i bought two unlocked iphones ( 4s) from dubai .......it was a normal store .(named dubai mall)......when i got back to egypt .and i tried to access the first one on vodafone network.. it gave me a message that the only supported carrier can activate it...i switched to another carrier by us (named itsalat) , i found it working ,,and when i put back vodafone micro sim....i find it is also working !!!!!!!!, concerning the other iphone ,unfortunatly neither vodafone nor itsalat is working on it!!!!!.............but the singal strngth is shown and also the 3G is shown up !!........how can i solve this problem to let it work properly......i can't even get into the home screen......it stops when he tries recognizing the carrier..!!!!!.......
That indicates it is locked to AT&T. If you don't have AT&T service, the phone is useless to you. AT&T will not unlock iPhones under any circumstances.
You purchased gray market phones, probably both from the US, possibly hacked. If you can, return them and get your money back.
Next time, buy iPhones from a legitimate source.

No, unfortunately, when you format a drive, it will erase all the contents. So you will need to find a temporary "storage" place to put the stuff using a PC so you have access to it. Then reformat using Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities). If only using with mac, format Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and use GUID Partition scheme under Partitions/Options. After formatting, you can drag the files back.

Can not run jcwde (Somebody help me please !)
Hi all, I'm a newbie in java card development.
Let's get to the point. I have some problem with jcwde and I've been searching for the similar problems in this forum such as : here here and here here
Other sources that I've referred to is : here and here
I'm trying to set environment variable for java card development.
Before running jcwde, i also run samples_build.bat but I don't know whether it OK or not.
When I try to run jcwde for testing demo file (I type : jcwde -jcwde.app in command prompt) the only message that i got is :
C:\java_card_kit-2_1_2\samples\src\demo>jcwde jcwde.app
'C:\Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch files
Is there any problem with my enviromnent variables setting ? since I'm not sure how to fix it
here is mine :
JAVA_HOME : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_04
JC21_HOME : C:\java_card_kit-2_1_2
CLASSPATH : .;C:\java_card_kit-2_1_2\lib\api21.jar
PATH : C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.5.0_04\bin;C:\java_card_kit-2_1_2\bin
Oh yeah, I almost forgotten that I'm using Windows XP Professional Edition SP 1, and Java Card Development Kit 2.1.2
Can somebody help me please or maybe give me advice about what I'm doing is right or wrong ?

I just did it, but still the same error occur.
Is there any solution for this ?

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now. -

My iphone doesn't recognize any signal wifi.
I have rebooted the red options as indicated on apple portal.
Also, I have turned off my iphone and when I turn it on don't enable the wifi option, and then I have to turn it off and turn it on again.
I have restored to the factory settings but the problem continues.
I don't know anything else to do.

PID multivariable SOMEBODY HELP! PLEASE!
Hello everyone!, i´m here because i need your help.... yes...your help.... why?. because i´m working with a classmate in our tesis, wich is "Dinamic control of a distillator tower" well.. at this point we have created the VI, we are conscient that isn´t pretty well but... it works... how it works?
1- We are distilling a mixture of Ethanol and Water, receiving the Concentration of the distillate and also all the temperatures in the tower, controlling the value of the Heater(Power) and the Flux of the partial Condenser.... So... that´s all..
BUT... now we need to set a value of the Alcohol Concentration, for example 80° set it and see how the sistem regulate the Flux of condenser and Heater Power, by the way... Separated, one of another, it´s not necesary that bouth to be working at the same time:
Alcohol concentration--->PID( SET POINT)---->controlle Flux of condenser--_> Produce a change in our Concentration--> PID--->....
Alcohol concentration--->PID( SET POINT)---->Heater Power--_> Produce a change in our Concentration--> PID--->....
We tried searching for some example... but... it wasn´t successful... i mean... how do we conect the out put of the PID? it is possible to do this if we need to work with one or another variable?( Condenser Flux or Heater)
Here i attach our VI, how i said... i started putting the PID EXAMPLE... and then i clearly saw that.... OH MY GOODNESS this is so difficult..

So....I dont´t know if we can program it bouth in a VI or separated in two VI´S

My connection times out everytime the installation for the software update is complete. I have tried multiple times ans still the same thing happens. Can somebosy help me please?
Yes it does matter whether you're doing an update or an upgrade. To find out which, under the Apple menu, select About this Mac. It will tell you which OS you currently have installed. Since it didn't come originally with OS 10.9, if About this Mac says it's 10.7.X or 10.8.X, you'll need to go to the Apple App Store program and download Mavericks (which is Mac OS X 10.9) and run the installer. If it does say you have 10.9, see if it says 10.9.1, since you might have Software Update set to install updates automatically. Otherwise, are you running Software Update and that's when the circle is spinning constantly?
BTW, are you sure you want to upgrade to Mavericks (if that's what you're doing)? Check on the Mavericks forum to see the problems users are having with it. -

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Somebody help.. I don't get what's going on. This didn't happen in the beginning, it was completely fine with watching full screen videos, but now it seems to "glitch" now and then and appear slow and laggy. whattttt
If the computer seems normal except for watching youtube the problem is probably between you and your ISP or between the ISP and youtube. If your computer seems slow no matter what you are doing try restarting your computer and see if that helps. (If so pay attention to your Page Outs in the Activity Monitor and also how much free space your hard drive has.)
