My kids have new itouches and we put same acct as my iphone but now they have my contacts, calendar etc. How do we change acct and can we keep music

My kids have new iTouches and I have an iphone. I set up their accts same as mine to share iTunes/iCloud but now they have all my contacts, calendar, and messages go out weird from them. What should I do ?

You can share the same Apple ID for purchasng form the iTunes and app stores without any problems, but you should all used separate iCloud accounts with separate Apple IDs. (You are not required to use the same ID for iCloud and other services as you do for the iTunes store.) This will prevent you from ending up with merged data. You should also use separate Apple IDs for iMessage and FaceTime or you will end up getting each other's text messages and FaceTime calls.

If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option

If you used iTunes to get the photos on the phone, then use the same iTunes and uncheck the music you don't want and do another sync.

Please see the bold. If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.

Was it just this one time? Could be that you, or your mom, were experiencing network problems. Try again at a later time.

I have been a cc member several years to my little laptop, but now I have bought a new stationary Imac.

I have had CC subscription for some years to my little laptop. But now I also bought me a stationary Imac 27 "screen so that I can work better, so I only use my laptop when I am traveling and so forth.
So my question is whether this CC subscription I have, is both to a desktop Mac and a laptop Mac? I think that I was told when I started CC subscription that this was for both desktop Mac and a laptop.
And my question is also, how do I install CC on my new Imac?

You are allowed to have working installations on two machines, and they can both be the same platform or they can be different platforms. Install it the same way you did with your laptop... get the CC desktop manager, sign in, install the applications.

Hello! So I own the iPhone 4, and its hooked up to my moms mac, but now I have my own! And id like to be able to use iTunes and iCloud etc on my own computer instead of hers, without her being able to see all my pictures from my phone etc. thanks

So my mom got a mac book a while back, and when I purchased my iphone 4 a few years ago I "synched" It to my moms computer, it was perfect I could download songs, movies, etc.But now i have my own laptop! (Macbook air mini) and ive been wanting to be able to use Icloud etc but I dont know how, being that my phone is hooked up to mine AND my moms computer. Not that i have anything to hide but Id rather not have my pictures from my phone be sent to her computer!! Also, when i buy music on my phone, and then go to plug it into my computer it doesnt work/synch! I want to use i cloud too because i dont even have enough storage in my phone to even take a picture! So id like to transfer all my pictures to my computer! Someone please help...thanks.

How do I prevent my contacts, emails and files from syncing to my daughters iphone but continue to have the apps sync?

I recen't bought my daughter an iphone 4 and I have a 5. I want to prevent my contacts/email ect from syncing to her phone (and hers to mine) but still have all the apps and other things sync. Is there a way to do this? We have the same itunes and icloud account. I'm not sure if they are the same thing or completely seperate entities. I'm pretty apple illiterate and really need instructions in layman's terms. LOL

A couple of options:
Create a new AppleID for her and set up iCloud on it. Login to that account on her device (Settings app > iCloud) but leave the iTunes&App Store account as is. (I have this set up on my wife's iPhone).
OR
If either of you do not need to synch items, turn them off in icloud (Settings App > iCloud). Emails should not synch unless you have the same email accounts set up (Settings App > Mail,Contacts,Calendars)

Take the device, its purchase receipt, and the owner's death certificate to a physical Apple Store or otherwise contact Apple.

FaceTime and iMessages worked fine on my ipad mini but now they don't please help

Okay so I was on face time when suddenly for the first time my ipad mini froze so I held down the home and off button like anyone else would do. Then when it turned back on I went back onto face time and it asked me to enter my username and password which I found a bit weird so I did. It then said that the username or password I entered was incorrect so I did it again it said the same thing. So I went on the App Store downloaded an app and it asked me to enter my password I did and it worked fine. Went back to enter my username and password for FaceTime and it said it again so I changed my password tried it again it still said it was incorrect. Then I tried it on my iPod and it works fine my question is why is my FaceTime and iMessages suddenly not working but my App Store and everything else works fine I use Face time all the time and I really need it can anyone help me because I don't know what to do

Why won't the extensions install on this version of Firefox. I have used Cool Iris and Stumbleupon on other versions with no problem but now they won't install.
