My iphone 4s slipped out of my back pocket and cracked the front screen.. i have no insurance on it but im still under warranty. how much do you think i will have to pay to get it fixed?

Apple does not repair iPhones, but will replace the entire iPhone for a flat fee. If you do not have AppleCare+ on your iPhone, see the Service Pricing section here:

If you have AppleCare+ coverage, the cost will be less; in the US it's $49.
There are independent iPhone repair services that may be able to do the repair for less than Apple's out-of-warranty charge. Do a web search for "iPhone repair". Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPhone serviced by an unauthorized shop, all further warranty and support will be voided.

Full price. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not you losing the iPod.
Perhaps homeowners insurance of your credit card plan, if you used a credit card to purchase the original iPod, might cover all or part of the cost.

Apple don't do trade-ins, they will only potentially replace your iPad with one of the same generation/spec - in the US that will be $249 for the iPad 2, and $299 for the iPad 3 and 4 (and Air).

I got my ipod touch (4th generation) on March 20, 2012, and it fell out of my pocket when I jumped. Unfortunantly, the screen cracked very badly, and it has become a hazard, not only for the many cuts I have gotton on my fingers from the ipod screen's broken glass, but for what I type (because the screen is cracked so badly, I cannot see what I am doing). If I'm still in my one year warranty will I have to pay to get it fixed? If it's due to a manufacturing defect, the warranty will cover it. If it's due to accidental damage, it'll cost to get it fixed unless it happened during an authorized repair.

That error message suggest you have a permissions issue. Make sure you have full read/write privileges for the Drive/ Folder location that you are copying the files to.

My iPod broke, but since I had a waranty, apple gave me a refreshed one. It is messing up now, and I was wondering if I have to pay to get it fixed? There was a number in the box that they gave to me that said to call if I had any issues. My brothers lost it, though. I dropped my iPod the other day and quickly picked it up. It looked fine, but when I tried to use the home button, I found that I had to press much harder to use it.
