You do not need ?&promoid=KRUVP at the end of the url but it should not matter.
One thing to check is if your hosts file is modified. Open the Command Prompt and type: notepad %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
This will open a read-only copy of your host file in Notepad. Are there any entries in this file regarding adobe.com?
The other thing you can do is open the Developer Tools in the Chrome browser. On Windows press Ctrl + Shift to open them. Switch to the Network tab. Reload the page by pressing Ctrl + r. Check for any 4xx or 5xx errors which should be colored red.
Post screenshots of your results or send me a private forum message with the information.

    I wasn't sure how you typically present to clients, in person, from a tablet, or from your home computer etc. The touch apps do have options for saving locally to the tablet itself (native tablet Photo Gallery) or sending a project via email. The options vary from app to app also. The Creative Cloud is the best way if you are planning on starting on the tablet and finishing on the desktop though. Some of the Adobe desktop programs (Photoshop CS5 or Illustrator CS5, etc.)  have a plug-ins which allow you to import the tablet files directly into them for continued editing, something like this

    The non-Creative Cloud workflows are designed around transferring the files in a more universal viewable format for sending or viewing by others, namely Jpeg.

    Just to add that, I had exactly the same issue this morning, so it is certainly a more widespread problem rather than an isolated case.
    For Adobe's benefit, here's a summary of what happened for me:
    All cloud files automatically moved to trash on turning my computer on and auto syncing. All folders remained, but empty.
    Files still existed online through the browser, in the Files section and had not been put into Archive.
    When I got home to my personal Mac, the exact same situation happened as above. Though I made sure to do a backup before connecting to wifi and allowing it to sync!
    Tried signing out and deleting the Creative Cloud files folder, then signing in again, hoping it would re-sync and create all my files again to match what was online, but it just created the directory of empty folders again.
    Was on a call with support for an hour which was painful, with them taking control of my screen but having no idea what to do to fix it.
    As with you guys, I'd like to download all my files again (not including Archive), but as a batch and not one by one online! Hopefully the sync will fix and download the lot again automatically.
    Have you worked out what's wrong yet Adobe?

  • Firefox won't open. Tried all the fixes and still no fix. Crash code is fefc6b11-303e-4e33-85f0-412e52110206. Please help if you can.

    Firefox tries to open but all that comes up is the Mozilla Crash Reporter and can't open past this point.

    Do a clean (re)install:
    * Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
    * Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
    * Don't remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
    * It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.

    I am looking at getting creative cloud for teams, but I want to keep our existing CS suite users who are already on maintenance plans.
    Can I share files on the creative cloud  between these two types of users?
    Does Adobe Bridge see these files ?
    Is there any way of doing version control ?
    We are also worried about this

    The IP is associated with the individual, not the company. The individual will have a 90-day grace period to delete their files."
    Also we are in Australia and we are concerned about the speed. Can anyone advise what the speed is like ?

    Anyone who signs up for the Creative Cloud can share files. You do not need to be a Creative Cloud member to view a shared file, only to do the sharing.
    Adobe Bridge does not see the files unless you use Creative Cloud Connection to sync the files to your local computer.
    There is no version control yet. It is on our road map.
    Being in Australia should not be an issue, but I will let other customers from Australia comment.

  • Can't activate products with valid creative cloud subcription.

    Briefly:
    i have a valid cloud subcription.. I dowloaded Adobe application manager. Signed in to Creative cloud website than clicked the link "download" which opened application manager and installed the selected product.
    After i opened the installed product i tried to activate it. I clicked on the LIncense Sofware button and logged in with the adobe id. But it strted to asks for serial number. So i turned to adobe support live chat. After one hour of chat turned out the problem is that i have a Windows OS with hungarian language and application manager installed the hungarian version of photoshop which can t be activated with crative cloud subcription,
    Is this true?
    THey recommended me to install adobe products on an OS with english language and install english version adobe products. I don t think this ok!
    Can anybody help me??? Or creative cloud subcription is waste og mony if i don t have english OS??

    Hi ISSUESKFT,
    When the Adobe Application Manager starts up, ou can click on your name that appears on the Adobe Application Manager and choose Preferences.
    In preferences choose the magyar language and install the softwares.
    If you want you can install them in English language and there should not be any issue in activating the products. Creative Cloud subsiption doesnot requires a Serial Number number, just sign-in is required.
    Please try it and let me know what happens.

  • Downloading InDesign book files from Creative Cloud files

    Gang,
    I'm working on a project that has me using the Creative Cloud files to store the changes I make. I know I'm not using all of the features, but with my own personal account on two machines and my employers site license on the other, I end up using the browser version of Creative Cloud to upload and download files on my work computer.
    When I download a book file (.indb), Creative Cloud and my browser seem to get confused as to what kind of file it is. Creative Cloud asks me and doesn't have an option for InDesign Book. When it downloads, it downloads as a .octet-stream file. I later go to Finder and change the extension to indb and life is good.
    Is this a bug or a feature?
