My iTunes won't open it used to but can not get it to open on my laptop today?? Help
My iTunes on my laptop will not open it opened the other day but I have been trying for an hour and it won't open
Try uninstalling and reinstalling it
Go into the control panel and 'add/remove programs'. Uninstall itunes then redownload it and reinstall it.
If something got really messed up you may just need to start fresh. But it won't affect your content, at least that hasn't been my experience. I've reinstalled iTunes and haven't had to redownload apps, so ti's just the interface you're reinstalling.

What version of Pages are you using? The latest is 4.1 with the update released on July 20. In Snow Leopard 10.6.8 you need at least Pages 4.0.5. If you're not running the latest versions & Software Update says your software is up to date, make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. They must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work.
If you are running at least Pages 4.0.5 & haven't made any other changes to your Mac since Pages was last working correctly, the likely culprit is corrupt preferences. Go to HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences & delete the com.apple.iwork.pages.plst & restart Pages. -

If it's showing the red disabled screen then you will need to connect it to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPad and restore/re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. -

I use an Epson Stylus Office BX320FW printer with my IMac. Since upgrading OSX, I have lost the ability to print and scan. I have downloaded printer drivers from both Epson and Apple. I am using the printer in wifi mode but can not get it print or scan. How do I uninstall the Epson software and start all over again?

Someone on this forum suggested, that USB3 may interfere with the magic mouse.
I have 2 LaCie HDD's about 70 cm away from the mouse, I use them on Thunderbolt. But in operation or not - the result is the same, the mouse plays up! Just now I was clicking the desktop and the mouse created a new folder!!

I down loaded the update for 4 and when I get to the end where is you click finish, it tells me to close firefox, but I do not have it open. Now I can not get in to Firefox at all. PLEASE Help.
You can get Firefox 3.6 from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
You should still have your profile folder, so when you install 3. you will get your bookmarks and other user data back.

Trying to make a photobook but can't get pages to open by double clicking. Photos from Iphoto 9.6. Help anybody?
What do you mean? Are you not able to switch from "All pages" view of the book to a single page view by double-clicking a selected page? Or what is the problem?
Or can you not open the book at all from the source list? -
Adobe Photoshop CS4
I am receiving an error message "Error: 150:30" after having my computer serviced.
Repair shop completely stripped down my machine and reloaded Operating system, Yosemite 10.10.1.
I tried to download a Licensing update, but can't get that to open.????
My machine had originally been a clone of another Mac. Not it looks like a brand new computer.
Possibly there is something in system preferences to change? I turned off Firewall and allow downloads from all parties.

joe150:30 means the licensing failed. Photoshop can't be moved like other programs from another drive or from backup.
I would suggest a reinstall to fix it. Anytime you move Photoshop from from drive to another, it breaks licensing. A install is the quickest way. to fix it.
When you are done with the install, apply all CS4 updates. Product updates

If you are in a screen to plug into iTunes, then the device is in recovery mode. Your only option is to connect to the computer to restore the device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

thank youUse the trackpad to scroll, thats what it was designed for. The scroll bars automatically disappear when not being used and will appear if you scroll up or down using the trackpad.
This is a user-to-user forum and most people will post on here if they have problems. You very rarely get people posting to say there update went smooth. The fact is the vast majority of Mountain Lion users will not be experiencing any major problems with the OS, or maybe with apps which are not compatible, but thats hardly Apple's fault if developers don't update their apps. -
