Go to the main page of adobe.com and sign out if you're already signed in there. Then click Sign In at the upper right of the page. In the next page you will see a Forgot Password link:

Yes, I have not made myself clear, I apologise.
I have tried downloading apps from itunes in order to set up a game for my son, when I go to click on a link, be this in itunes, or on the web, Safari revolts back informing the address is invalid. I read by coping a link and pasting into the URL, this would do it, but not so.
My goal then, is to install Minecraft for my son, I would then download an app to allow this but I am unable to get this far due to Safari insulting the address I ask it to go to

Usually means a corrupt download. Try re-downloading.

Hello- I purchased a student version of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Bridge from a bookstore in 2008. I installed it on a computer and recently purchased a different computer that I would like to install these programs on. I couldn't find the CD, but I still have the serial number. When I spoke with Adobe customer support they told me to post on here and someone would send me a link for a download option. Does someone have a link I could use?

There is no official link. You can only download the legacy trial version from sites like prodesigntools.com and then activate it with your serial. In any case it's all on your own head. Installing CS3 on Win 7 is not supported, anyway, so be prepared to run into problems.

Download Photoshop Element 5 with a serial number

I have several Canon products, and installed Photoshop Element 5 to the PC that came with the products several years ago. I updated the software on PC after installation. I now use MacBook Pro, and I only could find the serial number for the Element 5, which I had registered in the Adobe.com. And I could not find the Element 5 downloading. Is there any way to download Element 5 on my Mac with the serial number or it is not worth it?

It won't work. Those old Elements products were not cross-platform to begin with and given how old it is, it is doubtful it would even work on a current Mac. Simply buy a new package of PSE 12/ 13.

It would help if you would tell us which version. If it's PSE 12, just install the trial and enter your serial number into that.

You are allowed to have two activated installations. If you happened to have one on this Windows 8 machine before, it is possible that the activation used for it was never deactivated (did you deactivate it before you upgraded Windows?). Talk to Adobe support thru chat. They might be able to resolve this with you:
