Namespace and Node Checking

The first part of an XML message I am trying to process is :
<FpML xsi:schemaLocation="http://ibml.another.com/2005 IBML.xsd" version="4-2" ibmlVersion="1-6" xsi:type="ibml:TradeCreated" xmlns:ibml="http://ibml.another.com/2005" xmlns="http://www.fpml.org/2005/FpML-4-2" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
     <header>
          <sentBy>XYZ</sentBy>
          <creationTimestamp>2009-08-20T10:15:03.899-05:00</creationTimestamp>
     </header>
I need to use the extract method to identify messages where sentBy = 'XYZ'. As I could not get this to work, I have tried just about every combination of ExistsNode to try and identify the issue with the namespace / node combination.
Can anyone please advise the best way to use ExistsNode - with just xpath parameter or also with nsmap parameter - to achieve this ?

Which version of Oracle are you using (4 digits)?
What have you tried? Since the XML does reside in the namespace xmlns="http://www.fpml.org/2005/FpML-4-2", you will need to include in your ExistsNode call.
