My top button stopped working this is the second time will they replace it for free?
ii got my iphone a year ago in september within the first few months the lock button quit so i sent it away to get fixed and they made me pay 40 then i got it back and i couldnt get service anywhere so they sent it away and fixed it making me pay 198 to have it fixed i have had it for a couple months and the button on top stopped again this is the 3rd time in a year and im sick of it will they send me a new one free of charge becuase i am an unhappy customer ?

Apple does not charge prices like that.
If you got it 1 year ago in september, the hardware warranty has expired by now unless you had your device covered by applecare insurance.
and if it WERE covered by limited hardware warranty, an obvious hardware issue like the power button not working is covered under the warranty UNLESS it was due to accidental damage.
So if you paid 198 dollars, chances are its because you dropped your phone and thats why the button was not working,.
..and even then, the iphone 4 out of warranty/accidental damage replacement fee is 149. not 198.

You should import the music (that is listed in Windows Media Player) into your iTunes Library - on your computer - to add it to your existing iTunes Library. I take it you have moved (or copied) your music from the old computer to the new computer, haven't you?
Then Sync your iPod to that Library.
iPods will not respond to Windows Media Player, they're designed to connect to iTunes. -
If I'm force to change phone I want one 6.1.2 or lower the new ones drain batteries in my opinion
It doesn't matter what you want. You will be given a replacement phone and whatever iOS is on the phone from the factory is what you will get. You don't get a choice. iOS 6.1.3 has been out for quite a while; it is VERY likely your new phone will have this version of iOS.

What does that have to do with my broken button, and why can't my phone functioning the way it is supposed to due to an issue that is not my fault?

My iPhone 4s is dark, this is the second time. The first time I was able to get it back up and running by plugging it into my PC. However this time it has been plugged in for an hour or more and nothing. There was still at least 70% charge left on it when it went dead. I have pressed the sleep and start button separately and together. It said that I did not have much space left this morning so I deleted Apps and photos but there was still space. Just two days ago it was losing power even though it still 55% charge left so I plugged it in and it seemed to gain power. Any suggestions on the problem?
Sounds like faulty battery. Make Genius reservation and take to Apple for quick (minutes) free battery diagnostic testing. If you have Warranty or AppleCare the problem will be covered.

I've just updated itunes and it has disappeared from my PC- the previous shortcut won't work and it can't locate on my file search- this is the second time this has happened when updating itunes- APPLE you seem to be going down the tubes slowly but surely..
its not apple going "down the tubes" its that you have windows junk. These opinion best left at apple.com/feedback
you need to completely uninstall itunes and all components

I'm trying to install an illustrator trial, its installing very slowly, and seems to have stopped at 17%, this is the second time I've tried. I'm using a PC, all other applications closed, I've tried restarting the computer also. Any suggestions?

Warranty on a refurbished unit is 90 days or the remainder of the original phone's warranty, whichever is longer. If you're outside this period, you will again pay the replacement fee.

Error KB19454, Calendar won't sync. This is the second time this happened, how do I fix it?
This is the second time this has happened with my Tour 9630. While trying to sync with Blackberry Desktop Manager, I am unable to sync calendars. My contacts are able to sync just fine. This happened once before and the only solution that I found to work was restoring my phone to a previous backup. I find this to be a horrible solution and one in which I don't want to replicate. The funny thing is, I recall distinctly setting up the DHCP reservation initially, but when I went to check it now, the reserved client list was empty. I have no idea how it could have become depopulated, thus opening the door for internal IP address reassignment of the Remote Desktop computer which led to the RDP ports no longer being forwarded to the right internal IP address and thus the failure of the Remote Desktop connectivity. -

It sounds like you are unable to send email from your Mail account and you have already used the Connection Doctor to help troubleshoot. Based on that, I would next remove the email account:
Open Mail (click it on the Dock or open it from the Applications folder).
From the Mail menu, choose Preferences..., or press Command-, (the Command and comma keys).
Click the "Accounts" icon.
Select the account you wish to remove.
Click the "-" (minus) icon. You will be alerted that "The account's setup information, mailboxes, messages, notes, and to do's will be deleted permanently from your computer."
If you are sure you want to remove the account and email messages from your computer, click "Remove" to complete this process.

can apple fix my ipad2 twice for free this is the second time my ipad2 screen broke, now dont calle me careless my 3 yr old brother begs and cries and it's frustrating, all he wants is thomas and friends so i end up getting forced to give it to him, i didnt know my brother was still playing with the ipad , and i was watching tv, so my dad comes up it was lying in the floor next to my bro, u couldnt believe how i cried that time because second time...... my mom was very very dissapointed , and so am i , so will apple be able to fix my 1pad 2 wifi only16 gb for free again, i barely have enough money to repair, because my mom brought another one. im really sad bc it took alot of sacrifice from my parents to buy me this ipad, i dont think i deserved that : ( plz help , or give me any other options.
If you mean your iPad got stepped on and the screen physically broke, I think it extremely unlikely that Apple will replace it again for free. They weren't obligated to do so the first time, as apparently they did, and almost certainly not going to do so twice.
Sorry, but I think you'll just have to live without your iPad until such time as you can save up enough money to pay for repairs. There are independent iPad repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less than Apple's replacement charge, though I can't say with certainty. Do a web search for "ipad repair".
