My iphone doesn't appear in my itunes when i try to sync,does anyone have a solution?
This has never happened before, the last time i synced my phone to itunes was a month ago and it worked fine.Can anyone please help?
Did you already make sure that Apple Mobile Device Service is installed and active on your computer?

Iphone doesn't appear in «devices» category when I try to synch it
When I connect my device (iPhone 4S) to my computer (which one is under Windows XP), my computer recognize my iphone as a camera. When I open iTunes, a speech box appears and says: «Iphone can't be used because Apple Mobile Device isn't launch.». I read the help section on Apple's site but it didn't help me. Maybe this problem happened to someone else !?
Please help me because I'm not able to synchronize my iPhone anymore.Did you already make sure that Apple Mobile Device Service is installed and active on your computer?

I have an iPhone 4S wi iOS 5.1 installed and I can't view the option to enqble iTunes Match under the Music menu. I have subscribed to the service and it works fine on my iPad. Does anyone have a solution to this? Can anyone enlighten me as to what's going on?

i re started my computer and re intalled itunes. all my music is on my iphone and i cannot get it back on itunes. when i try to sync it tells me i am going to loose all my music. i really don't wont to go through all my CD's again so can any one help

I have a 5th generation Nano. I am using a New PC and latest Itunes. I am getting error code 13019 when I try to sync. I have no problem syncing with an Iphone 4S or an Ipad2. I have tried the procedures described in diagnostics, but without success. Any ideas?

First, for the forum view issue. Go to My Settings (on the right) and in General Settings change the Topic Page View to Flat. Click Save. Posts should show up in the order they were written.

Also, since you said that you've gone through the 5 Rs, I would assume that you used the iPod Updater to restore (since there is no other way of doing it and you don't "run" the 5 Rs).
When you restored, did you use the latest updater?
You may also want to try formatting the iPod through Windows. Connect it to the computer and when it appears in My Computer right click it and go to format. Does anything happen? Can you format the iPod through Windows?

My iPod Nano 6th Generation is not picking up album artwork. On several of my tracks, it recognizes the album art, but it doesn't seem to recognize the others. I've tried uploading the artwork onto several albums manually, I've cleared the downloaded artwork to download them again, I've even restored the iPod to its default settings...nothing seems to work.

I just purchased Adobe Lightroom 5 and can't activate it after installing it on my computer because the product box doesn't contain a 24 digit S/N serial number but an 8 digit PNB number. I contacted the vendor and they told me to seek help via the Adobe help lines. Does anyone have a solution?
Unfortunately, the "find your serial number quickly" link does not work because I don't have any number on my Lightroom cdrom box with 24 digits... All I have is an 8 digit PN number... :-/
