Need help using multiple classes in different folders.

Hey everyone.
Im trying to make a trading card game, in Java. Each card is going to be a class derived from a main card class (called card). The problem is that each card is going to be in a different folder based on the set and card number. (ex. card 001 from set 02 would be in "game/02/001/")
I found this is a real good way to organize the game since there will be new cards all the time and players wont have all of them. Is it posible to call classes from different folders, and if it is how do I do it?

The problem is that each card is going to be in a different folder based on the set and card number.Why don't you simply add two attributes to your Card class:
cardNumber
setNumber
Or better, have a Set class with attribute:
number
and a Card class with two attributes:
number
set

Need help using my class

I recently made a class called time that let me store times and return their values. I needed to do this for another class called flight, which uses the class time to store times. My question is, how would i use my time class in the flight class. Whenever i try to make a new time.

I need help using multiple content types in a wiki page library

I currently trying to used multiple custom content types based off of the wiki page content type in one wiki page library.
EDIT: "Allow management of content types" has been enabled with the designer
The way i would like this library to work is:
Click the "Files" tab in the ribbon
Click the "New Document" drop down menu
Select one of the content types (Client, Contact, Project)
SharePoint Will Ask for the Page Name and content type fields
Click create
Then it will take you to the new created page.
This issue I'm currently having is when i click on one of the options (Client, Contact, Project) it will ask for a page name then you have to check it in to get to the edit form. The edit form it then loads is the default content type and not the selected
content type.
So my questions are.
Is there any way i can combine the page name and edit steps together into one step?
How can I get the edit form to pull from the selected content type?

Wiki library isn't really designed for customizations... it's a "special" library that overrides a lot of default behavior... similar evidence can be found if you're trying to add metadata columns to wiki pages... they're just not really designed to handle

Need help using 'visited' class with Colorbox

Hi guys,
I'm creating a site for a client that uses the Colorbox script for the store. When you click on a thumbnail of a product in the store, the browser uses Colorbox to display the external PHP page with the product information.
This all works fine but what I would like to do is...
When you click on a product thumbnail and it brings up the page (using Colorbox), when you close the Colorbox window and return to the thumbnails, I would like the padded background of the image to be a different color and not grey like the rest of them - so you can see which products you have looked at and which products you haven't.
I've tried using...

...but it didn't work.

I need help using multiple internal drives

I have 3 internal drives and 24GB of Ram on an early 2009 G5. I've recently upgraded one drive to yosemite but my current applications are on the other drive; running 10.7.5.
I didn't want to reinstall all the apps on the yosemite drive so I was wondering
if there is any issue with using one drive for applications and another for work/storage.
Keeping all my apps on drive running 10.7.5 while everything else is on the Yosemite drive.
Is it advisable to do? Do the apps run any slower this way?

You could add a fourth drive, clone your 10.7.5 system to it, and upgrade the clone to Yosemite. That way you still have your clean Yosemite drive and your working 10.7.5 system in case of trouble with the upgrade.
In the event that an app needs to be re-authorized when moved to a different drive, do you have a record of the relevant serial numbers?

How to use multiple classes for each form

Hi,
I have created two forms using screen painter and now i want to use different classes for these two forms .
I have declared the Sbo Connection in main class i.e. Set Application ,Connection Context() but while connecting to other classes
for executing the code for that form SAP is not connected to that class.How to use multiple classes functionality i don't able to
do that.Please provide some sample codes for that as it will be more helpful for me to understand.

Hi Amit,
In fact, its more advisable to use separate classes for every form that you use. Have one common class, say, for eg., clsMain.cs which has all the connection and connectivity to other classes, wherein, the menu event and item event of this main class, will just be calling the menu / item event of other classes.
The individual functionality of the child classes will be called from the item / menu event of the respective classes.
Item event in clsMain.cs will be as below.

I need helping using iAds in my application. I currently am not using any storyboards. I am using Sprite builder for my UI.
I attatched an image ot show all the different file name I have.
Everyone is being used & they all work fully.
The "iAdViewController.h & .m" files are just example codes I looked up and was messing with so that my iAd can work.

I wouldn't even be able to use the Mathscript node in an executable?
What I am trying to do is make a user configurable data stream.
They tell me how many bytes are in the stream and what parameters they
want to be put in to it. Currently I have to make vi's that are
called dynamicaly to make the parameters.   Then recompile
the code and send it to them. This is somewhat of how the config
file is set up so I know how to make the data.

If I can't use MathScript to allow the user to make there own functions

Need help using dbms_scheduler to submit an immediate job on the database

Hi. I need help using dbms_scheduler to submit an immediate job on the database. Essentially I want to issue a one-time call to an Oracle Stored Procedure - this procedure will then send an email. I've never used dbms_scheduler before, but here's what I have so far.
So my Program is a stored database procedure named 'TTMS.dropperVacationConflict_Notify', but my problem is that I need to pass 3 parameter values to this job each time I run it. This is what I can't figure out. The procedure expects an 'Id' as number(5), begin_dt as a date, and end_dt as a date.
How do I pass these values when I run my job? Can anyone help?

Need help using TD1Hdl in C++

So I've generated a .dll to use in VC++. After almost 3 full days of searching forums and messing with my code I really need to get something done. The variables I'm trying to use are declared as follows:

According to LabVIEW SpecResults is an output variable that I should be able to use. It is an array of file names retrieved from a database.
I've gotten my code to compile many different ways but no matter what I do I can't get to dimSize or elt.
Here's the closest I've gotten:

This seems to be working. I figured it out probably half an hour before I went home on Friday so I haven't had a whole lot of time to mess around with it yet. The only problem I'm having is that the list I want should have 6 elements in it, but I'm only getting the first 2 when I go through the for loop before it errors. I'm sure this must be because the array was declared: LStrHandle elt[1];
I'm thinking I need to use the NumericArrayResize() function? I haven't looked into it much yet, but I plan on checking it out today. However in the mean time if you can provide any more advice that would be great!

Help using multiple iphones and ipods on itunes

Okay, is there any simple way to use multiple apple products thru itunes. I can log in on my account and sync my iphone/ipod, then I log out and log back in with my daughter's account info. I plug her itouch in and it wants to read all of my apps(some apps we both have on our devices). Have problems with music sharing as well. Still a PC user. Get very frustrated with itunes. spend way too much time trying to do things that should be simple. please help! Thank you!

Are you using method 1 with different windows user accounts?

Help using scanner class to count chars in file

Hi all, I am learning Java right now and ran into a problem. I need to use the Scanner class to accurately count the number of chars in a file including the line feed chars 10&13.
This what I have and it currently reports a 201 byte file as having 194 chars:
     File file = new File(plainFile);
     Scanner inputFile = new Scanner(file);
     numberOfChars = 0;
     String line;
     //count characters in file
     while (inputFile.hasNextLine())
          line = inputFile.nextLine();
          numberOfChars += line.length();
I know there are other ways using BufferedReader, etc but I have to use Scanner class to do this.

How do I use multiple classes to access the same object?

This should be staightforward. I have and object and I have multiple GUIs which operate on the same object. Do all the classes creating the GUIs need to be inner classes of the data class? I hope this question makes sense.

2) Your design isn't thread-safe. You need to synchronize the access to the shared variable instance.
