My phone is asking for a puk code over and over?

If you have another Device to which you can call on you might try and see if Verizon Customer Service is still open the Tech. Dept. have them help you with Getting your Puck Code.!
Here is the Number 1-800-922-0204 or if have a spare Cell Phone try *611 use option 4 ask to talk to a Representative.

Just updated my old iphone4, it as no sim card in, as i use it mainly for playing music.updated it to ios7 and when i intially open it up, it asked for a sim lock code.was'nt sure of this. i put the passlock code in. now its asking for a PUK code.

I've just updated my old iphone4 to ios7. this phone as no sim card, as i use it more like an ipod..after the update it ask for a code, i put in the passlock code.
Unbeknown to me the sim lock and the passlock codes were different! as the sim as been deactiavted by my carrier they cant give me a PUK code!
I'm now stuck with a phone i cant use

Plug your phone into the wall charger for at least 30 minutes...make sure you have a sim card in the phone...then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.
Make sure you have no anti-virus software running or any firewalls...turn all of that stuff off.

You need to set up A Appleid & password if you're sure you have never done this Before your Apple ID has to be a working email address & you can pick your own Password If you have done this before you need to go to Apple.com/forgot/ I'd/ password. Bsydd uk

How do you find your PUK? or SIM code?

If you forget your PUK and/or SIM code.... call your phone provider and tell them you forgot your codes..... Do take any chances of solving it yourself or otherwise, you will fired up the Sim Card.

My secutiry code is not working after installing IOs5. The phone has asked for a new code after intalling it and now the phone is bloqued.

Problem with security code.

If you're referrning to the passcode, it's normal for you to have to reenter the code after updating. If you don't remember what you put in, you have to restore the phone as new, without using a backup.

The email you should NOT have published, is your iCloud, not Apple ID
You Apple ID is a valid email address
This is a user forum, not Apple customer service.
I gather the security question did not work.
If you have an email address, why not use that?
If this fails you have to contact support and schedule help.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing when trying to perform an update. I recommend trying to update using iTunes, and as always, it is a good idea to make a backup first.
