NACE configuration

Hi,
Sorry for the question but i'm new to adobe forms.
I've created a adobe forms report to replace an existing Purchase Order SAP Script report.
Now i need to "attach" it to the ME22N, ME23N transactions.
I know i have to do this is NACE, what i don't know is how to do it... I guess i need to create a program, but i don't know what code to wirte or how i'm going to pass the PO number parameter from the transaction to the report.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks
Hugo

  • NACE configuration setting for PO change (special case)

    Hi All,
I am doing NACE configuration and corresponding coding for PO change. (ME22N)
I have a requirement to trigger a particular function module (IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDCHG) only when all PO lines are deleted.
In all other scenarios, IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS needs to be triggered.
How to go about the setting in NACE and partner profile?
    Thanks,
    Arun Mohan

    hi,
in standard their is no that facility for normal p.o but you can restrict that at  enduser level don't give that authorization to that enduser for this you have to consult your basis person.
other wise you have to restrict through relese startgy for p.o
for configration of relese startgy go through this link

  • NACE Configuration for Purchase order output "Title Text"

    Hello Gurus,
I have a small question, Is it possible to make dynamic Document title when sending purchase order email to vendor.
I have checked configuration in NACE where for each output type where you can maintain "Mail title and Texts". For example if your output type is Email then you can maintain document title text as "Purchase order Email".
Our requirement is to put purchase order name in document title i.e. when vendor receive email in their inbox it says purchase order number.
    Please advise.
    Thank you

Thanks Jurgen. This note helped us.

  • NAC and Multicasting

We're using  NAC configured as IN-BAND, VIRTUAL-GATEWAY. So far the docs I've read haven't been very encouraging in running multicast through this configuration. Has anybody had any experience with this and perhaps some configuration ideas?
    Thanks
    David

    Hi David
multicast is not supported under the inband real gateway. However, it will work for out-of-band or virtual gateway

  • Integrate NAC Appliance with Active Directory

We try to implement on our customer, NAC appliance integrating with Active Directory Single sign on.
The NAC configured with L2 OOB. User first connect to switch and got the authentice Vlan, then the user will be authenticate using their domain account login, if success the user will be mapping to the Vlan assign to them.
The agent SSO installed on Active Directory is running well, and at the CAS also the service SSO started.
    Let say i've this situation:
    1. User A has been assign to Vlan 15 Employee
    2. User A plug to switch and got dummy vlan and will authenticate using Domain account on AD, If succeded than, the port will be bounce, the user running an cisco agent on background
    3. Now user A has their on Vlan ID 15
I've created the Authentication server on CAM for the Active Directory, but i've find it's so difficult to config mapping rules between user roles to Active directory. The guidance pdf how to implement NAC i've downloaded from cisco, not mention it how to mapping user roles to Active Directory...
Has any one has been configured mapping rules user roles to Active directory?

So you would create a mapping rule against your lookup server like so.
Say the AD group membership is "Finance"
for ADSSO you would apply the mapping rule to your LOOKUP Server
    where the expression is
memberOf contains CN=Finance and apply it to role employee if VLAN 15 is your employee vlan then you would designate vlan 15 in your Employee role under user role configuration
Now you cant test this with ADSSO with the test auth function so what I like to do is create an AD authentication server and test against that as long as you have some form of mapping configured the auth results will return all memberships for the userename you login with so you can get the syntax exactly right.

  • Authentication mac-move permit with NAC

    Hi,
I have 2 switches with NAC configured on it. i also have "authentication mac-move permit" configured on my 2 switches that are connected togther. my understanding is authentication mac-move permit does not work with 802.1x enabled ports.
so i would like to verify i my understanding is correct that if i have authentication mac-move permit configured and a laptop moves to another port without logging off the switch will see that as a violation and block the user right?

    anyone run into this before?

  • NAC Error Message in 4500 Switch

    Hi There,
I have a 4507R core Switch running IOS version 12.2(31). I am trying to configure this switch for Clean Access; I have already configured the ACS server but when configuring the switch as a NAD and apply the "ip admission NAC" command on the interface level, I get the following error message:
% This config is not supported on this platform. Try configuring a new rule.
The NAC configuration I entered on the switch is as follows:
    Switch(config)=ip access-list extended Interface_ACL
Switch(config-nacl)=permit udp any any eq 21862
Switch(config-nacl)=permit udp any any eq domain
Switch(config-nacl)=permit udp any any eq bootpc
Switch(config-nacl)=permit udp any any eq bootps
Switch(config-nacl)=permit tcp any host (antivirus ip address)
    Switch(config)=ip admission name NAC eapoudp
Can somebody clarify to me the meaning of that error message and assist me whether my NAC configuration is alright?
    Thanking in advance.
    Regards,
    Haitham

    Hello All,
I just figured out the problem; you need first to configure the following commands before applying the ip admission command:
    switchport mode access
    switchport access vlan
    Thanks to all.

