My I phone 4 will not charge there is just a dark screen. Ive tried charging it with the USB cable and the wall charger still not luck. It will not even turn on.
Try resetting it: hold down the power and the Home button for about ten seconds until the Apple icon appears on the screen.

If you have connected to other wi-fi successfully, then your wi-fi should be working. Try power cycling the router. Disconnect it from power for about 30 seconds and then restart it. After it has come back, try connecting again.

certain events in iPhoto will not sync to my iPad. No Error messages comes up and the photos themselves are ok. its like my ipad doesn't see them. Cause i can get some photos on there just not all. Photos are from the same camera and should all be in the same format.
What is the file name of the video(s) you want to sync?
Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

will my voice mails be lost if my phone froze trying to update itunes? I have the screen with the USB and the itunes circle. phone completely dysfunctional.
as ar as I know, voicemails aren't stored on your iPhone, your carrier saves them.

my ipad2 is unable to find wireless network(s). while at home I am able to connect my MacBook and iPhone to network but am unable to connect iPad. I have restarted the device multiple times and even reset the network and all settings but still no luck

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Particularly:
Display has no backlight or dark screen
Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.

Manually syncing does not fix your problem and is not that comfortable. If it still does not work, I would suggest to check your iCloud settings on your Mac as well, because there is no reason that it does not work if you set up your account on all your devices.

my thought is that its purchased via your Itunes account! therefore no matter if its only on your phone or on your pc...you still bought it and therefore it is there in your account. You "might" simply have to re download it via Itunes but it should be in youre account, with proof of purchase! there is no reason at all why Itunes would make you buy it again!

might be worth your time awaiting a reply from soemone else...or contacting Apple over the phone to confirm. To me though because the accounts on your phone and on your pc is one and the same then they BOTH know what you have bought, even if you havnt dl'd it on your pc...surely? -
Like i said above, my music will no longer sync. I can open the ipod, get on safari and what not, but when i attempt to sync, it says it is complete after less than a minute, and the music is not on it. I tried the manual artist upload and it is still unsuccessful
