My outlook for MAC does not upload emails unless I hit send/receive. This is even when I leave it open for period of time. I want it to upload anytime a email comes. How?

My Outlook for Mac does not upload emails unless I hit send/receive even though it is left open. How do I change the schedule?

It is widely known that the IOS6 software is available for most Iphones from today, but for some reason this does not seem to be the case, why is this? and when is the new software available?

September 19th, Today, is widely communicated as being the day that the IOS6 Software for the Iphone 4s will be available to replace IOS5.1.1 BUT, I have been trying to update it all day and it still currently says the software is up to date on IOS5.1.1 ? what is going on, is it out today? if not when will it be available?
is anyone else having this issue?

Honestly, I have not even bothered to try to get it yet. I'll do it this coming weekend, when I can do it at my liesure (my iPhone is also my only phone, so I never leap into any update immediately - I like to let the dust settle a bit and see just how it goes - let others be my beta-testers, as it were).

Premiere Pro CS6 does not recognize the USB PnP Sound device in order to produce a commentary sound track. The USB device has been activated on the iMac OSX by using the Audio-MIDI-setup and is working correctly with the iMac. When opening > presets >audio hardware I can only select between >standard >out integrated > digital input integrated >microphone integrated. USB PnP is not indicated at this place.
With the built-in microphone of the iMac I can produce the commentary sound track, but I would prefer a stand alone version for better quality.

I'm using a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 (which has a microphone on the side). I have several other devices plugged into separate USB slots: a keyboard, a mouse, my iPhone, and a Roland keyboard midi controller.
I've considered that maybe the webcam/mic combo is the culprit. If USB doesn't work at a constant speed, that could very well be causing the issue! The sound begins to lag badly sometimes when it's working properly, so that there's a multisecond delay between speaking and hearing my voice repeated back over the mic which is another sign that something is wrong. I've also caught it making a strange electronic sound during its "hang" time once it stops taking sound input correctly.
Maybe I should try to use line-in and forgo USB altogether then. I think I'd need a preamp and some sort of converter for that since the Mac Mini lacks a powered mic jack. I'm only a newbie musician so I've never set up such a system but it might be a better solution in the long run.
I'll check to see if it hangs before or after my computer enters suspend mode, that's a good suggestion too. Thank you for your help!

Ipod touch is not starting up unless connected to a main power source, even when connected to the pc only apple logo appears, how can i fix this

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I tried to import a selfmade FCP QT-movie in Premiere Elements (windows). Do you know which QT conversionsetting of FCP is needed to obtain transferrable movies?

When you Export to QuickTime Conversion in FCP, you can set the Options for uncompressed AVI, both video & audio. There will no noticeable quality hit doing that.
Assuming both the Mac & the PC are on the same network, then you could transfer that (very large) file via Ethernet to the Windows PC. If they're not on the same network, then use a firewire drive to transport the file to the PC (but you'll have to format the drive properly for this dual use.
It's easier if the two computers are on the same network.

Found this & it worked... at least to get my Wi-Fi no longer greyed out:
Settings > Airplane Mode ON, Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power on
Settings > Airplane Mode OFF, Do Not Disturb OFF
Now if only my phone would find my Wi-Fi network & connect to it....

Clicking on an email address on a webpage, opens outlook express, but does not create a new mail, which it used to. annoying as it then means cutting & pasting the details

As I said above, clicking on an email address on a webpage, opens outlook express which is my default email client. In the past it used to also open a new mail, ready for me to type the message but now it does not. It works if I load internet explorer as the browser but does not in firefox. I prefer firefox, so can someone help me resolve this. Its so annoying to have to open a new mail then cut & paste the email details.

I posted this reply elsewhere in the support forum but I'll copy it here for you, as follows....
I had the same problem. Initially thought I needed a string (code) to run the "Create new e-mail" command for Outlook but I didn't. I did a few things that eventually made it work, but I don't know for certain which one it was so here goes.
1.) Go to Control Panel and click on Internet Properties. Go to the Programs tab and double-check that Outlook Express is your default e-mail client. (This is probably for IE).
2. Close Outlook Express. Select the RUN command from the Start Menu and type the following: <msimn /reg>. Only type the info between the brackets. Click the OK button and wait about 5 seconds. Nothing will happen on screen but the information is being silently written to the registry.
3. Open Outlook Express and go to the Tools Menu. Select Options. On the General tab, look down to the Default Messaging Programs. More than likely, the top option will say that "This application is NOT the default Mail handler" Click the button next to it that says "Make Default". This should trigger an available option in Firefox, below, if it was not already available.
4. In Firefox, go to the Tools menu. Select Options. Click on Applications. Under the column, "Content Type" look for the mailto function. In the column Action, select "Use Outlook Express (default)" if it is not already selected. "(default)" must be part of the phrase. Somehow there is code behind this option that will bring up a new e-mail in Outlook that otherwise does not work if Outlook is selected manually. (To choose Outlook manually, you will indeed have to find the string code somewhere.)

Since last week our Outlook accounts are not working properly, when users reply a message it does not reply using the same address that received it, it appears the personal account instead.
We are using exchange accounts, using Outlook 2010 and the accounts affected are automapped to a principal account (.ost).
We already tried to recreate outlook .ost profile, repair Outlook installation, reinstall Office.
Can somebody help?

We have received many reports as your description since last week. It sounds like the sending behavior in Outlook 2010 has been changed by some Windows/Office update and goes back to the behavior before.
Before we go any further, I have to mention some of the history for Outlook 2010. In Outlook 2010 without SP1, Mailto’s will use the default/principal account for message when you use Microsoft Outlook 2010 which has multiple accounts delivered to different
data file. However, in later version (Outlook 2010 SP1/SP2), Outlook doesn’t use the default account set in Account settings for new messages. Instead, it uses the account associated with the mailbox or *.pst file you have in focus.
Actually, this behavior is controlled by the registry keys. At this point, I suggest we check the following registry entries are exist and set it to the proper value.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
DWORD value: NewItemsUseDefaultSendingAccount
Value type: REG_DWORD: 1 for force, 0 to disable.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\outlook\options
Value Name: ForceAccountSelection
Value type: REG_DWORD: 1 for force, 0 to disable.
Close the registry editor and restart Outlook to check if the behavior what you want would come back.

Versamail does not hotsync email using MS Exchange on XP 64 bit

Hotsync Manager 7.0.2 does not sync email Outlook 2007 Inbox using Bluetooth sync with Versamail 3.5 Reinstall seem successful, but InstallShield does not close after sync. I have to kill with Task Manager. Error message 1628: Failed to complete installation. tried using XP compatability mode for install, but it didn't work. Using Program Remove Versamail does not uninstall. I had to do it several times and then it finally was removed from program list.

I am using a Nvidia 4200M adapter in my Laptop, Driver 266.96, Direct X 11
In my desktop I am using an ATI XFX 6950, latest revision drivers (I am not at home right now so I cant get that info).
The issue I did describe above, but it was a long explanation.
In some flash games the game files load initially and get as far as the "click to start" button. Then the flash area usually goes either all white or all black (usually depending on the falsh game default background color) and then it stays that color. Cant see anything after hitting start (usually most games have an intro video or animation before the game starts, but I cant see any of it.
For the very few games that do start, the flash game or application does not seem to work correctly in that when the rare game starts, it wont save any game files or save files to the pc and so if I exit the game (navigate away to another page or close browser) and then later come back, even though I click the option to save games (and ensure that the flash application slider shows it can save files and lots of space) it does not save and I have to start from the beginning all the time.
