My last computer crashed. I want to authorize this computer so I can listen to and download the music I previously purchased.
My previous computer crashed. I need to deauthorize my old computer and authorize my new computer so I can re download the music I previously purchased.

Unless you have reached the 5 computer limit there is no reason to deauthorize the old computer, simply authorize the new one.

Since I downloaded iTunes 11, I get a message when syncing my iPod that some of my songs were not copied because they are not authorized on this computer, I go to Store> Authorize This Computer, a message pops up telling me that this computer is already.
So I am unclear, did you purchase these songs or import them from a cd?
If you imported them and still have the CD try importing them again and see if they work the delete the others.
Or if you purchased from itunes re-dowwnload and see if they work. Maybe they are corrupted files and this should resove it. -
My hard drive crashed and nothing recoverable, local Apple Store installed a new drive. How can I go back and download the apps I had purchased for my previous configuration, for instance Lion 10.7, and Photoshop Elements 10?
A blank drive needs to be formatted first, you do that hold c boot (or hold option key boot) from the 10.6 install disk (or Lion USB)
Read how to format the drive in Disk Utility here

Hold the option key and click on Purchases when in MAS to download your 10.7 etc. -
Hi, I accidently removed the program creative cloud from my computer, were can I find and download the program again?
Hi Hans-Günter,
Thank you for answering!
Unfortunatley I still can't find were I download the program. Following your suggested link I get to the window below.
When I click the "Creative Cloud" Icon it takes me to a new page.
On that page see below there are a lot of programs like Photoshop etc. but there is NO icon for Creative Cloud.
It looks the same when I log in. Any suggestions?

HT1420 How do I authorize my computer? there is no "authorize this computer" option anywhere
I want to download my purchases from the cloud, but it will not let me until I authorize my computer, which I can't figure out how to do.
If the computer's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.
If the computer's running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

I have a new windows 8 pc. I am trying to authorize my computer at the itunes store. I looked up the tutorial. It says to go to the itunes store and select the "authorize this computer". there is no "authorize this computer" to select. What do I do?
There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them: -

I wish to transfer 60photos app to this computer from my ipad
- Here is how you import photos taken by or saved to the iPad:
iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer
- If they were synced from another computer you will need a third-party app like PhoneView
- You do not need to authorize the computer to transfer photos. To authorize a computer go to iTunes>Store>Authorize this computer. -
