My iPad is completely frozen, stuck on a app, the only button I can click is the sleep button but when I open it back up it goes straight back into the app how can I unfreeze my ipad

I can click the home and sleep button, but the home button does nothing, and the sleep button works but when I touch it again, it goes straight back to the app I was in,
Can someone please help me?

A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure.

"When you changed your iPhone". Do you mean you purchased a new phone? If that is the case, did you restore the new phone from a backup of the old phone? Is it possible that the app you are using does not save data in the iPhone backup? Have you contacted the app developer to ask them about it?

You need to reconfigure your phone for use with your Apple ID. I suggest you restore yours as new then reconfigure it with your information and Apple ID. Be sure to disable Find My Phone, if it's enabled, before proceeding.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

When you go to Settings > WiFi and see your network name does it have a padlock icon to the right of the network name? If so it is a secured network with a password.
How did you connect to your network from the iPad? From Settings > Wifi? Was a network password requested? Was it accepted?
If you touch the ">" to the right of your network name what do you see for IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router, and DNS?

- Try syncing the iPod to your computer. Then delete from iTunes and sync. that should delete it from the iPod. Then redownload it.

The textual characters have to be renderable text (a scanner's output image of text is a picture of text not "real" text).

Possible problem: You designed the invoice using Numbers '09 but you are now editing it in Numbers 3. The company name and address are in a page header or footer, something Numbers 3 does not have so it deletes it from the document.
Possible solution: Return to using Numbers '09. It should still be in the Applications forlder on your computer.
Another Possible Solution: Use a text box for your company name and address.
If you are trying to use Numbers 3, you might want to see if your invoice will print correctly (with or without the company name and address)

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

I don't seem to be able to activate the Never Remember History in Privacy. It is set to Use Custom Settings, I change it to Never Remember History but whenever I open up options, it has reverted to Never remember history. How can I change it? Thank you

At the moment my privacy settings are Use Custom Settings in Private Browsing mode with no third party cookies. Recently however when I log out of hotmail the msn homepage comes up. So I decided to change to never remember history settings. However, whenever I change it, it always reverts back to Use Custom Settings. Why and how can I change it?

Firefox shows the "Use custom settings for history" setting as an indication that at least one of the history and cookie settings is not the default to make you aware that changes were made.
If all History settings are default then the custom settings are hidden and you see "Firefox will: (Never) Remember History".
You enter Private Browsing mode if you select:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Never Remember History"
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" > [X] "Always use private browsing mode"

On a website clicking on highlighted text in blue, the browser should take you to info on that subject. My Firefox opens a blank page and says "search history and bookmarks." How can I make it go to the info highlighted in blue text? Ver 3.6.15

Usually the browser will take the user to info pages when a click on blue text is done. My browser just opens a blank page and has "search history and bookmarks and then just sits there. I can change that so it will do nothing and the message is "type a web address". It used to work fine. How can I fix this.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

If you used your original welcome email, which contained a link to delete the BB ID, then you are supposed to be able to create a new BB ID with the same email address. If you used some other method to delete your BB ID, then you should find that email and use that method. If that does not work, then you will need formal support...which is only available via your carrier, who would need to escalate your case into RIM.
