My iPad wont complete the required update to get into icloud.
When I try the update it says unavailable and I have enough storage.

Follow these steps if you receive an error or alert message when attempting to update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iTunes.

Install the latest version of iTunes.
Verify that your computer operating system is up to date. If an update requires a restart, check for updates again after restarting.
On a Mac: In the Apple () menu, choose Software Update. Install all available updates.
On a Windows PC: Go to the Microsoft Windows Update page.
Check your security software: Note: Most restore issues are caused by out-of-date or incorrectly configured security software, firewalls, and network router settings or firmware.
Isolate the issue to third-party software.
Update security software.
Properly configure your security software.
Temporarily disable or uninstall your security software.
Temporarily remove any unnecessary USB devices, leaving only your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, the USB cable that came with your device, and a keyboard and mouse, if necessary.
Restart your computer and try again.

i need help!??? i just tried to update my ipod and now its making me restore it on itunes and it wont complete the restoring process. Its giving the warning that the updated software server couldn't be reached. Can anybody help????

- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

I've downloaded a few apps since I got my ipad 3 two weeks ago...now it just sits on ( waiting ) and wont complete the download. Any ideas? Thanks, Chris
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again. -

Ever since I updated Safari to 7.1 on my MacBook Air on Friday, I've been getting this pop up every couple of hours. It tells me that the computer will restart automatically in five minutes if action is not taken. So I can either restart manually or postpone the restart. I've never seen this type of pop up on a Mac before so I hesitate to restart. It just doesn't look like an update Apple would have. Attached is a screen grab. Please let me know if you know what this might be for. I just want to make sure nothing has infected the Mac. ThanksHave you downloaded anything lately?

HELP NEEDED!! Recently upgraded my ipad air to the new update, charged it over night, now it will not come on? i plug in the charger but comes up the normal charging sign but still no life in it? I updated my ipad 3 with the ios7 update. Now the screen shows the itunes icon and a pic of the plug in (as to plug into itunes) When I do this it wants to restore my ipad, which I have already done. I can't get out of this screen. Any hints on what to do next?

Are the apps in your iTunes library on your computer and did you select them to sync? Are you sure that you are syncing correctly?

my phone has switched off for the second time this week, however when connecting to itunes the restore process wont complete. the error is 2006 however i have tried a number of USB cords, and none seem to be working.

We have 3 Macs OS 10.7.5, 16Gb and are all using Illustrator CC 2014. Since the Macs upgraded to CC 2014 all are exhibiting the same message, at random during deisgn, "Can't finish previewing. Could not complete the required operation.". At this point clicking on the "OK" button causes the screen graphics to appear in outline mode and unable to access / select any further commands, apart from "close".
Reverting back to the initial CC (which is still installed on the systems) shows no problems in completing the designs. Hence it appears that all the above issues seem apparent only since the latest CC upgrade.
Does anyone have any ideas as to this issue and any possible resolutions.For the last few months, I've been having the exact same problem and it is driving me CRAZY. I finally contacted Adobe a few weeks ago regarding the issue and they had me clear out my preferences. All seemed fine for a few days... but then it came back again and seems worse now. It happened so often today I lost count. Very frustrating.
