My Query is showing all Zero values.
Hello all,
I have the recent data in my cube, but my query is not showing the values, it is only showing zero. Still yestarady it was fine , all of a sudden today it happened, what could be the problem?

Just a very wild guess!
Seems like you posted your issue on 1st October and you have stated that till yesterday(means sept 30) everything was working fine.
I guess you are working with the HR module reporting. As of my understanding, HR R/3 system records a specific period of validity for each Info type.
Does your issue have anything to do with the Validity period?

I have a calculated column in a cross tab report which shows all zeros, but when i duplicate the report as 'table' the calculated colun is getting populated.
i did not understand why it is doing like that, are there any special privileges or any special settings required for creating a cross tab report.Hi,
No there is no special privs for cross tab but there is an aggregation issue.
There are some methods of aggregations used in the discoverer.
First thing you can so is to make sure that in the cross tab sheet you use the detailed data points and that you are not combining different levels of aggregations (for example one amount in details and another one summed).
Second thing you can try is to change the aggregation for this worksheet, you can do that by going to the worksheet properties to the aggregation tab and try to change the settings.
Third thing is to check the pref.txt file in the application server and set "AllowAggregationOverRepeatedValues" to 1
BTW also search your data and find whether you got NULL values in the aggregated items, if so then wrap the data points with NVL function. -

I need some help to create a query to show all A/P invoices associated with a PO. I would like the input to be a PO# and the output to show all the A/P invoices and be able to drill down to the A/P invoices.

I don't believe there is a standard SAP report that does this.
But,...
You can see all the customer text types (Customer SD) using transaction VOTX.
Table TTXID contains the same info using Text Object "KNVV".
If you decide to have a custom ABAP developed use function READ_TEXT. SE37 can be used to validate a test.

Prompt in webi not showing all the values
I have created a universe based on a BI query.in the BI query there is a variable for the profit center which has been used in the characteristic restrictions.When i create a webi report based on this universe,the prompt for the profit center is showing only 1 value.It is not showing the rest of the values.Pls help.

1. Try to check at BI query level whether values are there for profit center column or not.
2. Try to do what susney said. If it doesn't work follow 3.
3. In universe level go to the profit center object on which you created prompt-> click on object properties -> properties -> edit list of lovs -> then a query panel appers to you -> run and check whether all the values appering to that object ot not.
4. If all the values appering then check whether any filters are applied to profit center object in universe level/report level.

Query that show all users who have access in BW cubes & Query's Owner

I would like to know if it's possible to create a query that tell us who has access to all the cubes in BW? This is a business requrement that we should create if possbile. We also wonder if we may also create a query for shows us all the queries and who created them? We are doing this manually for each query. We only manually look for all the areas that I have access, but if it can be done systematically, that would save a lot of time.

Bue users will not the stay in same company , They will be changing and some user will be coming, every time u can t go enhancement.

Is there a way to base a collection from a query that shows all Distribution Points?

I am able to create a query in Excel that shows all distribution points in my SCCM hierarchy:
i.e.
SELECT v_DistributionPointInfo.ServerName
FROM SMS_EY0.dbo.v_DistributionPointInfo v_DistributionPointInfo
Is there anyway to get this query into SCCM Queries so that I can base a Collection off of the query. This way, I will have a dynamic collection to show me all of my 630+ distribution points?

BCWP shows as zero value in Chart

I have set a Baseline (Baseline1) for my schedule and have entered actual hours and %physically complete for each week to date, however despite recording an Earned Value cost to date, the BCWP field in the earned value report/chart shows zero value? There
is no issue with ACWP and BCWS plotting
Can you please explain why this is and how to correct this issue as I do not want the hastse of needing to export data to Excel to produce graphs there
Also is there a cumulative Baseline/Baseline1 cost field I can use in graphs as only appears to be week by week Baseline cost values?!

For your first question, you have to set the correct parameters in the file menu, options for the earned value analysis. Select the appropriate Baseline (Baseline 1) and the physical % complete:
Then you are talking about a chart. What chart is it? Have you first checked the BCWP column in MS Project Pro if you do have values before exporting data? Also have you set the status date? Do you have work resources with a standard rate?
For your 2nd question, depending on your Project version, you can use the visual report (2007, 2010, 2013) or the report feature (2013) using the cumulative fields (actual cost, Baseline, cost...).

Query to showed all level of BOM details, sort by create/update date
Hi expert,
I need a query to display all the level of BOM and can be sort by create / update date.
The display of query should be as below:
A (1st level) Parent BOM
B (2nd level) Child BOM 1
B (2nd level) Child BOM 2
C (3rd level) Child BOM 2 - 1
C (3rd level) Child BOM 2 - 2
B (2nd level) Child BOM 3
B (2nd level) Child BOM 4
Below is the BOM query that can only display up to 2nd level and cannot sort by date.
Can someone please help to modify or there is a better query?

now for expample the registry from sm_costeras _planillas with id 4284 has a bill on julsep of 2012 that does not need to be charge
the registry 3673 bill is on octdic of 2011 so as it is from the las year it charges the anual income for this year %12.78 plus the income of this year's trimesters
if the registry is from 2009 the charge will be the incom of year 2009 plus 2010 plus2011 and the income of this year's trimesters
the incomes charged on the value of the bill is complete y the expiration date is done then the bill of the trimester is complete also y the bill was on 30 dec of any year the bill is charge with the full year income even if its just for 2 days -

Need a sql query to just display if Column B contains zeros like (0000,000,00000,00000 etc..)

Y-axis on bar chart showing all zeros
I have created a bar-chart in version 1.6 -- and the y-axis values that correspond with the gridlines all show 0.000. The graph is representing the cost/pound so the values will never be whole numbers and always less than 1. The data point values are all correct.
The data label format is 9.999 and shows up correct.
The Y axis format is the same way --
Define axis interval: Y axis interval is 0.05 with min: 0.000 and max 0.250.
What is wrong?

Showing all Characteristic values from Master Data in WebI report
I want to show master data when there is no data in Cube, I have created constant variable with 1 value in Bex and I am using that in the crystal report but it's still not showing master data. Can anybody help me on this.

F4 help is not showing all the values
I am using infoobject Company code which has about 50 values. when I used this infoobject in the report, in selection screen f4 help I could see only 20 values for this company code infoobject.
