My trackpad will not work sometimes and I'm wondering how to fix it? How can it be repaired? I was also wondering the steps to take to send it in to get a new trackpad

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing on your iPhone. It sounds like you are not noticing transparency on your iPhone. It may be that you have "Increase Contrast" turned on in your iPhone settings.
I recommend verifying that Increase Contrast is turned off in Settings>General>Accessibility.

Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Download and install the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Combo Update.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

AirDrop on iOS devices (iPads, iPhones, iPod touches) can only AirDrop things with other iOS devices. AirDrop on Mac can only AirDrop things with other Macs.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Yes I do spend a lot of time in China but I have had problems in other countires as well. I am in China right now.
I have two Gmail accounts and one Cox account. Cox is my intranet provider back home. I have had problems with all three accounts.
I have tried several outgoing port settings. 993, 995 465, 587 are some that I can remember trying.
Sometimes my accounts will go offline without me doing anything. This is all a mystery to me. I don't have any idea why I have trouble like this. A few minutes ago I changed my Cox account outgoing port and took the account on line and I got my incoming email but when I tried to forward an email that I got it would not go out.
Any ideas you have would be helpful.

My iPhone 5s is lagging and unresponsive at times, how to fix this problem?

Hi, I am currently using 5s and I noticed that these past few days, my iPhone 5s keeps on freezing, lagging, delaying and sometimes unresponsive in opening music, texting, photo streaming and in some applications. I restarted it for so many times yet it is still in the same state. I had 4s and 5 before, but I never encountered this very annoying delay. My 5s is original and I'm sure about that. What am I supposed to do to fix this? Is it because of the new software update? Its seriously killing and annoying the **** out of me. Its been like this for a week and Its ******* me off. TROUBLESHOOTING
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears then let go.
Backup, reset, restore on icloud or iTunes or restore as new.
Place the phone into recovery mode by doing this
If this fails to fix the problem make an appointment and visit and Apple store or an authorised service provider
