My business want to start using iPhones for our field techs is there a simple and inexpensive way to manage multiple phones?
I am a service manager for a small HVAC company, we want to issue iPones for our field staff (15) people, is there a simple management software out there that is also cost effective, I have used an iPhone for years, but have no experience with enterprise management, so simple would be best. Thanks for any help you can give.
If you are running MS Exchange for mail, you can use the Exchange management console to perform remote wipes.
We have used Casper for mac desktop management to good effect, I believe they offer more advanced remote management for iphones.
FWIW, we just used the Apple Iphone Configuration utility to build config profiles...

Log in to icloud.com with your Apple ID. Once you're logged in, click on your name on the upper right corner. Click Advanced and then Reset Photo Stream. This will delete all your photos in the album Photo Stream in your iPhone 4S so make sure you have backed up (copy to Camera Roll or new folder) all those that you want to keep.
This is the only way to do it with iOS 5 (not the beta releases)

You have 2 solutions:
1 - You can use 2 differents icloud account
2 - You use the same account but you don't sync yours contacts.
You configure that in Settings > icloud
You activate or desactivate what you want.

I understand that some of your applications are not appearing under Settings > Cellular on your iPhone so that you can restrict or allow use of cellular data. If you have some installed applications on your iPhone that are not showing here, the first troubleshooting step I would suggest would be to reset your iPhone. Please refer to the attached article for information on how to perform a reset.

I want to start using the creative cloud programs but it has forced me to "start a trial" and looks like I need a redemption code to "license" the products on my computer for the next year. Where do I find or get this redemption code?
If you bought your subscription direct from Adobe, you should not need any codes, only your Adobe ID and password

Verizon offers prepaid service on the iPhone 4. Go into your local Verizon Store with your phone. I'm sure they'll be happy to set you up with service.

Hi, I' ll be San Antonio from 8-10th of Oct and want to buy an iphone 5. According to forums there is no unlucked yet. Thus, can i get simlocked but not contracted phone from any store? and is that possible to use that phone in Turkey without any prob.
If you purchase the phone at the full contract price and have no term left on your carrier contract, the carrier will unlock it for you. That's what I am doing with AT&T. I'll pay the full purchase price for the phone and since I don't have a contract with them, they will unlock it for you. It can be difficult to get it done since most of their customer service is very ill informed but I have had many discussions with them on their chat that I have records of them stating they will unlock any phone if you do not have an existing contract. It's the law.

Old Visor and want to start using again
Hey all.
I am brand new to this forum so if this is in the wrong place, please forgive. I have a Visor purchased in 2001, I think it's a Platinum but can't be sure. I lost all paperwork and hardware in Hurricane Ivan. Also the computer that had all of the software for syncing died and had to be replaced since then.
So. Here is the thing. I can't afford to get anything new and want to start using this. It's in great shape but at the moment the only way I have to have info on it is to manually type all contact info, calendar info, etc directly into the device. I don't have a cradle and don't know of any other way to connect to my computer. Also, I don't know what type of operating system is on it and can't seem to find that info so I am unsure if it will work with XP.
I called the company a while back, it was suggested I look on eBay for a cradle but am unsure if that is the best option as what if it's not the right one. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Since the hurricane I have become disabled and live on a very modest disability income so even though new ones are really not that expensive, they are to me.
Having this working would definitely help me keep things like my medical appointments straight, as I have to go to several different states even for my doc appoints and sometimes it can get confusing.

Post relates to: Visor PlatinumIf you don't have a cable or cannot get one, the only option is to Infrared hotsync. Your PC needs to have an Infrared port in order to accomplish this.
On page 183 of the user guide are the instructions for IR hotsync'ing.

I have just started to use Muse for our design agency and learning how to build ourselves a new site, I have managed to create a basic lightbox which contains sliding images, what I need to do now is have a pop up window which goes into detail about the projects, what I would like is a piece of text or icon that when you roll over it and then click a separate window pops up with additional information in, once finished reading the info you can then click to close the box, any advice on how to do this?
The best way to do what you're asking is with the Composition widget. Start with the Tooltip preset, which, by default shows the info on rollover. You can change the option to show on click, which is what you're after. You can also add the close button or have the info disappear on rollout.

I use Outlook for my email on the Safari web browser, and about 90% of the time when I want to attach a pdf or jpg file it fails and about 50% of the time when I want to send a standard text massage it will also fail and the email massage crashes. The only way I can get my Outlook to work is if I switch to Firefox web browser. I would rather not switch to a new web browser if I don't have to.
It seems like what ever the problem is that its related the Safari web browser, because it works fine on the Firefox web browser.
I think its some kind of plug-in failure because it giving me a LOC ERROR:
LOC ERROR: Unable to locate localized string for resource ID 5007.
How can I fix this Plug-in?
And, yes my softwer is conpletly updated…That's an Outlook issue. You'll probably get better responses posting on the Office for Mac forums.

Rajagopal.pngr :- It is only a holding charge, it is not a permanent charge. If it isn't refunded within a few days or so (and it quite possibly won't be over a weekend) then you can query the charge with Apple. -

Try resetting your phone by holding down the home and off button until the apple symbol comes up. Then if still doing, restore your phone in itunes from your backup.

I'm stuck in proxy mode, how can I get out?
I seem to be be stuck in proxy mode. Even with a new library and a new clip, it shows a 'missing proxy' label. I can't switch to 'optimized/original media'. FCPX simply doesn't do it. I already tried trashing prefs and reinstalling FCPX. please help?
