My iPhone 5c has been buggy since the update, it slowed down ( a lot) and it can't connect to wifi as well. How do I fix this?

so I have an iPhone 5c bought last summer, so it's not even a year old. I have never had any problems with the wifi until a day ago. Yesterday I updated to ios8.2 and my pone became really slow and buggy. And it won't connect to the wifi. I checked on my tablet and the wifi works fine on there. How do I fix this problem?

What troubleshooting steps have you attempted to correct this issue? I have a 5s running iOS 8.2 and have not experienced any problems. User troubleshooting steps are restart, reset, restore from backup and restore as new. Make sure you make a backup of the device before attempting any troubleshooting. If you go through all of the steps, including restore as new and then test the device before adding any content back to it and it is still not functioning correctly, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to have the hardware checked. If it functions correctly when restored as new, then try restoring the backup again. If it acts up after that, then there is something corrupt in your backup file. Restore as new again and sync your content back manually.

At night I use a white noise app, and up to the most recent update, I never was below half battery in the morning. Now my phone is completely dead in the morning. Sign out of iCloud, the iTunes Store, App Store, FaceTime, Find My Friends, Find My iPhone, and iMessage on each device that uses your current Apple ID for these services.
Go to My Apple ID.
Select Manage your Apple ID and sign in. Forgot your password?

I download exclusively from itunes and I have been having issues with the music stopping after about 25 seconds either skipping to the next song or just going silent and still moving as if it is playing? how do i fix this?

When someone sends me a picture as a message it never appears in the messages, but the icon shows there is a message there. I just can't access it. This has been happening since the update.

So since I did the update on my phone, it rarely accepts picture messages. Usually the icon will show there is a message there (mine is up to 4 now), however it doesn't come through and I can't access it. I have tried a soft reset and simply restarting my phone, but it isn't working.

Just so I'm clear, you do not receive picture messages at all? You see the message notification but when you check there is no message?
You mentioned this started after the software update. Try removing the SIM card and powering off the phone for a minute. Insert the SIM card and power the phone on. Test, by sending yourself a picture message and see if you receive it. Then have someone else send you a picture message and see if you receive it. Keep me posted.

Since the update to iTunes 11.0.4 my AppleTV can not connect to my library

Ever since the latest iTunes update my AppleTV gen 3 can not connect to the library on my laptop. It worked perfect until this update. I checked to see if there was an AppleTV update but it says there isn't one.
I checked that all are on the same network and Home Sharing is on and everything is signed in to the same iTunes account. All the settings are the same as they were before the update.
Any idea how to fix this?

Apple plans to do nothing. I just spoke with Tech Support who told me that it has been my imagination that I have been using Home Sharing without having iTunes open on my computer. Further, that these issues are occuring and complaints about them are from other websites, he had no idea that Apple had these threads running on their website - idiot! I guess that the only way to Home Share is to have iTunes open on your computer at all times, even if you have everything in the cloud. He could not explain to me how every other device was able to Home Share without iTunes being open.
Apple is aware that these complaints are all over their site, however, they have no intention to resolve the problem and if you want someone to toy with you like you are an idiot you can purchase an extension of your Apple Care and allow them to frustrate you more.

An event can only have one date. There is already a date field. Why do you want another date field, perhaps we can find another way?

My iPhone 4 has been problematic since the latest OS update

The phone crashes frequently (multiple times an hour) and struggles to run any apps. I have erased all data and setting twice and set this up as a new iPhone but apparently the problem is in the bad OS install. Is there anyway that I can start all over - i.e. replace the current OS install? This is getting old!!!!! (phone help and GeniusBar team have attempted to help but have failed - I hate to make another trip to the store but perhaps that's the best path).

try locationg the original OS itunes downloaded in your system. i dont know the proccedure but if you deleted that file, itunes should download a new IOS.
and one more thing, when restoring your phone, try putting it on DFU mode first then restore it to itunes.

I'm playing around with it to write a blog post and it is crazy. Only possible workaround (till now i'm not able to figure out a solution to it) is to copy the application and deploy it as a new one. Take copy of all objects (forms, tasklist etc). Delete the corrupted application and rename the new one to old.

Without a working lock screen button, you'll probably have to wait for the battery to go dead. Once it doesn't wake up by pressing the home button you can plug it into a charger and it will eventually reboot.
