Need Help Escalating My CASE!!!

I'm starting to get extremely frustrated. It's been over 6mths without my computer, I've spent many hours I dont have on this chasing down customer service. customer service keeps promising me a call back and nothing has been done to resolve my case.  
Long story short ... I sent my IdeaPad t400 for repair about 3 months ago to a place out in Grapvine, TX and within a few weeks recieved a notificatin advising all issues have been fixed and we should recieve laptop shortly in the mail.  A few days later I received the laptop in worse condition.  Powered laptop and it had a black screen with a media missing message and a day later a harddrive was sent seperatly?  Hmmmmmmmm after more hours researching I finaly was able to determine the harddrive that was sent was the one for my laptop.  WHAT and HOW and WHY??? !!! 
More hours on the phone with techincal support and the warranty department. Finally, the case got escalated and a replacement system was supposed to have shipped out 2 weeks ago but the agent handling my case has stopped responding to any communication.
Two months have past and I have no updates.  I advised the agent I needed a working system soon, they agreed to escalate it. then exchanged messages and calls with Crystal Holeman who indicated a replacement new system would be shipped out in 7-10 days since there was no ETA on my repair. That was almost 2 months ago. I've sent daily emails and called her almost every day--SHE will not respond. SHE is the worst customer service MANAGER there is I have no idea why she stills works there.  This is not the fist time they see her names in threads this is LUDACRIST for someone who is management not to respond or better yet set examples for her employees or the company.
Need this computer for work. been an incredible waste of time already to deal with this and extremely disruptive.
can someone PLEASE help me get this addressed ASAP?

    I'm stuck on my coding when I have to write a function to

    For example if my array element has this:

    I need to be able to write a code to let me know that the 2nd

  • Need help concerning computer case size

    Hello support forum goers
    I am looking to upgrade my GPU and PSU but I don't know if they will fit inside my case. I have already checked that they are both compatible with my motherboard, so my only concern is whether it will all fit in my case.  Here is my computer (I do not know how big it is) and here is the card I want , and here is the PSU I want. By the way all the links will open in new windows, so no need to worry about that. Just from eyeballing it, my case is roughly 9"x15"x20" or so.

    I have dashboard in which its has pprompt called PROPMT1 in that prompt it has three values A,B,C
    but iwant the full abbreviation of those values like A=APPLE B=BOY and C=Cindy
    and also in the report i have the coloumn is prompted by PROMPT1 which has again A,B,C values that need to be modified as A=APPLE B=BOY and C=Cindy
    how can i do it with case statement.

    For the prompt, write this in the Show window>SQL Results:
    1) CASE WHEN 1=0 THEN char_columnname ELSE 'A = APPLE' END FROM "your subject area" UNION ALL CASE WHEN 1=0 THEN char_columnname ELSE 'B = BOY' END FROM "your subject area" UNION ALL CASE WHEN 1=0 THEN char_columnname ELSE 'C = Cindy' END FROM "your subject area"
    2) Save the prompt to a presentation variable, pv_choice
    This will give you your three values. Make sure you use a CHAR column, doesnt matter what column, though.
    For the report,
    1) Create a BINS column on the column that contains the A, B, C values and make the BINS A = APPLE, B = BOY, C = Cindy just like the prompt values.
    2) Now put a filter on this BINS column and set it equal to your pv_choice presentation variable.
    That's it.
    NOTE: Obviously, if you want the prompt values to just say "APPLE," "BOY," and "Cindy," then take off the 'A = ', 'B = ' and 'C = ' appropriately. Same for the BINS in your report.

  • Need Help on using CAS Incremental Crawl with JDBC data source

    As part of one of the e-commerce implementations, we are implementing a delta pipeline which reads the data from the database views. We plan to crawl the data with the help of CAS JDBC data source. In order to optimize the data reads, we want to use the CAS capabilities of incremental crawl. We rely on CAS to be able to identify the updates available in the subsequent incremental crawl and only read the updated data for any given crawl unless we force a full crawl.
         We have tried implementing the above setup using JDBC data source. CAS reads from the database and stores it in the record store. The Full crawl works fine however; we observed some unexpected behavior during the incremental crawl run. Even when there is no change in the database, crawl metrics show that certain number of records have been updated in the record store and the number of updates differ in every subsequent run.
    Any pointers what can be the issue ? Does CAS has the incremental crawl capability using JDBC data source ?

    Generic Extraction is used to extract data from COPA tables. And delta method used to extract delta records (records created after initilization) is timestamp.
    What is this timestamp?
    Assume that, you have posted 10 records one after the other to the COPA tables. And we do initilization to move all these 10 records to BW system. Later another 5 records are added to COPA tables. How do you think the system identifies these new 5 records (delta records).?
    It identifies based on a timestamp field (eg : Document created on ,a 16 digit decimal field).
    Assume that, in our previous initilzation, say  "document created on" field for the last (or the latest) record is 14/11/2006, 18.00 hrs. and  timestamp is set to the 14/11/2006, 18.00hrs.  then when you do delta update, the system treats all the records with "document created on" field is greater than 14/11/2006, 18.00 hrs as delta records. This is how new 5 records are extracted to bw system and timestamp is again set to the new value besed in field in the records.(say 14/11/2006, 20.00hrs)
    Assume that, you have two records with "document created on" field as 14/11/2006, 17.55hrs and 14/11/2006, 17.57hrs. and they were updated to the COPA table after 14/11/2006,20.00hrs (at this time last delta load is done)  due to some reason. How can you bring these two records? For this, purpose we can reset the timestamp at KEB5. In this eg, we can reset as 14/11/2006, 17.50 hrs) and do the delta again. So, the system picks all the records which are posted after 14/11/2006,17.50hrs again.  But remember that, doing this, you sending some of the records again (duplicate records). So, make sure that you sending ODS object. otherwise you end up with inconsistant data due to duplicate records.

