My iPhone 4 will not play music. It shuffles through album artwork and a play symbol icon appears by my battery percentage icon. How do I fix this?
I have just had this problem recently and I thought it worked itself out but would only play one song this morning. All help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.
While the music app is on, press and hold the sleep/wake button until the red slide to power off things comes. Without sliding the bar, press and hold the home button until the app quits.
Also clear the music app from multitasking-bar too. You may then try playing music.

After installing the new software to my iPhone 4S , my dream zoo either will not start or when it does it has a blank screen that has a few icons on it that wont work. How can I fix this is it possible to go back and reinstall the older software ?
Unfortunately I tried that and it didn't work. Thanks for the help though. I tried to uninstall and it said I couldn't because the file is corrupt or something, but I think I finally got it uninstalled and/or deleted or whatever, but now I try to reinstall/download it again from the beginning and I can't. No matter what I do I can not get Firefox working again. No matter how many times I try to redownload it. Any other suggestions?

If it's still under warranty, Apple will fix it, but you have to send it to them, so you won't have it for several weeks. If the warranty is expired, they'll still do it, but you'll have to pay for it. Last I heard, it costs $99/S&H.
That is the ultimate defect in the iPhone. No other cellphone has a battery that is not user-replaceable. I won't buy a phone that doesn't. -
Just got my iPad and when syncing photos will only sync recent photos taken on iPhone - will not sync any photos from my albums or events despite selecting all events or even when i select specific events or albums.
What is the file name of the video(s) you want to sync?
Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

iphone will connect to base station no problems, I've restored settings and started again but still the same, the iphone picked up the network for the last couple of months, but not now ?I'm having the same issue. My AExpress used to give a good signal strength on the far side of the house extending he network created by my Extreme. However, I've noticed lately that my iPhone does not receive the same strong signal it once did. AE has a green light, I've rebooted it, and my Extreme but there is no change in signal strength. Other than the green light, how can I tell if the Express is working if I don't get a good network signal?

Sounds as if you have a POP email account. If that is the case, then deleting the account and adding it back deleted those folders. They will be recreated as needed. As soon as you send an email, the Send folder will be created. As soon as you delete an email the deleted folder will be created, and the same with saving an incomplete email will create the draft folder.

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.

My MacBook Air 13' (2013) will occasionally start the fan at full blast, not connect to any wifi or detect any wifi, and will remove the battery icon from my menu bad as well as tell me there is no battery connected. How do I fix this? I have restarted my computer multiple times, **** it down, and ran a diagnostic test to tell me nothing is wrong and my computer is not running any applications. There is no reason for the fan to be on full blast! when I try to set the option to show my battery icon in the menu bar, it will automatically uncheck. How do I fix all of this?

I have ebooks on my ipod and when I'm listening to a story it will not go to the next chapter, it just starts over again with the chapter I just listen too. How do I correct this? It didn't do this before.
ebooks is a term for (mainly) textual books that can be read on screen. If you're listening then I think you mean audiobooks. See audiobooks on iPods. Either reorganize as single files or access via a playlist.

I have a verizon iphone 5c and I took out the SIM card just being curious and put it back in, now I can only use my phone on wifi and I can't use 4G or LTE strictly wifi. How can I fix this?
Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears? If that doesn't work, try resetting the network settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
If that fails, you may possibly have damaged the SIM. Verizon will need to give you a new one.

Just called in Apple Care for the same issue. All you need to do is go to the itunes file scroll down to the bottom where you will see the cammand Transfer purchases from " insert your name"iphone. It will automaticly download your purcases to itunes and place it under Purchases,it will also place the movies and shows in the apropriate folders in itunes. In addition there will also be an additional folder under Store in itunes that will list the purchases under the device it was puchased under for example Purchased on Pinkiesipone
