Need program for update field KBLE-WTABB

Hi all,
I applied the SAP Note 548130, which refers to a standard program correction, where a bad calculation to fields KBLE-WTABB, KBLE-WTABBAPP were performed. Everything is OK with this correction, things are working fine now. But what can i do with old-bad calculated values on this table? is there a program which correct this old values?

You can contact SAP primary support on this regard. They must have faced the same kind of questions after that note implemented by many customers.

PO number (EKPO_EBELN), Article number (EKPO_MATNR), Vendor part number (EKPO_MFRPN), Description (MAKT_MAKTX), Quantity in Base unit of Measure (EKPO_MENGE) and Quantity in BuyPack unit of measure and Net price (EKPO_BPRME).

Drop down in Dialog programming for a field on the screen

Hi Friends !
I have 2 screen fields zfield1- Indicator and zfield- answer .
The user wants a drop down for indicator as X or Blank to choose from and for answer the user wants YES or NO as the dropdown .
How do i create these dropdowns for the fields ?
Do I need to create search help or does dialog give other options to add these dropdowns.

For answer I use this routine a lot.

It is simple, here is some sample code. You must use getbykey to get the document. Then once you got it you can make whatever changes you need. Then update it. where i have oOrder.Update() you can have oOrder.cancel

LSMW Custom program for updating picked quantity in outbound delivery

I have been tasked with creating an LSMW that will update the picked quantity in an outbound delivery. I originally thought of using a recording on transaction vl02n, but I need the LSMW to work with variable amount of item lines.
Through some research I figured out that FM WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2 can update the picked quantity. I have successfully created a custom program that calls this FM.
I have created what I believe to be the correct entries in the SXDA0, SXDA1, SXDA2, and SXDA3 tables to make my custom program work with LSMW. I am able to find my program in the "Maintain Object Attributes." I am also able to "Maintain Structure Relations Step" (screen shot attached) I am currently using VBKOK and VBPOK for the header and line item structures respectively.
My difficulty is converting the data. I have tried everything from having no conversion rules to mapping many fields and I always receive the following error (screen shot also provided).
Error analysis
The statement
     "Move src TO dst"
requires that the operands "dst" and "src" are convertible.
Since this statement is in a Unicode program, the special conversion
rules for Unicode programs apply.
In this case, these rules were violated.

Since I have run the conversion with no conversion rules I am very confused as to why I am still receiving this error. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone I have uncovered some interesting things about my issue. I started going through the conversion code piece by piece trying to figure out what data element the system was choking on.
After digging though the program and using the debugger I found out that the issue was in FORM transfer_record.
ASSIGN (g_record) TO <l_record>.
     CASE g_objecttype.
       WHEN '01' OR '02'.
         gt_buffer-record = g_record.
         gt_buffer-data = <l_record>.
         APPEND gt_buffer.
If this LSMW was working
g_record = 'VBKOK'
<l_record> = 'VBKOK'
But what is actually happening
g_record = 'VBKOK'
<l_record> = "Structure of some sort
I do not know why this is happening since the field symbol is being assigned right before this piece of code. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

How to use BAPI extension for updating field which is not in BAPI stracture

I am doing a conversion for control cycle create. The data is maintained in DB Table "PKHD". i have to update 12 fields threre through BAPI "BAPI_KANBANCC_CREATE". there are 11 fields in BAPI structure. but 1 field called"BERKZ" is not there . How can i update it through EXTENSION.

in the bapi extension check one structure with name BAPIPAREX will available..
you need to pass custom structure in that..
ands conactenate 12 field of your structure and pass in to value1 in bapirex structure and append.
go to se11 and enter >bapiparex> check where it is used -->see the zprogram and check how it is used the add your code according to that..

Hi Gerd,
Look at function module 'BAPI_BUPA_CENTRAL_CHANGE' . The importing parameter CENTRALDATA has got field CONTACTALLOWANCE and that is what you are aiming to change.
Don't forget to commit the changes.

Regarding BAPI/Function Module for updating fields FAKSK and LIFEX

Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein i need to update the fields FAKSK(Billing block ) and LIFEX(External Identification number).
We have already tried using the function Module WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE and also BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE but we didnt find both the fields in any of the above BAPI or function module.
To be more specific to the requirement we need to remove the Billing block and update the LIFEX filed.
If anyone have come accross such situation Please advice.

put an append to structure 'vbkok' which is used as input parameter for WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE / WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE_2.
enter faksk and lifex and data field plus an active-flag for every data field.
e.g.:

ZZTRSPG TRSPG CHAR 2 0
find include 'LV50SFZ2' in WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE am implement like this:

I am not sure if there is any standard API to do this update.
Looks like you have requirement to pay the commission only when the invoice is fully paid.
Customizing like this is not the best option. There are outbox ways to design the collection/plan so that you pay commission when the invoice is paid.

Need help for "Numeric field Overflow" error in excel 2003.

Hello,
a friend of mine have a problem exporting Business Objects 5.1.8 to excel 2003 (turning on windows 2000).
Each time she want to export her reporting in excel format (.XLS), she obtain a "Numeric field Overflow (3349)" error.
So, she export in .CSV format, but it's not easy to use for her following tasks.
What could she do ?
Does she do an "update" to newer version of B.O., or there are a solution at her problem ??

If it is just three records it would be better if you fire individual update statement 3 times.
But if it is a sample data only and you have many updates to do then only way I think it is is possible is either by creating temporary table or using subfactoring(same as creating temporary table)

How to program for dynamic field point?

I am programming an application using Fieldpoint. On the computer that I am coding, the communication port used for cFP is COM3. However on the deployment machine the communication port to be used is COM1. What is the simplest way to NOT having the COM port hardcoded in the program? The solution might have nothing to do with Fieldpoint.

I just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly. On your development machine your compact FieldPoint (cFP) shows with the COM3 alias in the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). And this is how you reference the device in your program(LabVIEW?). When you move to your development machine the alias for the cFP in MAX is COM1. Is this all correct?

When you say that you don't want it "hardcoded" in the program, do you mean that you want the program to automatically pull the correct Alias for the device from MAX?

Now that you mentioned it, I tried to change that constant to a control. However, instead of selecting only ports, I will need to select channel too. For e.g. If I just needed to select the COM on the front pannel and it automatically attach the channel - that can be part of the solution (If there is NO way to automatically program the app to pull the right Alias).
