My iphone 5s vibrates so loudly but my friend's iphone 5s vibrates just fine. can anyone tell me if it is any hardware problem?

i have bought an iphone 5s few days ago and i noticed that vibration of my iphone is different from other iphones. my iphone's vibration is so loud and noisy it is kind of rattly noise whenever i recieve a call or a text message, So i checked one of my friend's iphone 5s and it vibrates just fine. can anyone tell me why is it so? is it a hardware problem or what?

Do you have the same vibrate settings as your friend?
You can check this by going to Settings > Sounds > Text Tone
