    Hello,
For a few days I have been trying to access my files on Creative Cloud web without success. I´ve got this message only:
"Page temporarily unavailable. We will return soon."
"We are working quickly to resolve the problem and apologize for the delay.
Check back later or visit our website for status updates.
In addition, you can get help in the forums of the Creative Cloud.
    Thank you for understanding!"
    (I used Google Translate)
    Somebody help?

You do not need ?&promoid=KRUVP at the end of the url but it should not matter.
One thing to check is if your hosts file is modified. Open the Command Prompt and type: notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
This will open a read-only copy of your host file in Notepad. Are there any entries in this file regarding adobe.com?
The other thing you can do is open the Developer Tools in the Chrome browser. On Windows press Ctrl + Shift to open them. Switch to the Network tab. Reload the page by pressing Ctrl + r. Check for any 4xx or 5xx errors which should be colored red.
Post screenshots of your results or send me a private forum message with the information.

  • "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" & "iTunes store temporarily unavailable"

    PROBLEM:
Our iPhones, iPad, and iPod Touches all give us "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" message when we try to purchase an App or update Apps using Apple's "App Store" App. When using iTunes on our MAC desktop, which is used to sync all our devices, I'd select "Check for available downloads" from the Store Menu and would recieve the error message "Unable to check for available downloads. The iTunes store is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later." All our devices and software were up to date. We had not upgraded to iCloud yet, allthough I don't think that matters.
    Note:
    - We were able to purchase songs on iTunes and access our iTunes account so we had access to iTunes Store, despite the misleading error messages. We just couldn't get the Apps to download or update.
    - This happened whether I was on my iPhone using our password protected WiFi, the non-password protected WiFi at the local Apple Store, as well as when I turned WiFi off and used 3G.
I spent hours trying every solution offered on these discussion boards as well as an on non-Apple sites to no avail. I went to the local Apple store and after an hour and a half wait had someone at the Genius Bar check it out and say he couldn't fix it. I emailed Apple Help on this website and received a boilerplate reply pointing to 2 KBs that I'd already tried (support.apple.com/kb/TS1368) and (support.apple.com/kb/TS1398). When I replied I tried all that, and still needed help they pointed me to Apple Care. My husband called Apple Care who wouldn't talk to us because supposedly you can only purchase it during a window of time after buying your new device. Our iPad is the youngest at only 4 months old, so I don't know how that can be. Maybe he didn't want to pay for it just yet. I was ready to chuck these into the trash until my husband figured it out.
So... if you're experiencing the same error messages, here was our fix. In hindsight it's so simple I can't believe it.
    SOLUTION:
Went to the MAC desktop that we use to sync and update all our devices. In iTunes in the left hand column under "Store" click Download. The app at the top of the queue was "stuck" (similar to a printer that won't print because of a problem with the first job in the queue). Click the first App in the queue to get it downloading. That's it!
Once they all chug through then you can start updating apps on your devices using the App Store app. Relief!
I hope this helps someone because it was a frustrating experience!

I had this exact issue.  However, I was not even able to "see" the pending downloads when I tried fixing them using the solution above.
In another thread, I saw that someone mentioned an issue with the use of the "&" (ampersand) symbol in your appleID information.  I had recently changed my name and it did include the & symbol in my name (not the appleID itself).  I replaced the ampersand with the word "and" and saved.  I then went to the iTunes store and logged into my account there and made the same change on my billing name.
Voila!  I could now access the 7 pending downloads on my desktop Mac and download them, and all iPhone/iPad/Ipods were again able to download from the app store.
incidentally, I had several support tickets open on this issue and never once did the Apple person even suggest that this might be the issue.

    502 error.
The whole idea of office team about app deployment is crazy , no proper documentation or knowledge base available for people using on-prem sharepoint, this may because of the idea using cloud more ,why should we use cloud for our enterprise data ?

