My order got cancelled. Very weird...

Could anyone help me to solve this issue. I placed an order in Bestbuy, but it got cancelled. 
In this order, I use only gift card. No credit card was used.

    I am having the same issue today.  Tried to order a phone that was the deal of the day, along with a few video games.  It keeps saying my info can't be verified, even though I just ordered something else earlier in the week. None of my contact info has changed, I order from BB regularly on that account with no problems.I've tried 4 times today to place an order.  So far 3 of the 4 have been canceled, I'm expecting the 4th to cancel any minute now.I called customer service and the best they could do was send it to some sort of review, that will take 7-10 days to look into. That's not really helpful for me trying to purchase something today. If I'm told I can no longer order items online, that is unacceptable.  I've been an Elite Plus customer for several years now, why a company would prevent someone from purchasing their items is beyond me.

    Okay so 2 weeks ago I ordered 1 Iphone 5 and 1 mini ipad but the problem is that my order got cancelled 5 minutes right after I made the order and the same thing happened to me 2 days ago but I was ordering 2 iphones instead.

  • Ordered through bestbuy.co​m and my order was canceled very unfairly

    I feel like the order was canceled very unfairly. The price was great and that is why I purchased it. I ordered the product because because it was such a great price. It was canceled for no reason and no reason is being given or anything is being done. I did receive a refund but i wanted the product that was being offered for that price. How is it fair to have something available for purchase and being charged for it only to be told that i can't buy it when it was listed in stock for that price. I feel like I should have received the item for the price that the company has it listed for. I will be filling out a complaint with the Better Business Bereau if this is not resolved properly. I have contacted customer service with no resolve of the issue just an answer of oh well that's tough sorry. My order money is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thank you.

    On Friday at 10:15 pm I got this email from apple:

    I've sent the due payment in about a week ago through mail, but Verizon apparently didn't get it yet so apple screwed me and canceled my order which was going to be shipped this Friday! So This is the email apple sent me today:

    It says if I email my order number in a reply message, then apple will proccess my order faster. Does faster mean that it would this Friday as the usual order was suppose to? Or would I still have to wait the normal waiting time for orders which is 4 weeks now. I am so angry!

    Contact the Apple store directly (or Verizon) as Apple (nor Verizon for that matter) monitor these forums.

    Me the next day for further instructions as they didn't have controler to transfer my phone line? I had this ordered since Sunday and they call me today saying this. What does that even mean and it would have been my same number and its only 5 minutes away from my old house.   • Order get cancelled, my mover's coupon and points got messed up.

    i placed a order online for an open-box moto360. The price was good, so i redeemed my points into a certificate and made a order.
    Everything went well till my order got cancelled.
    Bestbuy returned my certificate as a promotion code and nothing else!
    My mover coupon cannot be used again! Also i have to use my promotion code in one month or it will get expired.
    I saved my points for my fav stuffs and now it will expired in one month.
    now i just want my point back and get my mover's coupon back.

    I can imagine your surprise to find that after your order was cancelled the Mover's Coupon was not reissued and a digital coupon was issued rather than points.  The Mover's Coupon was not reissued after your order was cancelled because it cannot be reissued.  It is a one-time use coupon.
    While it is not all that common, there are times where a My Best Buy™ certificate will be reissued in the form of a digital coupon following a return/cancellation rather than just reissuing the points.  That is done because it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account and the digital coupon allows for a quicker turnaround since you were trying to place an order.  If you have decided to wait and not place a second order, then the expiration date could potentially pose a problem.

  • My order was canceled with no refund

    I placed two orders with a best buy gift card. However, after I placed the order online, the order was canceled. What's insane is there is no refund to my best buy gift card. My best buy gift card got charged more than $400 bucks with my order got canceled.

    Few things are more frustrating than finding out that your order has been cancelled…except maybe not getting a refund back on the order.  I’m sorry to hear about this frustration as it’s certainly not the type of experience we would want you to have with BestBuy.com.
    It appears that since you posted, you have contacted us regarding this refund and are currently being assisted with it.  However, if for some reason you do still need help, please send me a private message with your order number and your full name.  If you have the 16 digit gift card numbers, it would help as well.

  • Refurbished Macbook Pro order suddenly got cancelled without any reason

    Hi,
    Yesterday I ordered Refurbished Macbook Pro (http://store.apple.com/us/product/FC721LL/A). I got the order number as well but didn't get any confirmation email. I talked to customare care and they said that it will reflect after 30 mins. But today morning when I checked my order on apple online store, it says that My order status = Cancelled. I checked by bank account and they have already processed my debit card and it is showing as "Transcaction is Processing". I don't know why they suddenly cancelled my Order? Is anybody has any idea?

    Hello fuchs (guess), If you cancelled while downloading the 4GB Lion, no problem, download again. Snow Leopard should run (start holding the option key).
    If you cancelled during the install process, I do not know. In this case you could try to start with the CMD + R keys pressed, and choose the restore, which may work if the creation of the restore partition of Lion has finished.
    If that does not work, reinstall Snow Leopard with the CD (start holding the C key), after that download the Combo Update 10.6.8 to update the Snow Leopard completely, then redownload Lion (App Store, click "purchases" while holding the Option Key, find Lion, click "install"). If you want to have your own copy of the Lion installer, you have to copy the installer to a Memory stick or burn to DVD before you install, see else where.

    i did not get any reasons or explanations. the email just stated that my order was canceled and that it won't be posted to my credit card (i have more than enough to cover the cost, so that is not the issue). also my husbands phone was paid for from the same card moments before me. my balance is always paid automatically and on time. so that couldn't be the reason either. that's what so frustrating is because they didn't explain what happened. this is what the email read exactly:
    "This email is to confirm that your order has been cancelled; you have not been billed for this merchandise.
    If you would like to place a new order, you may do so by visiting your local retail store or going online to www.verizonwireless.com.

    hello, friend.
    a pro forma invoice could be order-related.  pro forma invoices do not affect subsequent SD or FI transactions.  they are usually generated as an advance reference for the customer, or to fulfill certain customer or legal requirements.  pro forma invoices do not update statuses of SD documents.
    as the others advise, don't worry too much about the PI.  whether you can create deliveries and invoices or not is not affected by the PI.
