My home button is getting stuck. I've purchased the express replacement plan and am now being told I didn't.  I love my iPhone but will not continue to pay for services over and over. I need my phone fixed but will not pay again.

Apple does not have an "express replacement plan" so are you talking about the AppleCare program?  If so, and you did purchase that warranty extension, contact the plan by http://www.apple.com/support/applecare
