I tried updating my iPod, and ever since it has not worked at all. If I hold in the lock & home button, it will tell me to plug it into iTunes. Once I do that, it says it will restore but every time, restoring it fails. My iPod is not working at all, and I really have no idea what to do. I have tried several times to load version 11.4 and keep getting an error code2324, now I cannot sync any of my apple products. Tap Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > Off. Set the date one year ahead. Then try to access the App Store.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I tried to upload my daughters videos she made on her iPod to my mac iPhoto and it seemed to have "Stuck" and now will not work at all. It had to a complete fix of the existing library. I purchased music on my iPad (and it works fine). It populated my purchased list on my home computer but will not download (purchase is no longer a given option) ?? when I access it in the iTunes store I can click on play but nothing happens…how do I get it to download on my computer ?
If you connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases then it should copy over to your iTunes library. Depending upon what country that you are in you might also be able to redownload it on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.

ok i know about ipods, and this issue is not something that i have come across. when i plug in my ipod to my pc a screen shows on my ipod saying "do nto disconnect" i dont, i want until it is loaded. then the folder with a "!" pops up, and i read on www.apple.com that i am supposed to try the 5 w's, and i have tryed all 5 w's 3 times each. nothing works, nothing. when i click start and click all programs and go to ipod then i click ipod updater i cannot restore my ipod because a message pops up saying "The attached iPod model is not supported by this application." someone please help me.

PS- What do you mean when you say it will not allow you to right click on it? FYI- Sometimes when there's something going on with your iPod's hard drive, it takes a really long time for the computer to respond to commands for it. So, if you're right clicking and then getting an hourglass, please be patient. You'll get there eventually.
