In a 128 MB card, you can store approx. 30 tracks in 128 kbps, 4 minutes each song. With 64 kpbs, you can double it to 60 tracks. But as the bitrate (kbps) decreases, the file size and sound quality decreases also. In the 64 kbps bitrate, I recommend you to transcode the tracks into AAC or M4A formats because they have better quality sound output at lower bitrates compared to competing formats like MP3.
To transcode the tracks, you must use a music converter. I suggest you use the dbpoweramp Music Converter software over at www.dbpoweramp.com Download the specific codecs you need ( in your case download the AAC codec at their Codec Central) then install it after the Music Converter software. The MP3 conversion and Power Pack features lasts only for 30 days because it is shareware, but you can use the conversion features after the trial expires.
For the max card capacity problem you may contact Nokia to see what card is the largest you can insert to your phone. Maybe 512 MB would be ideal for this.

I went to the trx. code SE38 &, specified the program name then, I went through the display tab & clicked upon thye organisational structure tab (ctrlshftF5) & got the ABAP display screen where I got all of my associated tables under the dictionary structures tab/button.

I'm looking with google for a few hours.. It's a bit impossible, I need some "inside" information something that makes the difference between the coolers(between the normal one and the heatpiped one).
On the website that I ordered it writes: "MSI GeForce 9800 GT 512MB DDR3 OC" and "N9800GT-T2D512-OC" as the product code(here's the link in other language, but the main part can be understand: http://www.mediadot.ro/placi-video/placa-video-msi-geforce-9800-gt-512mb-ddr3-oc)
Searching on google it usually brings me images with both boards: with heatpipes and without.
So I look on the reviews.. :

but if you google "N9800GT T2D512 OC" you will find images with both.
ok so we move on, this review is about the same "N9800GT T2D512 OC"

And all the reviews are specifying same confusing model..
Even mighty Google cannot solve this mystery.
There is the same name, same specifications, but models with different coolers and it didn't specify this nowhere on the box.
I hope that there might be some detail that can make an difference between the models - European versions .
I'm pretty sure that there must be some detail on the box in the serial number or somewhere.

Troubles transfering music to my N70 Music Edition

Everytime i want to tranfer music i get an error report on Windows Vista Home premium which says NokiaMusicManager has stopped working. Do i need different software for vista? If i uninstall Nokia Pc Suit and reinstall it it would transfer about 4 songs and then the problem would reappear! please help!!

And if you mean you are sending music via Bluetooth from another device, then open those two songs you received earlier>options>save. Now they are saved to Mem card>attachments. and you can delete them from inbox. and can send more. (do the same with them)

N70 Music Files - Default File Location

When I transfer music to my N70 using PC Suite, the default file location is \Sounds\Digital. Should I just change the default to \Music, or is there some reason why this location is the default?

No AFAIK it does not matter where you put it, Music manager scans for your tracks and plays them.
If you would like to keep it tidy and have your music in one place I can not see any harm it pointing it at another folder.

N70 Music Player (S60 v2) issues when updating...

So it all started when I updated the firmware of my N70. At first everything seemed alright. I even liked the way it shows the song playing at the moment in the stand-by screen.
But when I put more music in the phone through PC Suite, it started to do this "Opening and Handling" stuff every time I open the Music Player. It is completely acceptable except when it removes the previous settings "shuffle, repeat" so that I have to manually put them on every time I start listening. It is very frustrating.
Now when I today added more music in my phone and then started the music player, it wouldn't start properly anymore. It just goes to the music list, then this "Opening" -screen pops up and after that it crashes to stand-by.
I was able to get the music player working at some level after this by removing the memory card and the battery and restarting the phone a few times. But the "Opening" -screen still pops up when I start the music player.
I think that the problem is due to some kind of a new setting that forces the music player to update the music library every time it starts that doesn't exist in the original firmware version.
So if anyone who knows more about the structure of the OS and the application itself would tell me if I am right about this setting and would kindly tell my how to change it(I presume there is an .ini file or something for the music player that contains the settings), I would appreciate it very much.
P.S. Sorry for the long post but I tried to explain it all as accurately as possible =)

So the problem reappeared sooner than I had feared. It is very urgent now as my music player doesn't work at all anymore. It goes to the music list, "opening" -screen pops up and then it crashes to the stand-by screen.

N70 - Music - Sound cracking

Hi Folks,
Yesterday I installed some applications on my N70. Afterwards the sound from the music keeps cracking every now & then. Has anyone else faced this problem? what could be the reason?

I need help with my N70 Music Edition!

How do I fix it? Whenever I press the music button or go to the tracks in the gallery, it processes and by the time it finishes, it goes back to the wallpaper/desktop/starting screen. I still have 54mb out of my 1gb memory card. It's getting hard for me not being able to play my songs. I can't format the memory card because I have no backup and I can't backup the files in my laptop. The laptop only has less than 1gb memory. HELP PLEASE. Thanks

I have a suggestion for you as a last resort but unfortunately it would lead to loss of data on phone.
Take the battery out for 10 minutes and then replace and see if any difference.
If not try the "3 finger reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you hear start-up tone.

Help with nokia n70 music edition

so...i have a year and a half this cell phone and i am very pleased of its works..
suddenly one day one friend of mine made me a missed call and it didnt appeared in the main screen as "1 missed call"
i had to go to the general calls to see it..
this happens and with the SMS and MMS ...my phone doesnt vibreate when they come...it doesnt also show in my main screen "1 new messege"
but it appears a little letter a little bit down my battery
i have updated the version but i also have this problem
any idea of what to do?? :/

Try factory Reset(*#7780#)which resets all settings to defaults but keeps any applications you have installed and photos etc. Both need the Security code, which, by default, is 12345.
