my hard drive melted down and had to be replaced. I don't have my serial number or the email from it to reinstall my copy of Flash CS5.5. how do I get a new one? Can someone just verify my purchase and email me a new one?

There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that. -
I just bought an iPad 4 from an individual - I have not had a chance to set up the iCloud tracking feature or any type of feature like that - it was just stolen out of my car I do have my Apple ID and username is there any way I can track it or locate it or is there anything I can do it all??

No. Even if you found the serial number, it wouldn't help; there is no capability to remotely track or disable an iPod other than the iPod touch.

Hold down the Option key while you boot your Mac. Then, it should show you a selection of devices. Click your flash drive and it will boot from that.

Check the papers that came with your PC or the web site of the vendor. OEM versions are either on the recovery discs they provide or can be downloaded from their site.

In this complicated case, I think it's important that you get your work in.
The Photography Plan includes Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CC. Open an account with them and for $10 a month you can be back in business which I think nets you more than $10. It's what I do. You can do this immediately. You get two seats and they can be either Mac or PC.
In your spare time you can sort out the license issue and cancel the plan later on if this is fixed.
If you don't want to go there, then you will have to call Customer Service by phone and hope they can fix this.

Thank you.Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

To delete your iCloud account from Settings>iCloud they have to enter your ID password.
The can place the iPod in Recovery mode and they restore the iPod but they will have to enter your iCloud ID and PW to activate the iPod.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.

- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.

I downloaded Adobe Creative Suite CS5 about a year ago on an old computer, I still have the disk and wanted to install it onto my new laptop, and can't because I don't have the serial number. I checked with your account and it shows that you have purchased an annual subscription of Adobe ExportPDF online service. Right?
ExportPDF service does not require a serial number to access it.
All you need to do is sign in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and password.
Then, you can upload PDF files from your computer and convert them to other formats like Word, PowerPoint, etc.
On completion, you can download the converted file on your computer and edit it for further use.

Need not worry. Your old computer is gone, no worries at all because we cannot retrieve serial numbers from the hardware. If you ever had registered your products (Which I think you would have), you can navigate to adobe.com/account.html. And sign in with the email under which you bought it (Can check with all emails that you have).
For downloading, please navigate to adobe.com/downloads/other-downloads.html.

Camera Raw does not open raw NEF files from D800
