My credit card expired and I need to update my information to paper my iCloud storage but it's not allowing me to do so.
Can someone tell me how I can update my credit card information and get my iCloud paid for? Currently none of the information is going through.

The "None" option is not available. Presumably because I have already purchased on that Apple ID with a credit card.
That is not likely the case. As you can see in my account in the US store I have a bank card in place and I have the None option. -

Oddly enough, the problem mysteriously went away. I have followed the same routine and changed no settings. Suddenly all of the downloaded spreadsheets were no longer read-only. So I consider the matter resolved. -
My ipad 3 says it cannot back up as there is not enough storage. my choices are "setting" or close. It will not let me select either of thes e and just goes black. I went to my MAC and increased by cloud storage but this did not seem to help
Any suggestionsReboot the iPad by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears and it restarts, ignoring the red slider if it appears. That should get it operational again and you can proceed from there.

Hi there i am having a great problem here i had an old id when i first made my apple id but at that time my credit card info was different and now i have chaged my credit card info because it got expired.my problem is that even though i have changed my apple id the same old one always pops up and ask for a password and i ont hat id anymore how can i change my id on the main icloud setting page please slove my problem it is bothering me alot and my icloud is not backing up anymore how can i replace my new apple id to an old one please help me.

AyeshaOK ..... Did you sign into your new ID in Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID. Tap your old ID and sign out and then sign in with the new ID.

This is an existing account and based on the research i have done on this issue, I've discovered that many people have been saying that the "None" option is only available if you're creating a new Apple ID. Also, when i attempt to change the payment to her new credit card(which i have given up on), it is declined. I've tried it many times but it's always unsuccessful, and i just ordered pizza with it last night so there is money on it. Thank you for the attempt to help me. Much appreciated.

Hi all. I. Bought videos from iTunes and also bought the lowest amount of extra iCloud storage. I assumed the videos could be stored in the cloud and called back automatically to the iPad when I needed them. They won't all download, Apple hasn't answered my call for help via e mail, and I don't know what to do. I deleted stuff from the iPad and got rid of some of the videos I'm not watching (hoping to maybe download them again later on).
I don't get how the Cloud works, and I don't really know which article to read for info. HELP?

Purchasing more icloud storage has nothing to do with itunes purchases.
Itunes purchases ( the ones that are made available for redownload) are automatically available in icloud. you do not have to purchase any icould storage for this.
You should not delete anything. you should always have a backup copy.

What can I do...I have an Imac G5, OS 10.4.11, which is not upgradable, my cable company saids I need to upgrade my Safari browser to 5.0 but Safari does not have any updates for my system, either does FIREFOX, does anybody have a solution?

What happens if the credit card expires and hasn't been renewed will a purchase get through or will be denied installation?
I still had an expired cc on my itunes account and it let me "purchase" and download the app, but now i am not allowed to use the app! It syncs to an online community (livestrong.org) and I get an error making the app unusable. The app is not showing as purchased on my other devices.

Credit card expired - option to renew subscription...
I had a long standing subscription for unlimited calls to Colombia. My credit card expired and therefore skype could not take the payment for October. I received an e-mail from skype stating that once I updated my credit card details I would have 90 days to renew my subscription; however the option to renew does not appear in my account. Anyone knows how to carry out the renewal?
Thanks, this helped. In the end it was my Credit Card Issuer who had put a Flag on ITunes Purchases. They cleared the flags and I was immediately able to update my new Security Code and Expiry Date.

On 12/19/2014 I added 20 MG of ICloud storage using my credit card. The charge is still pending and my storage has not increased. I am planning on upgrading my phone and I need to update ICloud on my phone. Thank you

If you don't have a credit card for the billing information you may be able to use a gift card or another form of payment.
