Need four copies of a form
Hi,
Please guide me about the following query:
I have designed a form to print certain data.
Now user wants whenever he give a print command for this form, it should always print four copies of the form with four differnt text e.g. Copy of Vendor, Copy of Deptt. etc.
Please guide me about how to achieve this goal.

It seems that you didn't search a lot before posting! So you want to know everything and you don't even have any clue to start with?
sapscript, or smart form?
is that a standard transaction which triggers the form, and which one?
There are 2 points to discuss:
1) some standard applications let the copy count be customized/entered, and is passed directly to your script. Or hardcode yourself the number of copies in your program. see [SDN wiki - Copies (duplicate, etc.)|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ABAP/Copies%28duplicate%2Cetc.%29]
2) how to make the copies vary. It's what Sarves answered.

RKIf you want to create your own report with required currency,
T CODE - KE35 - Click on "Report" (create), next window appears
Give the name of the report and description
The u see 2 options
1. Basic report
2. Report with Form
Select which ever you want and press ENTER
Here you need to prepare the report format and fields which are there in the right side box

4 copies of same form with differnt footers and terms and conditons at back
Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement for invoice printing have a standard driver program for that..
The problem is when we print the form we need 4 copies of the output with 4 different texts at the footer.
like customer delivery copy, payment copy etc.
And for cust delivery copy it should print the terms and conditons at the back side similarly a differt terms and condtions for payment copy..

Efficient, easy and perfect solution is here:
Step-1: Your dynamic/conditional texts in footer should write in a new window. Create a new window and place it in page accordingly. Now, change the type of that window as 'COPIES WINDOW'.
Step-2: In side this window, create a program-line and get the value of system variable 'SFSY-COPYCOUNT'. This will be either of 001/002/003/004 for different 4 copies.
Step-3: Now depending on this value, print your footer.

Hello everybody. I need to create a fillable form and then generate a report using numbers. You know, for example if you have customers, I need to be able to write the usual , name, last name, address, and some other details and then using a standard letter I would like the form to be able to populate these fields automatically in a standard pre formatted letter by our company and then be able to print it.
Any help to point me in the right direction I would appretiate very much.

Hi Everybody,
I'm having a Struts application that uses DynaValidatorForm for performing Validations.
The basic flow is like this -> I've got a home page, then a login page (action -> register.do) & a third page (action -> authenticate.do) which is displayed after authenticating the user.
I'm trying to re-direct the user to the home page once he directly accesses /authenticate.do
For this, in the Action class of /register, I'd defined a session attribute & set a value to it.
Then, in the Action class of /authenticate, I'm checking for the session attribute. If not present, I'm re-directing the user to home page.........
The problem that I'm facing is that when I directly access /authenticate.do, the application is not getting re-directed & instead, it is displaying error messages that User name & password (the 2 fields present in my login page) are required..........
The <action> tag of /authenticate.do has got validate="true" & hence it seems that validation occurs before re-directing....
Therefore, can someone tell me why is the application not posting the form to Action class of /authenticate........

I need to ommit the Short form letter from column data.
EX :

condition , 1) the short form letter should have space in front of the letter ex : first street (space)N, North
so the output should be "first street, North" like that for other words like "first street, Southwest, SW" should be "first street, Southwest"
2) the short form letter should not combine with any other letter ex : first street 5N, North
here we dont need to do anything.

Hi, I need find out a script form of MIGO
When user receive goods of PO using MIGO, they can print the goods receipt slip if they check the print box.
Now I need create a new script form instead the default one, but I can't find the configuration of it.
I think it should be SPRO->Material Management->Purchasing->Messages->Output Control->Message Types->Define message for purchase order , and I got the configuration of NEU, but the result looks not right.

1 local in my Flashback recovery area
and 1 to another server over nfs.
What oracle parameter i need to change and to which value?
Also, is this mount command is ok for the archivelog location over nfs?
I mean, do i use proper mount setting for oracle?

The name of the archivelog file in my FRA is o1_mf_1_14_3bnjm72h_.arc
And the name of the archivelog file in my second dest is 0000000014_0001_627728462.arc
Whys the archivelog name is different?
Can it be the same?
if so how?
also, the archivelog in the fra are nicely put in folder for each day like the following:

I've been asked by a SD functional team member how to:
This is the table and field names for Number of Messages functionality in SAP which should allow you to print multiple copies of a form at one time.

Transparent Table: NACH
Field Name: ANZAL
Data Element: NA_ANZAL
How do I go about setting up this functionalilty?

There are three possible ways -
1. Predefined number of copies - You can define number of copies in the print parameters while creating condition record. Ask you functional team member how they are setting up condition records. You have an option to setup print parameters on condition record screen. This is the only option if you are using output determination.
2. If you have an isolated print program then you can choose to let user enter print parameters by using parameter " DIALOG = ' ' " in "open_form".
3. If you have an isolated print program and do not want to let user control other print parameters you can take input from user ( or hard code ) number of copies and use that in parameter " OPTIONS " in "open_form".

I am trying to do a meal order form to email to my customers for them to fill out and submit. Do my customers need Adobe to fill out form?
The answer depends on which Adobe FormsCentral workflow you use. If you plan to create a pdf form and email it to customers, then they will need the free Adobe Reader to fill out the form and submit the data to FormsCentral. If you create a FormsCentral HTML form and email a link to the form, then your customers will need a web browser to enter and submit data.

Problem while generating copies in Adobe Forms
Hi Experts,
I'm trying to print two copies of my adobe form, I have changed the copies values from Output Options Pop up and printed the form. But i didn't get two copies of it instead I got only one copy. And I have checked SPAD configuration also, the document gets printed according to copy counter specified from the form but in case of adobe it is not. We tried with smartforms, it is working fine. Please see the following screenshots.
1. Entered the number of copies as 2.
2. After clicking on print button, I got the following ouput.

Please provide your valuable inputs.Copies are not supported in adobe form. There are certain things which are different between the forms. SAP note 1009567 explains it clearly. Alternative solution to get multiple copies has been explained in the thread Multiple copies in Adobe form with different header text.
