My ipod was running slow so i restaure all the settings but now it on the first set up i connect it on itunes it synchronise but dont disapear so it stay on connect with itunes even if i do everything. please help me.

my ipod was really slow so i restart the settings usually it returns normal with all my songs and apps and picture but now it return to the beggining setting like the first day when i got it, i do the language country everything wi-fi and i want to restire it from my itunes save it says connect to itunes i put it on my computer itunes appear and it synchronise with my ipod normally but the set up doesnt disappear heaven if i do the synchro and all ... i dont know what to do ... please help me

There is a backup plan after doing the Restore.  Read this.
