Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

An Update- I took the art work into Ai CS 6 and It still did not work, which is really strange. And I've used it hundreds of times with success in the past. Also I tried it with live type and outlines, ungrouped, un-compounded still could not get it to negative offset.

Yup, your question and Diane's answer helped me also. Tho' I had had problems before getting into the iTunes store I always managed to find a way. Today they had me blocked cold with the "Update to 10" advert no matter what I did. Other questioners are being told, incorrectly as it turns out, that they have to update their OS to accomodate iTunes 10 and upgrade to iTunes 10. I did the download which did not take up much more room on my crowded old hard drive and now I'm back in business.

I reset my ipod gen 2 to factory settings and version 4.2.1 will not sync with the latest iTunes.
Are you using the USB docking cable that came with that shuffle (it has a mini-dock at the shuffle end)? The docking cable for the current 4th (and 3rd) gen shuffle fits, but it will not work. The connector is different.
When you say, "does not sync with iTunes," do you mean it does appear in iTunes (in the sidebar under DEVICES) but does not sync, or that it does not appear in iTunes at all? -
Search does not work. Put something in search, press search and nothing happens
"Search" in the middle of the page does not seem to work. I put something in there, press search and nothing happens. I have to go to the top right hand corner (Google) and put it in there and then it takes me to where i want to go. Once there if i want to use search it works once it has taken me to a web site. the web dynpro applications for internal and external candidated existed with eRec 6.0 SP 7 (or 9 depending if we count delivered or working ) so the were available before SES and are working with the old TREX setup as long as the SES business function is not activated.
As a general issue you could check IMG node "Assign Search Template Groups to Search Applications". The web dynpro applications use new CompIds (the ones with capital letters). Check if the Ids are existing (you might need to compare with client 000) and if the Search Mask Group Ids assigned are correct.
Furthermore check the application log (SLG1). If there is some configuration issue in the search masks a log entry should be written. If you need assistance with the log entry, just post it here and we will see if we can help.

A number of people have reported similar issues recently, most appear to have found a discrepancy of some kind in their account settings and making changes to these settings has resolved the matter.
Check your account details are correct, check that you are using the correct details for Location, Region and Time Zone. You may want to change these settings and then change them back to see if that helps.
Also check your payment details, make sure your details are exactly how they appear on your credit card statement, you might also try changing some of those details, saving them and changing them back again.
You might also try logging out of and then back into your iTunes account and restarting your router.
Rentals should appear under their own heading in the ‘Movies’ feature, you might also check at Settings > iTunes Store > Check For Rentals. -
The camera icon is still present but it is a lighter shad of grey for only 2 of my contacts. The other contacts I can still attach photographs to. Don't know if accidentally changed settings for those users. I reset my network settings but that didn't work. Any ideas?

My macbook pro just frooze while on-line. I got the rainbow wheel spinnin and it wouldn't stop I tried to do a force quit and I was unable to do that. So I held down the power button. Now when I try to restart it I can't get by the while page with the apple symbol on it. All I have is the grey circle spinning continuosly like it is working. I tried a command S when I started it back up and checked the HD and rebooted, still can't get by the startup page. Any suggestions?I'm having the same problem. I started an automatic upgrade that then got "stuck" for hours. I did a hard shut down and now all I get when I try to reboot is the spinning wheel. I haven't done a backup in 3 months and can't afford to lose everything in a reinstall. Any suggestions?

I have an hP laptop and Windows 8.1 on it. At home I have a Wifi router and several devices using it. Only on my laptop I'm experiencing a strange thing: even if I check "Connect automatically" checkbox on the Wifi access point list it does
not get saved. I mean when connection to wifi drops then Wifi does not reconnect itself and If I try to reconnect manually I see that this checkbox is not saved. That means Windows does not allow me to enjoy this function because I have to reconnect manually
every time. Does enyone have an idea about how this could be fixed?

The tables were created by someone else, and I totally forgot about the triggers. I checked the table for triggers and there is a trigger before UPDATE on it. Here update_account := lower(user). Hence it takes the db user name.
FYI, for getting username I am using v('APP_USER').

When I connect my iPhone 4S to my computer, iTunes does not detect it. iPhone pops the message of USB connectivity and defaults to Mass Storage. Windows shows the message that "Device is ready to use" and I can read both drives of the iPhone in Windows Explorer. However iTunes does not detect the device and the "Devices" tab does not appear. I have tried Restarting the phone. Restarting the computer. Connecting the phone to a different computer. Try a hard reset on your iPhone, press the power/sleep & home button at the same time until the apple logo appears (ignore the slide to turn off prompt). Once the apple logo appears release the buttons and wait for your iPhone to boot back up then try connecting. Also try a different USB cable if you have one available. -
