Não é permitida a solicitação de autorização de eliminação para a NF-e

Prezados, boa tarde.
Muito provavlmente estamos com um problema gerado pelo usuário, não encontrei caso semelhante no forum.
O usuário gerou uma Nf de devolução a fornecedor e entes da autorização da SEFAZ solicitou estorno.
O status está parado no monitor do ERP e no GRC os status são os seguintes:
Status NFe GRC
Stat processo 5 - Resultado recebido
Cod status 102 - Inutilização de número homologado
Erro ERP 109 - Erro de validação: campo Nº. Campo é obrigatório e não pode ficar em branco. (campo IS_NFE_HEADER-E1_NRO, ID campo E007)
Se tento atualizar a linha no " Erro atualização status ERP" aparece a mensagem:
"Não é permitida a solicitação de autorização de eliminação para a NF-e"
No monitor do ERP a NF está sem log de autorização da SEFAZ

Se eu entendi você solicitou a inutilização de um documento com erro de validação. Isso? Após executar o programa /XNFE/UPDATE_ERP_STATUS_DIAL apareceu algum log na J1BNFE?
Qual SP do ERP e GRC?
Existem algumas notas que tratam do log e outras que tratam da solicitação de inutilização com erro de validação.

Preciso esclarecer uma dúvida:
A SAP disponibilizou a função J_1BNFE_OUTNFE_CREATE para fazer interface com sistemas de mensageria não-sap, para o layout 3.10.
Dúvida:
Nessa função, como eu faço para identificar que a ação do usuário foi uma solicitação de inutilização da nfe e não a solicitação de autorização? Não encontrei nenhum parâmetro que me diga isso.
Na versão 2.0 era utilizada a função J_1B_NFE_XML_OUT, que com a combinação dos parâmetros XML_IN-DOCSTAT, XML_IN-SCSSTAT e XML_IN-TPEMIS era possível determinar qual era a ação a ser realizada (solicitar aprovação, cancelamento [ quando ainda não era por evento] , inutilização...)
Me parece que falta algum parâmetro na nova função que nos diga qual foi a ação realizada...
Notei que para casos de inutilização o parametro IS_NFE_IDE-TP_EMIS, e alguns outros, ficam em branco. Mas não achei seguro fazer a validação dessa forma.
Será que existe alguma nota que corrige isso? procurei, mas não encontrei.
Enfim, agradeço por qualquer ajuda.

Oi,
A diferença entre a autorização e a inutilização pode ser identificada pelos parâmetros em branco. Na solicitação de autorização as estruturas com dados de produto/impostos/destinatário estão preenchidas, na inutilização elas estão em branco.
Além disso algumas informações de header da nota estarão em branco na inutilização, como por exemplo o tpemis.
Acredito que independente da mensageria é possível que eles mapeiem os dados usando essas diferenças como parâmetros para identificação.

É possivel inserir dados de Imposto Retido em Pedido de Compra ?

Olá pessoal,
Meu cliente gostaria de inserir as informações de Impostos Retidos na Fonta já no Pedido de Compra. Porem verifiquei que a coluna de valor de impostos retidos na fonte aonde são inseridas as informações não existe nas configurações de formulário do Pedido de Compra.
Existe alguma configuração especial para isso ?
A versão que o cliente utiliza é a 2005B.

O cliente usa Procedimento de autorização para autorizar Pedidos de Compra. Da mesma forma as NFe geram autorização quando tem valor diferente do valor do Pedido de Compra a qual ela e baseada.
Desta forma, se o cliente faz um Pedido de Compra de 1000,00 e lança NFe com IRRF 1,5%, o Total da NFe será de 985,00 sendo então diferente do valor do Pedido e consequentemente gerando uma solicitação de autorização.
Se houvesse uma forma de colocar os dados do imposto retido no Pedido, não haveria esta diferença e não geraria mais um processo de autorização do documento.
Acho estranho o documento de Pedido de Compra permitir colocar informações de Impostos (Código do Imposto), mas não permitir inseris os dados de Imposto Retido.
Espero ter esclarecido a necessidade do cliente.

Meu firefox não abre mais nenhum site, sempre que tento ir para algum site ele não carrega e nem exibe menssagem de erro, já desisntalei e resetei, o que fazer?

depois q eu resetei ele , desisntalei limpei os registros e apaguei todas as minha configurações, tentei alterar o DNS para o DNS do google, apagar senhas e favoritos, eu tentei uma instalação limpa, porém o problema persiste, ele agora abre duas Abas uma era pra ser akele menu com os sites mais acessados, porém está abrindo uma aba em branco, e a outra aba é a página inicial padrão do firefox que contem o google como ferramente de pesquisa. não importe qual url ou endereço eu digite, ou qualquer palavra que eu solicite a busca, o firefox não vai para página alguma, ele permanesce com uma pagina em branco e a pagina inicial e não exibe nenhum erro ou sinal de carregamento ou atualização de página, gostaria muito de voltar a usar o firefox, pois não gosto do IE, porém ele está funcionando.
PS.: o google chrome exibe o seguinte erro:
Erro 137 (net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): Erro desconhecido.
Talvez ajude a achar a solução para o problema.

Método CHECK SUBSEQUENT DOCUMENTS impede cancelamento de algumas NFe´s

Bom dia a todos,
Após implementarmos o método CHECK_SUBSEQUENT_DOCUMENTS no QA para impedir a solicitação de estorno cancelamento (através do usuário) de NFe´s do mês anterior, nos primeiros dias do mês subsequente, verificamos que algumas NF-e´s geradas e aprovadas num mesmo dia, são impedidas também de se requisitar o cancelamento, ou seja não se permite nem disparar a solicitação de cancelamento através da J1BNFE para algumas NF-e, sendo assim, ainda não estamos seguros em nossos testes para mover este método para o PRD.
Como parâmetros, implementos este método com base no código ABAP sugerido no material de treinamento de NF-e elaborado no Workshop de NF-e realizado pela SAP (WBRNFE 6.0 Português de 2008).
Alguém já passou por este problema?

Sim, esta data de NF-e que estamos tentanto estornar encontra-se dentro de perído aberto, foi gerada em 26.07.2010.
Isso acontece também quando você faz uma nova venda+fatura e tenta cancelar?
Sim, está ocorrendo em alguns casos para NF-e emitida e faturada no mesmo dia.
Que mensagens você obtem ao tentar o cancelamento?
Um exemplo da mensagem de erro (caso citado acima):
Gravado doc. $000000002 (não foi criado documento contábil)
Nº mensagem VF050
Já debugou para tentar entender o que está acontecendo?

Erro impressão DANFE - IE e ST da J_1BSTAST

PessoALL,
Estou com um problema um pouco crítico... será que alguém pode me ajudar?
O programa de impressão da DANFE não está extraindo a informação de Inscrição Estadual de Substituição Tributária da tabela de customizing (J_1BSTAST).
Precisamos fazer um novo cadastro para o estado de Santa Catarina (SC) e o programa trouxe informação em branco.
Antes esta informação era fixa no programa, após solicitação da área usuária, deixamos isso para busca no customizing.
Já revistei aqui.. mas não estou achando nada.. alguém tem uma luz?

Se estado de destino da NF = u2018RSu2019, a inscrição estadual ST é 096/3339141.
Senão, inscrição estadual ST é vazia.

Processo de autorização ficou sem acesso pelo autorizador e o usuario

Me defontrei com um problema de autorização.
Aconteceu o seguinte:
Criamos um processo de autorização para limite de crédito no pedido de venda.
Um usuario tentou gerar um pedido que estourava o limite de um cliente e o sistema gerou a autorização.
O autorizador, quando viu a mensagem, ao inves de manipular a mesma de alguma forma, simplesmente se desconectou (logoff) e foi falar com o usuario.
Ao voltar (login), a mensagem ja nao apareceu mais.
A partir daí, nem o usuario que gerou a autorizacao nem o autorizador ficaram com acesso à autorizaçao (ela ficou como suspensa). E o pedido não pôde ser gerado novamente pelo esboço, pois o sistema acusa que há um processo de autorização para o documento.
E aí, pessoal? O que faço? Excluo o esboço e faço o pedido novamente?

Autorização em Espelho de Nota Fiscal de Entrada

Prezados(as) Senhores(as),
Tenho um procedimento de autorização configurado para as Notas Fiscais de Entrada no B12005B.
Desejo que após aprovação dessa NFe no layout da nota seja impresso o nome do usuário que autorizou e a data e hora em que o documento foi autorizado.
Incluimos no final da página do PLD no layout da nota fiscal de entrada tabela WDD1 os campos aprovadores, data e hora, porém, após a inserção da nota não está retornando o(s) aprovadores.
Alguém já passou por isso ou teria alguma idéia de como conseguir essa informação na nota.

How many computers can I autorize with a single Adobe account?

As a librarian, I work in many schools. We slowly start to buy eBook for students with difficulties in learning. Often, books are protected by DRM: we have to use the same account to open the books that the one we use to buy it.
For now, only one person will be allowed to buy eBooks (me), so we will only have one account... but each student have his own computer, so I will have to autorize each computer with the same account.
1. Can I do that?
2. If yes, how many computers can I autorize with a single Adobe account?
3. If no, what else can I do?

(1)You can do that with (2) up to six devices total including your computer.
(3) The only other thing is to try to contact Adobe to see what arrangements they can make.
Alternatively, contact Overdrive, who are the service most libraries use for lending ADE DRM books,
which is effecitvely what you want to do.
I am afraid I can't give any idea of the best contact points for those oarganizations.
Maybe some other public librarian will be able to point you in the right direction.

I change the windows of my computer, from windows vista to windows 7, but since then i can't buy anything in the computer because i have to answer the security questions. I don't remember the answers and i solicited to send me the answers but nothing.

Kernel Panik Issues + TextEdit recurrent bug (autorization is refused/can't open textedit docs)

Hello all,
I'm on a MacBookPro, OSX MOuntain Lion 10.8.5, ca. 18 months young/old, and the computer has had ongoing issues ..actually since day 1....
(It's been bought in france because of the need of an "azerty", i live in germany - i write here in english for the sake of getting as much possible readers and increase my chance of answers..)
None of the 2 returns to apple store or official repair stores have fixed them. It seems to be "software issues", so they say..The problem is, no one is helping to help me fix them : after a little while of speudo improvement, the issues came right back.. (The last repair try was shortly before the end of 1 year apple warranty.. : it didn't change sh**, and although i had 90 days warranty on that repair from the date of repair on, apple never EVER replied to my 8 or 10 emails..probably considering i had no right to get help anylonger, nor at least the decency of a response at all..)
Anyhow, here are the problems :
computer is generally pretty slow
shockwave crashes on Google Chrome (although there is no double with flash player in the plug ins - i checked)
Pages on ANY browser take sometimes up to 40 sec to load (using safari and chrome, rarely firefox)
As soon as not ON a tab left open on browser, the page is first completely WHITE (takes up to 30sec for content to appear)
Safari "forces the refreshment of all page and tabs open" at least once, sometimes 5 times a day
Computer freezes sometimes completely
..and crashes down completely, sometimes so hard that i can't even shut down properly (exit through the "physical" start button as only chance)
Computer sometimes freezes but by making a restart on his own : screen beomes blue, gray, everything dissapears, big start button symbol appears on screen with message in several languages and computer restarts on his own..
Rainbow ball spinning became my best worst friend..
Even Force-Quitting programs can take 2 to 4 min until the force quit window appears...
Computer generates aliases or copies (?) of documents, that can't be open anyway, adding things in the name of doc such as "NAME.rtf.sb-0352fd77-9bU6Yb"
Mac sofwares (and NO other!) crash or freeze on regular basis (such as : textedit, safari, iphoto, preview etc.)
Dashboard always takes 10 to 40 sec to make information/content appear
blablablaaa...(there is more...)
Note : i mostly only have those programs open at the same time : safari, chrome, itunes, text edit, and sometimes on top : iphoto, preview - So, nothing crazy here, for a machine that is kind of new...
I know so far what i must be dealing with probably is an ongoing KERNEL PANIK..and maybe more/other issues on top..
Fact is, knowing alone does not solve the problems....
..So I'm regularly making a check of the disc as well as repairing autorizations via "disk utilities"
such as starting with alt+command+ r+p which became kind of the only desperate thing i try to do on regular basis..(not really solving anything either..)
If anyone could help, on any of those issues, please, come forward!!!
(ps : and no, i don't want to switch to maverick...rEAlly not....^^ - in case that is you advice.. because reinstalling all the system has been done previously twice or three times and is USELESS!)
The issue that made me make this move to ask for help here though today, which i m presenting separatel, y is :
TextEdit shows a recurrent bug since a few weeks - all my search attempts on the web led to nothing (but basic help for people who don't know how to make a command+i and change the autorization to "read and write").
What happens is that out of the blue, TextEdit shows an error messages on ANY docs that i try to open, it says i don't have the autorization and tells me to go to "information" and change the autorizations.
Fact is, this is happening on ANY docs that i have, and changing something in the "information" window doesn't change anything at all.
The only thing that "helps", is to shut the computer down completely and restart..
But the issue reappears every second day...
Also, TextEdit refuses for me to make PDF's out of a document ; the error message says (in french, so this is a translation of mine) "PRINTING: the printing has failed" (and that's IT, no more info..)
Sometimes this pdf issue happens without the autorization issue ; but when i have the autorization issue, i seem to always have the pdf making issue.
Also, texedit sometimes does not allow me anymore to save a new doc..It might open the window to do so, i might be able to name the doc and click on "save", but the doc appears nowhere and still show "no title" on the open doc itself..
Help anyone ?

Hi, i got my new ipod touch 8gb, last generation just yesterday, got my apple account, got itunes on last version and everything im supposed to need.
What happens is, that when i try to install the downloaded apps it says to me that i have to give an autorization to the ipod in Store. I do this, but when i try to syncronize the same message pops up, and so for ever and ever
i tried:
restarting pc and ipod
reseting ipod to sold status
uninstalling itunes
and stuff that way, and all posible combinations from the list above.
what should i do?

right click the app in itunes, hit get info, check the account name be sure this is the account you are using to authorize the computer, and ensure there is zero typos in there. (check VERY thoroughly) if that does not resolve the issue follow support.apple.com/kb/ts1389

Can anyone tell me if there is any posibilities to control users autorization for certain pricing condition in a sales order? For example: User A can add/edit/display K007 but user B can only display K007 for a new sales order.

ISE Radius - Access-accept is returned with no autorization policy

With ISE Radius service / PAP, the authentication passes OK, but the Network Element which send the autorization request, returns message "not enough user priviledges to execute command" and the HTTP page is blank.
The reason for that is, the Network Element is sending in the Access-Request with Service-Type value = 8, which means Authenticate-Only (and this can be seen at ISE . This causes the Radius server to authenticate, but not to send the authorization parameters back to the NE in the Access-Accept, causing the login to fail. A bit inside of the RFC:
5.6. Service-Type
    Description
       This Attribute indicates the type of service the user has
      requested, or the type of service to be provided. It MAY be used
      in both Access-Request and Access-Accept packets. A NAS is not
      required to implement all of these service types, and MUST treat
      unknown or unsupported Service-Types as though an Access-Reject
      had been received instead.
   Type
       6 for Service-Type.
      The Value field is four octets.
       1      Login
       2      Framed
       3      Callback Login
       4      Callback Framed
       5      Outbound
       6      Administrative
       7      NAS Prompt
       8      Authenticate Only
       9      Callback NAS Prompt
      10      Call Check
      11      Callback Administrative
There is no way to modify the value on the network element in the Access-Request packet.
Question: Is there a way to for the Cisco ISE to ignore the service type value (Authenticate Only), and return the autorization parametes back with the Access-Accept packet?

I Checked the rfc and the answer is no, rfc states that no authorzation information needs to returned for this request.
