My dad brought me an iPhone from Japan, He sent it to me here in the Philippines to use it, but It say that I need a valid sim to activate my iphone, I only have softbank sim. What will I do to activate my iPhone 4? Thanks!

That phone won't do you any good in the Philippines...send it back. There are NO officially unlocked iPhones sold in Japan, and none of the Japanese carriers offer unlocking for the iPhone.
There is no way to get the phone officially unlocked...send it back.

I recently updated and restored my Iphone on a Mac. My music was erased, therefore, I am trying to sync all of the music from my computer into the iPhone, but it says that I need to use the original computer/itunes in order to sync, but it is the same computer and iTunes account. The error reads: The iPhone, "Name" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and a sync with this iTunes library? If I click "Erase and Sync," will it delete my contacts, apps, etc?

Thank youTo my knowledge there are no official MS Windows DVDs that contain both the 32 and 64 bit versions. There is a way to make a USB thumb drive that has both bit version on it but AFAIK this can't be done on a DVD disc even with a Dual Layer DVD disc.
For the Windows installer to function, actually boot the system to the install routine, certain files have to be on a certain area of the DVD disc. If by chance you really do have a DVD disc that contains both bit versions your Mac is only seeing the 32bit version on that disc.
You'll need to get a Real MS DVD of just the 64bit version or download the 64bit version ISO from My Digital Life and burn it to a DVD disc.

The image came up on my screen saying that I need to connect my iPod to iTunes, but I have a passcode, so it won't allow me to. And I want to try and turn it off, but my touch screen doesn't seem to be working either, so I can't even turn it off since you need to "slide to power off." HELP! I would ask the person who told you about the freeware software to help you find exactly where it is. I am not aware of any freeware software for configuring motion PCI cards but maybe the person you know might be able to help you locate it.

It probably means you don't have enough available storage on your phone. It takes space to store the download - THEN unpack it. Best method is to use a computer with iTunes (This allows you to back up on your computer as well).
PLEASE: Do not purchase iCloud storage space - this will not give you more room for the iOS 7.1 installation. -
Hello- after updating to the new iTunes i got a box saying that i needed a new version of Apple Mobile Device Support and ihat i should uninstall iTunes and Apple Mobile Device Support then install iTunes again. Problem is I have been unable to uninstall itunes, can't find the installation files .msi. I'm using Windows XP.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -
Recently I installed iTunes on my computer so that I could put music on my new iPad and it was fine, the next day when I went to put some more on it it asked me to download the newest version of iTunes and I did but since then I have been having trouble getting access to iTunes.
