Please reinstall iTunes. Error7(windows error 193).
Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Add or Remove programs control panel, select "Apple Application Support", click "Change" and then click Repair.
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post (although it's for Vista and 7, just read "Computer" as "My Computer", read "Uninstall a program control panel" as "Add or Remove programs control panel" and assume the system is 32-bit, and you'll be doing the right things):

My computer wont let me download the new itunes
I have clicked on "check for updates" in itunes and it tells me there is a new itunes to download, so when i click on down load it goes to my system softwear updates which after a very long time "checking" comes back and tells me there is nothing to update. But i know there is. I have sucsessfully downlaoded the new itunes on my iphone and ipad but just wont do it on my macbook. Any ideas why?
Go to Apple's main iTunes page (see tabs at the top of your broser) and download it from there.
Back up your computer before installing any new software. If the update does something you don't like this is the only way to revert.
Verify your hard drive with Disk Utility's First Aid. If it reports problems then that has to be dealt with before you do anything else.
Use Disk Utility to repair permissions.
Download the update from Apple. Some of us don't use Software Update to actually update, just so we know the installer file is safe and sound on our computers for use.
Install the update.
Repair permissions again. -
I updated my iTunes and an error message popped up and now I can't get into my iTunes account on my computer? It says to reinstall which I did and it still has the same message? Anyone else have this problem and how can I fix it????

Why is the audio on my video getting out of sync when it is imported into itunes?
Hello,
I have videos in the MP4 Format, and have imported them into itunes. However, during playback in itunes, the audio gets more and more out of sync as the video plays. By the end of the film the audio can be 5-6 seconds out!
What's strange is that the source file, played with quicktime or Windows media player, is fine and works perfectly.
Why is the audio stretched once it is imported?
Thanks,
JamesI have the same problem.
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA785GPMT-UD2H
Chipset:
North Bridge: AMD 785G
South Bridge: AMD SB710
Video: Integrated ATI Radeon HD 4200
HDMI Audio through the HDMI port out to the TV.
Tried on Windows 7 Pro 32bit and Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit.
Tried with the integrated ALC889A audio device enabled and disabled (It seems that the video card drives the HDMI audio device though, because it still appears in Windows even if I disable the Audio device in BIOS).
Latest iTunes and drivers installed.
I have already tried all sugestions about matching Windows Audio settings to iTunes settings (bit depth, frequency rate).
Apple, any suggestions? I'm not having a great customer experience after buying a pair of HD movies in iTunes. -
My computer wont let me download MP3 rocket because it says its in DOS mode. Im 14 so if someone could help me turn it off step by step thank you.
From what I know, MP3 Rocket is a program that will only work on a Windows computer. They don't make a version that will work on a Mac.
If you need to convert Youtube files to MP3, then you may want to try Smart Converter. It is available in the App Store for free. Just launch App Store, then look in the Top Charts section, under FREE, select "see all", and look for the the download shown below. -

Trying to edit video but Photoshop cs6 wont open the files.
Trying to edit video but Photoshop cs6 wont open the VOB files. I tried to change the extension to AVI and then drag it in. It works but it's distorted. All the heads in the photo are narrow and tall. Can anyone help me figure this thing out? I'm sooo frustrated! Thanks
I assume these came from a DVD? Was this DVD an encrypted holywood DVD or a home video that you got of something like sky diving? You'll probably need photoshop extended to switch pixel aspect ratios. Or convert them into a format that photoshop understands with a 1.0 pixel aspect ratio. Do you have access to adobe media encoder?

Hi woodspirit-
There are many places that offer Firefox for download, but not all of them are trustworthy. I would recommend getting the latest version here:

My itune wont let me open my account..
My itune wont let me open my account...
my itouch say "cannot connect ot itunes store"
so i tried my pc and it says "We're sorry. We cannot complete your request on the itunes store at this time"
Can someone please help?
I also Run Diagnostics and its says there's nothing wrong....
it there something wrong on my itune?I'm having the same problem on my iPhone 4 and on iTunes 10.3 for Windows. It just began today; I've been purchasing content (music and apps) on the store via my phone and PC for months without problems. I can view products on the Store, but when I try to purchase something or view my account details and subsequently enter my password, I'm told either 'Cannot connect to the iTunes Store' (on my iPhone) or 'We're sorry, we cannot complete your request on the iTunes Store at this time. Please try again later.' (on iTunes for Windows).
After speaking to someone on 133 MAC, I've ruled out my internet connection - I have perfect connectivity to other services on my laptop and phones using Wifi and on my phone using 3G, but the problem remains - and my password: I've reset it to something else, but now I can't sign into my account on my phone at all. I can, however, sign into it on the web at My Apple ID.
