year old, it is under warranty. A repair of of a problem of this kind would be free. So, if you have a warranty, have the problem fixed by Apple.

Issue with Apple mail account? Please can someone help!
I was hoping I could contact an Apple support adviser, but it lead me to this forum - hoping someone can help.
My query is that my colleague does not receive any of my emails when I use my MAC me account. She is able to send them to me, however, when I reply they simply go somewhere but not back to her! They are not in her spam either, or stuck in my Outbox. It is baffling me. When I send emails to her now, I have to resort to using my Gmail account, which is proving more reliable I am tempting to get rid of this one!
Can anyone recommend where I go for help for this query or if you are able to assist that would be great. HHi Tony - thanks for the swift reply - I have tried this and it works fine. Not sure if this is at her end and the Onedrive email accounts. However she does receive messages from my Gmail just not from the ME account. I can see messages have gone from my Sent Items, with no bounce back! Ho hum if all else fails I shall stick to Gmail when I email her.

i cant use mail to send an email. it goes to my out box and then eventually comes up with this dialogue :
"An error occurred while sending this message using the SMTP server “(null)”
Select a different outgoing mail server from the list below or click Try Later to leave the message in your Outbox until it can be sent."
I have to click Try Later and then quit mail , then restart Mail and then if I am lucky the email will be sent. the next time I have to send an email the same thing happens . I have to go through this everytime i want to send an email. its a really time consuming vicious circle which is extremely annoying,

I have had to purchase a new computer, as my last laptop died!! I have tried to add music onto my iphone, and my childrens ipod touch's, but its looking like it will clear their memory completely. Please can someone advise me what I need to do. Many thanks.

and cant seem to be able to get ipad to syncHi did you get this sorted? As you might not have enough space if you are running windows xp? I had a similar problem also you will have to stop your virus software and firewall for a short time, see if this works.

Please can someone tell me why I cannot reinstall my upgrade from lightroom 4 (lightroom 3 installed off disc with serial no) my hard drive crashed, and I am trying to get lightroom 3; 4 and 5 back on so that I can link my catalogues and continue work. I cannot install lightroom 5 until the upgrades from 4 are on the pc, (lightroom 3 installed off disc but 4 is a copy of the upgrade download I got when I bought it) These serial no's are legit and are registered under my account with adobe, but it still gives me the Big Red Cross when I put my serial no in! Please can someone help. I am at a loss. Thx Heidi

I am not able to sign in. I am getting a message saying Apple TV can't connect to server at this time. Please try again.
I use the same Apple ID and password as I do with iTunes and have no problems accessing that.
Can someone help me?Unpower it. If it still happens on a restart give it time - Apple's servers sometimes have glitches.

Hi, I forgot my icloud password and my ipodtouch keeps asking me for my icloud password. When I enter my apple ID password, it will not accept it. I have been trying to find where I can reset my icloud password with no success. Please can someone help?
You reset the iClould password the same way you reset the Apple ID for the email address/account

I just updated my Apple TV 2nd generation, and upon completion it would no longer give access to Photo Stream. Instead I was told that I needed to accept the change in iCloud terms of service without letting me know how to do that on an iMac, since I don't have any other iOS devices. Where do I go to accept these terms of service changes, in order to continue to use Photo Stream.Is there an easy answer, or is this Apple's way of forcing me to buy products that I don't need?
i guess you could put the aiport utility app on your iphone, click on the aiport express there, it will show you how many devices are connected to it and the mac addresses of those devices.

Hi folks, I'm at a loss here. On our home pc running xp we have 3 different iTunes accounts. 1 is for my iPhone, the other is for a Nano, and the 3rd is for a Shuffle which is less than a year old. About a week ago when trying to sync the shuffle, it was unrecognizable on iTunes, but still charged. I've tried everything. I bought a new OEM cable, downloaded the latest iTunes, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, got on with Apple support, went to the Apple Store, got sent a new one, and still nothing! BUT going onto the iPhone and/or Nano iTunes, there's no problem with synching. I have no idea why this 1 particular shuffle iTunes (the little square one) can't be recognized--I've read the other posts and tried some things but it just isn't happening. Can someone help me out please? (and sorry for the novel) Thanks-
