My apple TV will not allow sound during Airplay
I am trying to stream a movie from my iPhone and the sound is not transfering to the Apple TV... I have streamed from my iPhone before to the Apple TV to watch a movie. Is there a way to troubleshoot my Apple TV or iPhone? I can have the video play if i am mirror however the sound is not working if it is just airplaying.
restart all of them also the wifi router and try again

The developer isn't recognized by the App Store, so your Mac is trying to protect you in case the program is malware. As long as you are sure it isn't, follow this procedure:
In the Finder, locate the app you want to open.Don’t use Launchpad to do this. Launchpad doesn’t allow you to access the shortcut menu.
Press the Control key, then click the app icon.
Choose Open from the shortcut menu.
Click Open.The app is saved as an exception to your security settings, and you will be able to open it in the future by double-clicking it, just like any registered app.

Doing a software update the Store Application asked for my Apple ID which was fine except it updated only iPhoto. It will not update Garageband or iMove because its says that I am using the wrong Apple Id?? Okay my Apple TV is now asking me to go,to iTunes on my computer and verify my payment information. I only ever redeem iTunes cards and currently have a credit of dollars 26. I want to purchase but cannot because of this. In addition it is taking forever to access the iTunes Store and more often than not I get a message iTunes Store currently not available. Can anyone help? I sent an email to customer support but am yet to get a response

I de=authorized then re-authorized as sugested. But it still promple me when I try to load a movie I own on my library for authorization.
Any sugestions as to why this is?I also notice that my computer will see the apple TV (has teh apple share logo, and I can select my appleTV) but when I start a video, it then goes away, and I can't push video to AppleTV.
I also upgraded teh appleTV software today (and have latest iTunes on computer too, and latest OS).

Yesteday, after trying to update some apps i get the message that i need to switch to the US store fron the russian store. How do I do this? And I have never logged in to a russian store.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPhone, and sign into your account again.

HT2646 Apple TV will not let me select my language during initial set up
Apple TV will not allow me to select my language during the initial set up. It simply stays on the initial first page saying I can select my language. Unfortunately, every time I hit "select" on the remote, it will not recognize that I am trying to select my language (English). Therefore I cannot get to any of remaining set up.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Check you are using the correct location in the Apple TV store settings.
Try changing a few details and changing them back before updating when you verify in iTunes, also check that your details are correct (ie that you have filled the state field out properly and so on)
Rentals don't just show up on the Apple TV when you have rented then on your mac/PC,you need to transfer them.

To use iCloud, you will have to change your AppleID to an email address - see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621
The old AppleID rules used to allow you to use any name you wished, but that was stopped a long time ago, and iCloud will not accept such an AppleID, so you will either need to change it, or create a new AppleID just for iCloud.
BTW, the apps you are downloading have nothing to do with iCloud or your iCloud account. The cloud icon in the App and iTunes stores merely indicates the app lives "in the cloud" as the storefront is an entirely internet based service. -
during the io 5 update process, my iphone 3gs froze and now will shut off and turn on by itself, and will not allow me to unlock the phone or do anything with it. how do i fix this?

I cannot open iCal because of a problem. Can anybody help me? The computer will not allow it to open and sends a message to apple each time. The icon has gone from the dock, but ical works on my iPad and I am afraid to sync it with my computer in case it wipes everything .
I have the exact same problem. I have not changed anything. This is probably a bug or something that has gone bad with Mac OS X (10.7.2). I have not found any solution for this on the web.

How do I change my Apple ID on my iphone? I had to change my email address but haven't been able to successfully on the my phone and not it will not allow me to download apps because the id is the old one
settings - app/itune store - apple id - log out and log back in with your new id.
NOTE: apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it. -
I changed my Apple ID email address yesterday and now my IPhone 4 and my IPod 5 will not allow me to upload any apps. When it asks for my Apple Password it still shows my old email address. How do I change the IPhone and IPod to recognize the new email address????