  • NAC Appliance for Wirelles In-Band Virtual Gateway

    Hi, People.
Does anybody know as configuring NAC Appliance for Wirelles In-Band Virtual Gateway.
    Tks.

    Hi Wemerson,
Basic Wireless or Wired InBand is basically the same thing regarding the NAC configuration.
Please follow the chalk-talks available online: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/vpndevc/ps5707/ps8418/ps6128/prod_presentation0900aecd80549168.html.
    Notes:
    - In Inband all traffic MUST flow through the CAS, which means that al the traffic on the VLAN of the wireless client MUST flow through the CAS. This can be done via L2 mechanisms (VLAN restrictions) or L3 (routing).
    - For the CAS, it is transparent if the client traffic comes from a wireless client or wired client.
    - If you want to use wireless sso, you can configure the WLC the same way as a VPN concentrator. the Wlc will then send RADIUS Accounting information to the CAS and the CAS can allow clients to access resouces if they have already been authenticated by the WLC.
    HTH,
    Tiago

  • DHCP Problems on new SSID

    Hi all,
I have an SSID where clients cannot get DHCP addresses. I have captured the following debug and from what I can see the WLC recieves the DHCP address from the DHCP server and then attempts to forward that to the Station but the station does not get it.
Is my thinking correct? If so, what can cause the client not to recieve the DHCP offer packet from the WLC?
    Thanks
    Mario

The WLC is sending the traffic properly.  The DHCP server is sending back a NAK to the Client REQUEST.  It's a bit odd because the client is making a Request to the same DHCP server, with the same transaction ID, with the same "offered" IP address.  Once the DHCP Server sends back an "ACK" instead of a "NAK", then you will be good.
What is the device offering DHCP?  You might consider getting rid of DHCP-Proxy and simply bridging the traffic over.  Can you take a "wired" client and place them on VLAN 51 of that same switch and get an IP address?

  • Sending Vendor balance confirmation as a mail to vendor

    Hi experts,
We have a requirement of sending the vendor balance confirmation as mail to vendor. Can anyone guide me in the nace configuration. What would be the application to be selected for configuration?
    Thanks in advance,
    Neela

    Hi Neela,
I am also looking for the same functionality and hence looked at your resolution comment.
I used tcode FIBF and looked for BTE in Environtment  --> Infosystem (P/S) as well as Environtment  --> Infosystem(Processes).
However I could not find the BTE 2140 in my system.
May be I am not loooking at the right place as I am new to this tcode.
Could you please guide me how to look for it?
    Thanks in anticipation,
    Nitish

  • Vendor return excise invoice

    Hi
My requirement is to print vendor return excise invoice with t-code J1IV. I have nace configuration application type V1, output type JEXC, I have two processing rountines 1st processing routine contain program name 'J_1IEXCP_OUTPUT', form routine 'ENTRY', form 'J_1I_EXC_INVOICE' and the 2nd processing routine contain program name 'J_1IEIOT', form routine 'ENTRY', form 'J_1I_EXC_INVOICE'. The 1st processing routine program is written for SD Excise Invoice and the form is script. The 2nd one is useful for me I made a copy of program 'J_1IEIOT' and instead of using script I want to use custom smartform. I have a designed layout . I made a change in NACE configuration in 1st processing routine instead of standard program name 'J_1IEXCP_OUTPUT', I have assigned my custom program name 'YMMVendor_Return', done no changes in form routine 'Entry' kept as it is and deleted the form 'J_1I_EXC_INVOICE' and in PDF/Smartform form I assigned custom smartform 'YMMVendor_Return' designed by me. I am looking for form entry subroutine in this standard 'J_1IEIOT' to put a break-point and check is it calling that program from J1IV but there is no form entry subroutine in 'J_1IEIOT'.
Can anyone please suggest how to resolve it...
    Best Regards

Excise is captured at diffrent stage and vat at diffrent stage
U need to creat Returnes PO (note returns PO should have tax code of bed ecc and hecc and vat
    do GR MIGO
J1IS hear only Excise partwill be returned and ther is no chance to reverce ur vat or cst
then u need to pass credit memo MIRO agaist returns PO at this stage ur vat amount will be revirsed.
Very imp , In PO ur excise value should be same as u are going to reverse in J1IS.
as there is no relation between J1IS and MIRO (in returns PO excise value in J1IS dont flow in MIRO credit note)
As in purchase there is link between GR excise amount and MIRO. hear excise value captured in J1IEX flowes in MIRO
so be care full while creating PO.
    hope this helps
