"MZCommerce.CreditBalanceMismatch.Mobile_message." What does this mean???

I've been a long time user of ITunes to purchase & download music & movies. Until in my recent use of Itunes.. I came across this prompt: "MZCommerce.CreditBalanceMismatch.Mobile_message" while downloading music. Needless to say, after pressing my only option which is "Ok," the purchase of the song was cancelled. Can some someone out there in the world of APPLE make sense of this and provide me with solutions to prevent this from happening again.

My daughter started having this issue as well on her iPad 2. I tried logging out then logging back in it worked for about a minute, then went back to the same error. There'sa few discussion that suggest checking payment option for your account and clicking on DONE to confirm all is correct. I've done that as well, yet the issue continues. My daughter got a $25 gift card after Redeeming the issue started. It happens when she tries to make multiple purchases one after another. I have never seem this problem with my iPhone 4s but I've never used a gift card for purchases as well. My daughter uses my account to make purchases, so the acount on my iPhopne and the iPad are the same. Here's a screen capture of the error.
