My iPhone won't let me download any apps anymore
2 weeks ago tried to download app but it said cannot access store I already changed my password twice no help
Other users are having the same problem today and yesterday. I have not seen a solution. It appears to be an Apple problem. I would wait or download on your computer and sync.

I figured out what was going on the app had miss represented how much space it would take it had said it was 1.2g's however it was really 1.9g's which was all I had left on the phone I downloaded it to my computer first from the apps store then was able to see this. At that point I was able to rearrange some memory to accomadate it's size thanx for the help.

It appears that there is something incorrect with your billing information. You need to correct it. For a standard account you need a valid payment method even for free apps. You can however create a new account that is only good for apps by:

What country's Store are you using?
The two have to be the same and the payment method for your account also has to be associated (billing address, where iTunes gift card was purchased) with that country.
Has the ID(s) worked before for purchases for this country's store? -
I cannot downlaod any apps on my IPhone. It keeps telling me to go to the ITune store and change my billing information and I have done that and it still won't let me download apps.

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

I just need to be able to download apps and my phone keeps saying the security code is invalid which doesnt make sense because I enter everything correct and it's really fustrating I've been to the apple store I've called support and they can't seem to fix it! This can sometimes happen because there is a missmatch between the billing address entered on your iTunes account and the billing address from your bank records. See http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646.

From time to time, especially if you change something in your iTunes store or account, it will ask you to confirm your account details. Sometimes it’s only the last 3 digits of your security code on your CC. It’s part of a security step taken by Apple.

I've been having the same problem with my Iphone ( I have a 4s with sprint) I went to the Apple store yesterday and the guy re-set my iphone and logged out/back from my apple accnt....then the updates were able to go thru. Now this morning I had another update and it started downloading and then it quit just like before and I also got the same error message listed above. So i tried again reseting my iphone. I went thru the sames steps the apple guy showed me at the store but no results. I even went as fas as deleting the app and just downloading it again but no download or update can be completed at this time. What's going on!

So I recently updated my iPod and it crashed while doing this and made me restore my iPod, which took off all of my apps and music. Once my iPod was restored I tried to dowload my music but then it told me to sign in to view billing information. I checked through it and when I pressed done it told me my payment method was declined, and then earlier today I tried to download a free app and the same thing happened.

My iPhone won't let me download or update any apps, just keeps going to my account pages, asks me to put in my card details then says there's a problem or it's declined even when I try to download or update free apps, I have had the day Apple ID and card details since I brought phone????? Have spoken to Apple they don't help!!
What sort of card is it, debit or credit ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support again : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management
