My WINDOWS UPDATE wont work since I have FIREFOX

Can I download something so I can use my windows update?

THIS MAY BE SO but MY WINDOWS UPDATE WORKS ON MY OTHER COMPUTER.
I had computer problems on this computer when someone broke into my apartment and flooded the floor with water and then put a virus on my computer that made it connect one one website.
I am here because of NAVY INTELLIGECE , I was mentally disabled for 10 years before joining. I am in a building they made me do research on which killed my mom and dad because OLD WOMEN was getting pregnant from me who had tricked me when I was 13. They caused watergate.
The CRIMES OF THIS AREA ARE BEING INVESTIGATED AND 80 FEDERAL WARRENTS ARE GONG TO OCCUR. All of the CRIMES was connected to APRIL 8 which is the day they give money from COLORADO TAX REBATE for DISABLED PEOPLE for real estate tax. They had CRIMINALS that was using the LOCAL H AND R BLOCK in this town and had commited some murders and connected them to a place in NEW MEXICO. That is where they sent the TAX peopel from NM to FLORIDA WHERE i was living.
Now see all this APRIL 8 STUFF is connected to KEN who has 160 million who lives in FLORIDA because they could not catch the local people if they did not connect more crime and get them in too deep.
So see they wont give in, I caught some of them on my research 2 days ago dong murder and hiding it, they was COURT PEOPLE and then MORE MAFAI came, it broke in and flooded my floor and connected them up to more crime which made me have more problems.
So see I almost lost my computer and then had put FIRFOX on and it came back party and then I cant get the MICROSOFT UPDATE TO WORK.
What they was dong is CONNECTING UP THE VIRUS which was a HOME PAGE that wold not go off my computer to the BACK OF THE BUILDOINTG becasue the loca rackateers who are gong to be arrested needed to cnnect it. They put a new person here who does not know they used him for crime BECASUE CEO members purchased a NEW PRISON in NM that is privalty owend that I am gong to own with the help of intell. See thy pulled real hard on my system with the VIRUS , BROKE IN ECT AND I HAD FIREFOX AND JUST NEED MY COMPUTER WORKING, I am not allowed to work as my civial rights has been broked by the RACKATEERS.
I am disabed and wil have 89 million dollares in a minute, It has taken my over 20 years an my research is over 10 pages ttyped.
So see what I need is MY WINDOWS UPDATE TO WORK.
That APRIL 8 STUFF is Just a game where they are stealing from my property temp and we will pull it back and arrest them. They think they are gong to purchase new telephoen companies ect, When they do that it is called ESPIONAGE and they use foreign counties, That is where we arrest them becaseu we could have a nuclear war in less than ten years because of the RACKATEERS who was using me all this time who had hidden murder which I caught which are connected to the CEO who put a medial person here next door and broke in a flooded my floor and then put the viris on.