    I have a total of 5 case statements, 1-4 and a default statement. The instructions for them are as follows:

    Case 2: If the user enters a 2, parse the value into tryInt. Display as message that informs the users they are correct. Enter the break statement.

  • Need Help Beyond HP Case Management - Losing A Very Loyal 20 Year +HP Customer.

    I am not sure where to turn to for help at HP beyond HP Case Managment, so I am turning to this board as a last measure for help.
    I just bought a new HP Laser Printer, (HP Laser Jet 200 Color MFP M276 PCL6) few weeks ago and after countless hours of me trying to install the printer, being on the phone with both my companies tech support and HP’s Tech Support and no one being able to install this printer HP Tech Support (whom were wonderful) turned me over to the HP Case Management team to resolve my issues.
    The HP Case Manager Eric {Personal Information Removed} called me today saying he was calling to help me resolve my issues, he gave me a case number of Case # {Personal Information Removed}. Up until Eric’s call all of the HP representatives had been wonderful to work with and also complemented me for being very understanding, nice and easy to work with. However that would quickly change with Eric’s call. Eric was the most insincere, disrespectful, condescending, belittling and arrogant/cocky person that I have ever spoken to in my life. He did not listen to what I was saying at all, but rather continued to talk over me in a condescending/belittling manner the entire call!
    Because Eric was obviously not listening to me at all, and I honestly do not feel that he is even capable of listening, I had to ask the same question over and over again with him, and then he in a very disrespectful and condescending fashion told me that I keep repeating myself and then proceeded to get very offensive and rude.
    I googled HP Case Manager, Eric had had multiple complaints and bad reports about Eric, go figure....
    Eric offered no help what so-ever and kept telling me that he is the final authority at HP and that he has no manager and there was no avenue or no venue at HP to report him, said that he was the authority.
    He then sarted being very disrespectful and blantly rude, telling me that I could go report him to the world wide web if I wanted to, just extremely unprofessional and quite frankly ignorant.
    Please give me a call as soon as possible to help resolve.

    So sorry you had such a bad experience, I too purchased a HP 7510e photosmart printer from Staples for $200.00 Canadian, I could not get it to print off photo's, I called HP for help but they just blew me off so I continued to try myself. I took it back to Staples but they told me the 10 day return policy had expired so I contacted HP again, this time I did get help and he could not get it to work either, by the way I purchased a care pack agreement for it as soon as I brought it home, good until 2014, anyhow they did send out a refurbished product to me to replace the new one. This one has been a nightmare and when I call the service department they inform me that I have to purchase another service agreement (SMART FRIENDS) for 6 months in order to get help or I would be charged $60.00 per incident.

    I used to be able to contact HP and get help for my products without any problem, poor language skills and all but now I just get the run around.
    As for the bad manners and rudeness there is no call for that and it is disgacefull that anyone should speak to you in that manner. I registered my service packs but it never shows up on the USA side. I wish there was a way to contact the directors of HP to Lodge a formal complaint but so far had no luck finding a number to call.   • Need help with this CASE statement

    Hi everyone,
    I would like to create a CASE that references another view and uses fields in that view to create a new field in a new view.
    The fields I am working with are called LEVEL_CD and AVAILABLE_AMT.
    In this case I would like to create a field called AVAILABLE_AMT (in my new view) that inserts the AVAILABLE_AMT from the old view into the new field only if the LEVEL_CD = 1. If the LEVEL_CD is anything else but 1 I would like to insert a 0 into my new
    AVAILABLE AMOUNT field.
    This is what I have so far and it doesn't seem to work:

    hi, I just recently brought 2 iPhones unlocked from Canadian apple store
    I do have apple ID but my billing is in Thailand, not Canada, so when I logged on to app store(Thailand), i could NOT find the free case App. Unless I signed out and search, i would find them in Canadian app store.
    I'm student and I do not have any Credit card in Canada
    Is there another way to get the free case? What should I do?

    From what I understand (as a retailer) the program in Canada will be the same as the U.S.

    We have six user with 7960. Running CCM4.13(sr2) and Unified 4.04
    Phone 1:
    1111--Line 1 (personal extension)
    1222--share 1 busy, roll over to share 2
    1222--share 2 busy, roll over to share 3
    1222--share 3 busy, roll over to share 4
    1222--share 4 busy, go to voice mail
    Phone 2:
    1112--Line 1 (personal extension)
    1222--share 1 busy, roll over to share 2
    1222--share 2 busy, roll over to share 3
    1222--share 3 busy, roll over to share 4
    1222--share 4 busy, go to voice mail
    Same configuration as Phone3, 4, 5, and 6.
    What I try to accomplish here is that, after serveral rings if noone pick up at extension 1222, instead of send to voice mail, we would like to have some sort of IPCC feature.
    For example, the caller should hear "all respersentive are busy now, we will be right with you shortly".
    So give us chance to finish the first call, then pick up second call later.
    After business hour, we would like to send the call to voice mail.
    I really dont know how to accomplish this, but is there anyway to work around by using unity callhandler???

    You can also use the Attendant Console application with Call queuing feature to queue the calls. You can play a greeting while in queue using Music on Hold feature.

    John, please refrain from posting your personal email in these threads.  It is not necesary and all communication to you can be done directly in these forums.  Posting your email address can open up you to tons of unwanted spam, among other things.  Really all you can do is search the internet for them.  My suggestion would be to google "case for late 2007 macbook pro".
    One will probably be very hard to find for a 6 year old model as it is on the borderline of being considered "vintage".  Ebay may be a good place to try too.
