I have a replacement macbook air operating on Yosemite. How do I download and install the Adobe Design Premium CS 5.5 that I had on my old machine? Can I do that or do I have to pay for a new version?

You can only buy content from your own country's store i.e. the Egyptian store if you are in Egypt - you need to be in a country to use its store, so to use the US store you will need to be in the US and have a US billing address on your account. If there is an app or any other item that you would like to be buy that isn't currently available in the Egyptian store then you can try requesting that it be added, but unless the app's developer or rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

The answer is very simple: You were not the original owner of the phone. Target sold you a phone that had been returned. You can verify the date of the original sale here: Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage. I suspect you will find that the warranty expiration date is not one year from the date that you bought it.

You have a permanent serial number from when you did this the first time and that is all that is required.

Last month, the software is deactivated and asked me to reinstall it, however, the serial number I have doesn't work anymore. The computer is still the same, operation system is also the same.
