How can I fix it? Without WIFI, the WIFI only IPAD is nearly useless. If it cannot be fixed, can I get a replacement for IPad 2?
Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation. If defective, you'll get a replacement.

I am using a 16 GB Sandisk Extreme Pro SD Card with a Canon EOS 60D camera and my files are saved as .raw on the memory card. I imported all my photos into iPhoto and then clicked the 'delete photos', as I always do after I imported by pictures, but when I went through my pictures I saw some black rectangles. It appears that all my portrait-orientated photos are just black whereas my landscape photos are perfectly fine. My portrait potos did turn up on my camera screen when I checked them through as I took them but now they're gone. Any idea if this is a software problem with iPhoto, an error with my memory card or even my camera? I've experienced this problem a bunch of times and it's really starting to annoy me that I'm losing all my photos.

Select one and rotate it. Then rotate it back. Does that make it appear?
A much better work flow is the keep the photos after importing. Check the success the import, wait for at least one successful backup cycle then use you camera's format command to reformat the card

There's nothing to stop you from installing it on 20 Macs in your household save that you are subject to a binding legal agreement that says you have permission to install it on no more than 5. If you break the terms of the contract, you may be subject to civil litigation. If someone steals your copy and uses it without authorization, they are similarly liable.
In practice, Apple trusts you to be honest because, frankly, until it gets to a certain point, it's just not worth the money to file a complaint against you. That's not to say that they couldn't, or even shouldn't enforce the terms of the license agreement; caveat sycophanta. -

I can send tv shows from my ipad to my apple tv without any issues. Why cant i do the same with a movie rental? Or how do i do the same with a movie rental?
Personally I think the iOS devices are poor at reconnecting - Airplay establishes that a link is available but when the iPhone/iPad has been away from the house and rejoins the network i think AppleTV already thinks it's connected with a different IP address and fails to recognise it has joined the network again with new credentials.
Something along those lines anyway.
I find that a combination of restarting AppleTV, router and iOS device tends to fix it, but not for everyone.