  • My Verizon is temporarily unavailable

I've been trying to find the solution to this problem in the forums and otherwise and have so far not been able to find the solution.  When signing into My Verizon I get "My Verizon is temporarily unavailable"  And has been that way for about a month.  I thought I'd just wait it out, but it's just been way to long.  I have tried logging on from different computers that are all of different networks and I get the same issue.  No other problems with any other websites.
    Anyone have any thoughts?
    Thank You.

  • I am not able to download it et all its saying product temporarily unavailable

When ever i am trying to purchase OS X Mountain from the App store its giving me same message. "This product is temporarily unavailable please try again later".

See no. 5. In the meantime, read over the other steps and do what you can:
here’s a few things to do both before and on the big day:
    1. Check the tech specs
Check out the tech specs for Mountain Lion to make sure you can run it on your current system. If you are upgrading from Snow Leopard, you should also check out will my old apps work with Lion?.
    2. Run Software Update
Make sure you have the latest version of everything by running
     > Software Update
before you upgrade. This will help to cut down any compatibility problems when installing Mountain Lion.
    3. Backup your current install
Without a doubt the biggest cause of trouble and frustration with every OS release is among users who didn’t backup their systems before trying to install the new one. Like Lion, Mountain Lion will be delivered as a download from the App Store, and while this method is certainly convenient, corrupted downloads are not uncommon. Moreover, even when the install proceeds as expected, you want to be able to get back to your previous system if you find things are not to your liking. An OS installation is like performing major surgery on your computer and the chances of complications are always a significant risk. As the old boy scout saying goes ‘Be Prepared’. Backup, backup, backup.
    4. Remove everything from your Login Items.
    For Lion users, that’s
     > System Preferences…> Users & Groups | Login Items
If you’re upgrading from Snow Leopard 10.6.8, go to
     > System Preferences…> Accounts | Login Items
There’s a couple of reasons for doing this, but mainly it’s to ensure that you can log in without difficulty. Login Items are one of the main causes of OS problems at the best of times, but with a major upgrade like this, you don’t want any incompatible software choking the system from booting up. See Step 8 below about re-activating your Login Items after the installation.
    5. Be prepared for slow download times
Apple’s servers will be hotter than a forest fire on release day, so you can expect download times to be pretty poor. At the very least, connect your computer to your router via ethernet cable rather than wifi – that’ll at least help push things along a bit faster at your end. If you can do it from the office or somewhere else that has a lot more bandwidth than the usual home connection, do so.
    6. Save the installer
After the download completes the installer will run automatically. Do NOT click ‘Install’, but instead quit it. Then go to your Applications folder and copy the ‘Install OS X Mountain Lion .app’ and save it to your Downloads folder or somewhere else. Then you can run the installer in your Applications folder.
The reason for doing this is that when you install Mountain Lion the Install app in your Applications folder will self-delete. If the install shouldn’t work for some reason the first time round, you won’t have to go through the whole tiresome wait of a download from the App store again if you save a copy to your Downloads folder.
    7. Update 3rd-party apps
Assuming Mountain Lion boots up just fine, the first thing you’re going to want to do (after having a nose around, of course!) is update your 3rd party apps. Start off by opening the App store to see if any that you’ve sourced from there have updates waiting for you. After that, start up all the main apps that you normally use and use their ‘Check for Updates’ option (usually in the Apps main menu), or contact the developers through their websites.
    8. Test your Login Items apps
In particular, you’re going to want to test out the apps that you want to put back in your Login Items, before you put them back in there. Run each app and play around with the system for a couple of hours before deciding to put it back in your Login Items list. If you notice any weird behaviour with Finder, the Dock or Desktop backgrounds, problems with wifi or graphics, chances are one or more of your 3rd party apps needs updating to work with Mountain Lion. If there is no update yet, stop using that app till one becomes available or find an alternative. In general, it’s always best to keep Login Items down to a bare minimum. Running apps at login is a sure fire way to slow down boot up times.

payment processing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later whenever i put my new card's number
can anyone please tell me what am i doing wrong?

