My new iPad 3 doesn't seem to charge well. If it's plugged in and I'm using it, it doesn't seem to charge. It only charges well when it's plugged in and turned off.

My iPad 3 bettery life is very poor, and it doesn't chrage when it's plugged in and I'm using it, only when it's plugged in and turned off. I'm beginning to be sorry I bought this iPad and that I should have stuck with the iPad 2.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.

It will charge to 100% in 4 hours 2 minutes. The new iPad has a larger capacity battery (42 watt-hours), so using the 10W charger will obviously take longer. If you are using your iPad while charging, it will take even longer. It's best to turn your new iPad OFF and charge over night. And about the iCloud, I'm not very sure about that. I think maybe you don't need to turn off all of the iCloud settings, just the items you don't want to sync with your husband. For the apps, you can cancel 'automatically download purchased items' in the settings on iOS devices.

Download RecBoot and see if that will kick it into recovery mode, so your computer sees it and you can do a restore.

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Please identify your notebook/pc /printer.
Look at the base/rear/side of the notebook/pc/printer at the barcoded sticker.
Post item number 2 as seen on the following example of an HP notebook's barcoded sticker. The barcode on your HP product may be slightly different in appearance, but will still have the important information needed for us to help you.

I have found a solution.
For all they wont use a etoken to surf.
Go to extras, options then extendet and go to cryptographic module and unload the etoken. To unload the etoken you must selekt etoken not the name of the token.

You cannot go back, but you can fix the battery problem, which is NOT an iOS 7 problem. I've had much better battery life on iOS 7 than I have have had in the previous 6 years of iPhones. If you are not then there's something wrong with your phone, not with iOS 7.

ON a Mac the Home folder (the one with a Little House icon) tends to be where most people have "Documents", "Desktop" "Pictures", "Music", "Movies", "Downloads", "Sites" and "Public" folders (Plus anything else they put in there and possibly the library if they set it to display the Library).
"My Music" sounds like a Windows reference and you list Windows as your OS
Seems like the question is better suited to a Microsoft forum.

If you were serious to learn Photoshop, I'd advise you to take Photoshop classes at your nearest community college or some such institution, to take a subscription to lynda.com, to watch all the Photoshop videos at Adobe TV, to google for specific video tutorials on You Tube and for other tutorials in text format.
Even the Help menu in Photoshop can be a great starting place.
Don't expect to find in Photoshop the kind of hand-holding features that Elements has and that appeal to beginners and amateurs.

The one you are looking at I believe is an older model and does not have very good reviews for working with an AppleTV2 / iPad 2 setup.
