I also got a response from Apple who said that there was a problem related to fonts and the encryption.xml file
Once we'd removed this we were able to upload the epub no problem.
It's odd that the system seems to say that all is okay when it isn't. We have to rely on guesswork rather a lot using iBook Producer.
Anyway, all sorted now and thank you again for your contribution.

I set up a second Apple TV in our bedroom and wanted to be able to control it using my iPhone like I do with the Apple TV in the living room. The new Apple TV is active on the network and I've made sure the same Apple ID is used for both the Apple TV as well as the Remote App on my iPhone. I'm just wondering what I might be overlooking.

You don't import the project.
I'm going to assume that both the trial version and purchased version were 10.1.
Open FCPX and then Open Library>Other, Navigate to wherever you stored the library (ies) you worked on when you used the trial. Choose that library and your work should be in one or more events in it.

I went to settings, I did all of the ON buttons, and hit BACK UP NOW, but I thought the pictures were backing up every day.....
now I ;logged into iCLoud and there is no icon for photos. So I went back to SETTINGS, and looked at ALL the buttons, it seems to be set to load them but they arent in iCloud..........HELP...........FIRSTTIMEUSER712 :-)

Photos are backed up to iPhoto. Open iPhoto, set up the iPhoto Library. Enable Photo Stream in iPhoto preferences which is under the iPhoto menu. Click on the iCloud icon to enable it. Be sure to turn it on in your phone, too. Photos you take on your phone will be stored in the Camera Roll. When you sync your phone to the computer using iTunes you can then transfer the camera roll to iPhoto.
The iPhoto Library is backed up with your computer when you perform regular computer backups. If you do not have a backup strategy then see the following:
Basic Backup
For some people Time Machine will be more than adequate. Time Machine is part of OS X. There are two components:
1. A Time Machine preferences panel as part of System Preferences;
2. A Time Machine application located in the Applications folder. It is
     used to manage backups and to restore backups. Time Machine

Hi, I signed up for the 7 day premium trial, it never asked for any payment details. When I go into my account it says its activated and that the pre-paid premium will end of the 08/08. Will this automatically stop or will I start to be charged ?? If so where are my bank details held as I havent provided any and I dont have the option to Manage my Subs to cancel it ? Shelley

If you stored any of your bank details with soptify, they will be shown at spotify.com when you log in.
By the sounds of it I doubt you were charged.
What I can confirm is that if you're on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and when you signed up for the trial you had to enter your apple ID password, you will be charged through Apple. The reson why I'm saying this is that I see a lot of people on the community who don't know this.

Be sure she signs out of your account before wiping her phone. Also, make sure Find my iPhone is disabled before you wipe it..
Unfortunately, since you have "merged" her data with yours, you will need to delete each unwanted item individually. If you delete the account, when you sign back in with the same account the same data will be synched back from iCloud.

You have 20 Gb of space allocated to you. It symbolizes that you have an active CC. You just need to download the creative cloud & activate it with this Email ID of yours.
CC mostly asks for serial number if:
1. There is no CC registered to the ID with which you had signed.
2. There are entries of Adobe in Host files of the computer.
3. The activation count has exceeded.
In you case most probably it should be reason no.2 if you have already download CC.

You don't find it on here, if the film is still in your country's iTunes store and if you are in a country where films can be redownloaded (and if the studio allows redownloading) then you should be able to redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes
