I need to file a complaint about service/installation of my new equipment.Your website gives no direction on how to do this.Please give me a phone number, persons name or e-mail address where I can issue a complaint.

    hi,  Why would I need another e-mail address.  When .me came out I thought that .mac would be erased so I gave everyone my .me account (even though I prefered the .mac name)  the .mac continued to work and now everyone sends me TWO e-mails which arrive at exactly the same place.  I can understand if the e-mails arrive at different mail boxes, then you could give your family one, your business another, your kids school a third, but why... why 3 accounts that go to exactly the same place.  I realise I don't have to use all 3 but can someone tell me how to get the most out of these e-mail addresses.  Thanks!

    Just give out the one email address you want to use. They are all the same account anyway. People do not need to send emails to both email addresses so tell them to only use the one you prefer.

    I've paid to have the buttons on my nano fixed but they did not send me the mailing address.  They want me to go to a UPS store and there is not one near by.  I tried to contact customer support to get the mailing address but they want $19 for me to talk to someone.  Does anyone have a way to force them to speak to me either live or over the computer?  Does anyone have the mailing address for where I need to send my nano?  Thank you for any help you can give me.

    Any removed ePrint address cannot be used for 6 months due to security reasons, I afraid you will need to use a different ePrint address due this restriction.

    After much time I got the email address for the public relations department and was told to send my complaint for
    poor service there and hopefully they would forward it to the proper department.  I was told (by the Apple rep) that
    there is no email for Apple headquarters, or customer services, as such.  I could write a letter or hope this would work.  Incidentally, the way I got this address is I called sales as if I was going to buy a phone and got a rep and then when I had their attention, explained the situation.  Good Luck.

    Since I signed up in July of this year I have had nothing but problems with my bill. First they forgot to add my fios. After calling several times I was told the bill was in the mail. When I called back to see why I hadn't seen my bill (now September) I was told I couldn't be helped because I wasn't a fios customer. I was TRYING to be one. I had the boxes in my house. I simply wanted to PAY Verizon for service. A few weeks later I came home and my cable was turned off. My account had been canceled. After calling for days on end and sitting on the phone for an average of two hours a call it seemed no one had an idea what was going on. Finally  tech was sent to my home to fix what was an offline problem. The tech walks in with NO IDEA that I had boxes and thought he was here for a simple installation.
    Today, I was trying to pay my bill online, like I do ever month, and found my account was no long available for online bill pay. Really, Verizon??? I just want to pay you, you're making it very hard.
    I asked where I could send a complaint and was told there was really no where to do that. At this point I am more than frustrated with Verizon. Unfortunately, I have no other option in the building where I live.
    It's now November and I'm still dealing with this.
    I just want a place to file a complaint. I don't want to post on some forum. I don't want to talk to someone in a call center who just wants to get me off the phone. I don't want to chat with a virtual representative. I was to speak with someone at Verizon who can listen to my complaints...of which there are many at this point.

    Almost all of the forums here are peer to peer.  Some verizon admins will occasionaly step in and try to get you help.  These admins are usually not able to solve problems for you themselves, but can sometimes give advise or get you in contact with someone who can.

    I am a new Mac User. I just purchased my first MacBook. My goal is to switch totally over to Mac for both home and work. I was able to get the mail program to pull down my exchange mail, however it does not appear to have taken in my address book.
    My goal would be for my machine to totally sync up with my mail, and calendar the same way that my iPhone does. Is there a way to do this?
    If I can't get my contacts and calendar to "sync". I will not be able to use my Mac at work.
    Any help or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I do not believe you can sync your data between Outlook and Address Book and iCal. You can transfer data using a third-party utility, Outlook2Mac. However, you could integrate with your Outlook account using Entourage, one of the Office 2008 applications. You would have to purchase Microsoft Office 2008.

  • What is the proper address to file a complaint with Verizon Wireless?

    As far as I am concerned, I have been lied to 3 times by various members of this company.  I need an address to write to where someone has the DIRECT AUTHORITY to remove fraudulent contracts placed on my account.  I will provide all the written documentation needed, but I will not put myself through another phone call of obfuscation and lies.
    The most recent lie was by Andrea on September 1st, early afternoon.  She said she would take care of my problems but it could take "2 or 3 hours" and that she would call me for any information needed.  I said, "I don't care if it takes 2 or 3 days".  So, I waited.  It has been over 10 days with absolutely no changes or any kind of communication at all.  I have no way to get a hold of her.

    Hi, I have an envelope symbol in my .fla file and I need to assign it an e-mail address. I can find the symbol in the library but am not sure where to add/insert the actual e-mail address.     If you cannot find that symbol at all in the file when you run it, then place one on the stage and add some code for it. Since your file is using AS 2.0, click on the email symbol and assign it an instance name in the properties panel, let's say you name it "emailLink".
    Then, in the same frame on another layer add the following actionscript...
    emailLink.onRelease = function(){
         getURL("[email protected]");
    When you run the file online it will open an email window with the address already entered.  If you test it while in the authoring mode, you are likely to have a browser window also appear, but this only happens when testing from your pc.

    Oh, okay. After selecting the format I want to send, it says "creating... ". Then irrespective of the format I choose the message e.g. "creating spreadsheet" disappears, and so does the choice window (where I earlier chose Mail). I am taken back to the Numbers (or Page) where I had started from. Diavonex's note indicated that after "creating ... " stage I should be taken to an option where I can type in email address where I want to  send the  file, if I want to copy it to another address etc. I cannot arrive at that page - no matter whether I am working with Pages or Number, or which format I choose for the file to share !
    I will try to close as you have suggested and try. However, I have switched on and off several times by now, but nothing changed!
    Will look forward to any ideas to solve this !!!

  • How do I add an e-mail address and capability to send a fill-in pdf file

    I have Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2 on my PowerMac G4 running OS 10.4.11. I created some pdf forms which have the fill in capability and posted them on my web site. I want to be able to allow someone to click on a button to automatically send the file to my e-mail address. Is that possible if someone is just using Acrobat Reader on a Windows or Apple machine. I see that one cannot "save" the filled in document but they can "print" the filled in document or print a blank (not filled in version). If they could actually save the filled in document that would be just as good because they could attach it to an e-mail. So, is there a way to create a button to e-mail the filled in form to my e-mail address when someone completes it or a way to save the filled in copy as a file (so they can do that with just Acrobat Reader)? Thanks so much for any info.

    In Acrobat Pro, open the form and go to the Advanced menu and choose enable usage rights for Reader users.
    Now, they will be able to fill out the form and save it to send it back to you in an email.
    Be aware that there is a 500 use per form limit so this isn't a good answer for high volume use forms.

    Log into your apple ID and edit your personal information, where email can be changed as well. All applications as itunes stores, apple store and icloud use this same apple ID, so be aware of this.
