MY IPHONE JUST FELL WHILE I HAD A IPHONE COVER ON AND THE WHOLE BACK SHATTERED! WILL I GET WARRANTY!!!!!!??????
Apple warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not accidental damage.
See if your homeowners/renters insurance will cover it. If you paid
for the iPhone with debit/charge card, some of those provide damage
coverage.
Turn off your caps lock - it is considered shouting and rude to use all caps.
Many will not even look a post that is all caps.

I dropped my iPhone 5s on the floor on accident. Of course I have a otter box on it, but when i picked it up, the rear camera stopped working. Also the area around the rear camera started to overheat. I was so hot that it you touch it it will burn you. The battery also started to drain very fast.
You broke it. That seems pretty obvious. A case, including the otter box, is not a magical force field that can protect your phone from the force of gravity.

I have an iPhone 4 with 4.3.3 and the HP C310a printer.
The printer goes to sleep to conserve energy and won't wakeup. Are there any work arounds? HP tech support is no help and the HP forums have a dozen different fixes that don't work. My opinion is HP needs a firmware fix and perhaps Apple could push them toward that end. By powering the printer down and restarting it will connect to the network until it goes into energy save.

Hi I use CA Internet Security Suite which checks ALL pages and searches, but it does not work with this version, also I wish to use Goggle Toolbar which ALSO does not work with this version where can I get the previous version? Can anyone help? I updated my iPhone 4 with latest iOS 7 and now wi fi is greyed out, Bluetooth won't work and tbh am so angry! Phone now out of warranty so apple won't help without it costing me. Don't want to pay as its an apple problem not phone problem. It worked ok before. Tried everything, even clearing it down. Can't even back it up now unless I connect to a pc!
I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version. I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again. I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again. My blue tooth doesn't work either. I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this. When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue. My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!! I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue. Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it. Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple. -
I have a iphone 4s with ios 8.3 and I used to be able to sync only a week or two of emails from outlook email. Now it won't let me do that and it syncs all my inbox. How can I change it back to sync less. I can't find the right place.
I understand, as that was the place I would change it before 8.3 but now that option of Mail Days to Sync is not available? Any idea why that would be?

i have a long-existing iPhone 4s with one apple id and started a job where I received a macbook with another apple id. how do i get my phone to sync with the Mac Pro and secondly how do i get my music on there?
No not bothered about sycing apps etc it is all about calendars and maybe notes. IN terms of how its done I just want it the easiest way and preferably so that if an entry is made on one calendar then it populates the other.
Thgius is beacuse I have my work diary on outlok, which I then link with my ical. I want to make sure that information is then shared with her.

I Dont know what changed or when it changed, but I created a song in garageband on my iPhone 5s with iOS 8.1 and I selected it to export it to iMovie and when I selected that iMovie wasn't an option. I'm not sure if it's a GarageBand issue or an iMovie issue or an iOS 8.1 issue. Can I change it in settings or do I have to wait for another update or what?

I have just bought a new iPhone and gave my old one to my Mum. My problem is that even with a new SIM and phone number I seem to be getting her messages as well as mine on my thread. They are also being recorded as both sent and received so she must be paying twice for each SMS sent. Help please
Wipe iPhone/iPad/iPod touch clean
There are a few steps to do:
Switch off iMessage in Settings > Messages
Switch off FaceTime in Settings > FaceTime (iPod touch 4th Generation or later, iPhone 4 or later and iPad 2 or later)
Delete iCloud in Settings > iCloud > Delete Account
Finally Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

If all you did was sync your phone, and if you haven't synced again since this happened, you can restore your phone from the backup that was created at the beginning of the sync process (camera roll photos are included in the backup). If you have synced again since this happened this backup has already been overwritten and your photos are lost. Also, if you restored your phone from the backup of your iPod, rather than just synced, then your photos are lost too.
If you have an intact backup that contains these photos, do the following:
Without connecting your phone, open iTunes on your computer and go to Preferences. On the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically".
Connect your phone to your computer, right-click on the name of your phone when it appears in iTunes on the left sidebar and select Restore from Backup, choose your most recent backup to restore from.
When complete, you can go back to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and re-enable automatic syncing. -

A trick that works frequently with iPhones:
Settings > AirPlane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > AirPlane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF

Does the iOS device connect to other networks? See other networks? If yes that tends to indicate a problem with your network.
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

If you are trying to activate your iPhone you need to use iTunes.
There's no need to "pair" an iPhone with a Mac. Syncing, restoring, backing up, apps/ music / photos etc., is all done with iTunes. -
Should my iPhone 1 (iOS 3.1.3) with Bluetooth 2.0 (Handset HSP?) work with wireless earbuds with BT 4.0 and the Headset (and Handsfree, A2DP, AVRCP) protocol? They pair and connect as expected (with a PIN); status bar looks good and shows Bluetooth active, and I even see the iPhone displays the battery levels of the wireless earbuds. But audio always comes out the speaker. (If I plug in wired headphones into the headphone jack then audio comes into the wired headphones, as expected.) I have rebooted the iPhone; I have had it forget about the wireless earbuds, and repaired and reconnected; I have reset all network settings. Thx in advance.
PS: I understand that more recent versions of iOS have a way to choose where audio output goes (speaker, headphone jack, Bluetooth device). Does this older version of iOS? I could not find an option or setting.I've noticed this lately as well, with my iPhone 4. I couldn't confidently pin it directly on any particular iOS update, but my iPhone used to automatically connect up via Bluetooth with my Prius's handsfree feature, and now it doesn't. I work with a CE-based device at my job, with Bluetooth capability, and I used to test out that feature by having it discover my iPhone. This no longer works either.
What I have found (not really a solution, but it does work and may be a clue for Apple) is that if I simply go to the Settings app then the General -> Bluetooth screen and let it sit there, it will pair right up with my car within a few seconds. Bluetooth is always on, and always says "Now Discoverable" at the bottom of the settings screen.
