My employer has a new Citrix portal. When I try to enter, I get an error message--"You have not choxsent to trust Thawte SSL CA". How do I set this as a trusted cite on Firefox?
should read "you have chosen not to trust Thawte SSL CA." Our help desk says I need to set this as a trusted cite on Firefox 4. I can't find an option to do so.
That happens if that root certificate is not installed in Citrix.

The App Store says I have updates for I-Photo and Garage Band. I read the solution someone else suggested (type your user name without @gmail and create a new password. When I tried it, I was asked for my birthday. It didn't recognize it. Having big problems with my new Mac Pro, when I launch Photoshop CC, I get an error message, can carry on but after a few tasks it starts going gar... menus go blank, when you try to save it shows a blank box.... can anybody help?

I keep getting notified I have an update available but when I try to update I get the following msg ,"You have updates available for other accounts To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it.". I only have one account with apple and the software was preinstalled when I purchased my macbook in Aug 2012 with that account. Has anyone had this problem or know how to find out what account apple needs?
You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update

i have a targus 4.0 bluetooth usb adapter and so i can pair my iphone 4s and ipad air wirelessly, it seems to pair ok but when i try to connect i get a error message or not compatible. can some one tell me if it i can use this bluetooth with my devices, thanks

You can only add songs to your iOS device from iTunes via Wi-Fi sync or via your cable, not Bluetooth.

When trying to open iphoto I get the error message "You can't open the application iPhoto because it may be damaged or incomplete." How do I fix this and get my photo's back?
To re-install iPhoto
1. Put the iPhoto.app in the trash (Drag it from your Applications Folder to the trash)
2a: On 10.5: Go to HD/Library/Receipts and remove any pkg file there with iPhoto in the name.
2b: On 10.6: Those receipts may be found as follows: In the Finder use the Go menu and select Go To Folder. In the resulting window type
/var/db/receipts/
2c: on 10.7 they're at
/private/var/db/receipts
A Finder Window will open at that location and you can remove the iPhoto pkg files.
3. Re-install.
If you purchased an iLife Disk, then iPhoto is on it.
If iPhoto was installed on your Mac when you go it then it’s on the System Restore disks that came with your Mac. Insert the first one and opt to ‘Install Bundled Applications Only.
If you purchased it on the App Store you can find it in your Purchases List. -

I recently updates itunes and when I try to sync I get an error message
I just updated itunes when I got my 6 plus and now when I try to sync it says "attempting to copy to the disk "Macintosh HD" failed. You do not have enough access priviledges for this operation"

If you did then did you remove the personal data or otherwise removed to Firefox profile folder ?
Make sure that you still have a (default) Firefox profile folder.<br />

I have a typing software that I bought a while ago. I had installed it on an old pc but I just bought a macbook and I'd like to install it onto the new macbook, as I no longer use the old pc. When I open the installer, I get the error message: " You can't open the application "%@" because it may be damage or incomplete"