I just did this and it worked for me after a frustrating hour (sorry about your 24 hours):
    1) Make sure you are using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free of charge at the Apple website: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download
    2) Open iTunes.
    3) From the Store menu, choose Sign In.
    4) Enter your account name and password then click Sign In.
    5) From the Store menu, choose View My Account.
    6) On your Apple Account Information page, click Edit Payment Information.
    7) On the Edit Payment Information page, select the None radio button to completely remove all your credit card info.
    8) Click Done, and then click Done again.
    9) From the Store menu, choose Sign Out and then close iTunes completely.
Once you have removed your credit card info, follow these steps:
    1) Using your web browser, go to the My Apple ID page at: http://appleid.apple.com/
    2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
    3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
    4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
    5) Click "Addresses" in the left column.
    6) Edit your addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected for all of them, then click the Save Changes button at the bottom. 7) Next, click "Phone Numbers" in the left column.
    7) Ensure your phone numbers are formatted correctly (i.e. the area code is correctly typed into the area code field).
    8) Click the Save Changes button.
After you have updated your billing and shipping address, follow these last steps:
    1) Open your web browser, and navigate to the Apple Store Online: http://store.apple.com
    2) At the main window, choose the option to Review Your Account.
    3) Log in with your iTunes Store account name using the same password you use in the iTunes Store.
    4) At the Your Account screen, choose the Change Account Information option on that screen.
    5) Enter your credit card billing information, including the shipping address information.
    6) Choose the proper county for your address. Click continue. Your account will then be updated, and a pre-authorization amount will temporarily be charged to your credit card (which will be automatically removed). Once your account is updated, close your web browser.
    7) Launch iTunes. Your iTunes Store account should work normally.

Here is how I solved it on my Macs as well as Windows.
    Here is for the Mac:
    - Quit iTunes
    - Go to Safari and open Safari preferences (in the Safari/Preferences menu)
    - Navigate to the privacy tab.
    - Choose to "Always" block cookies (you can change that back once the issue is solved)
    - Click "Details" below "Remove All Website Data"
    - Type apple.com in the search field
    - Select apple.com and click the remove button
    - Check that the apple.com line does not re-appear (it shouldn't, but if it ever does, quit and relaunch Safari and start over)
    - Quit Safari
    - Launch iTunes
    - Connect to your iTunes account
    - Smile :-)
Here is for Windows 7 (must be similar for other Windows versions):
    - Quit iTunes (and Safari if you have it)
    - Openan Explorer window ("My Computer" for example)
    - Well hidden in the upper bar under "Organize" choose "Folder and search options"
    - In the "view" tab, make sure that "Show hidden files, folders and drives" is checked and click OK
    - Navigate to C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\Cookies  or YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\Cookies if that is easier
    - Delete everything in that folder
    - (I am not sure this is necessary) you might want to also trash items in the YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\Cookies folder
    - Launch iTunes
    - Connect to your iTunes account
    - Smile :-)
Please tell me if that works for Mac and PC (I tried other things before those instructions so an extra step might have been involved)

Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later. Any One else having this Issue ?

I was having this exact issue when I was set up to use PayPal as my payment method. I fixed it by -
    1. going to my iTunes account and selecting None as my method of payment, then clicking Done
    2. confirming this on my account page - which then said Add (or Set up, I can't remember) a Credit Card
    3. on the Add a credit card page, I again set up the exact same PayPal account I had before.
    4. I was then taken to the PayPal website to confirm that I wanted to use my PayPal account for iTunes purchases, and finally
    5. I was taken back to my account page in iTunes, which looked exactly the same as before BUT...
The next time I tried it, my purchase went straight through! (And this was less than 5 minutes after I'd had the "Credit Card processing is temporarily unavailable" message.)
YMMV, but I guess a similar revalidation process would work for credit cards too.
